Platja de Llevant : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Paco, le mari de Rosalia qui tient une petite épicerie juste à côté. Paco est très sympathique et nous a donné de bonnes idées de visites aux alentours. Nous recommandons très vivement ce logement.

Hemos estado muy cómodos en el apartamento, está muy bien equipado y con vistas al mar. Aparte de la playa, en la misma manzana hay un skatepark, pistas deportivas de la urbanización y una buena arrocería. El pueblo de El Puig merece un paseo, es agradable. La ciudad de Valencia está a un paso, en coche o transporte público. Juan Carlos ha sido muy amable.

Fuimos solo para un fin de semana, dos personas, el alojamiento estaba súper limpio y bien cuidado. La terraza con vistas al mar y fantástica para desayunar al solecito 😉 Vanesa muy amable, nos estaba esperando a la llegada, nos dio indicaciones de todo, restaurantes, cosas que visitar, etc….. Recomendable 100%

Thank you Sergio for a great stay. Sergio is an unbelievable communicator. Always quick to respond and offered loads of recommendations. Ideal location by the beach. Literally a 5 minute walk. Very comfy beds in all 3 bedrooms. Apartment was spotless. Great local transport straight into the city centre and very good supermarkets nearby. Thanks again for a great stay.

I really enjoyed staying at Rosa's apartment. It was within walking distance of the beach, supermarkets and the tram. Very clean. Brilliant to have a parking space in an underground car park.

Muy contentos con el trato y con la casa, estaba todo genial y justo lo que buscábamos. Si volvemos por la zona no dudaremos en volver a elegir dicha casa.

Es la segunda vez me me hospedo en el piso de Paloma, sin dudarlo volveré a repetir. La ubicación es perfecta, rodeado de restaurantes y bares. No se asusten que el piso tiene aislación acústica y el exterior ni se nota. El piso es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo que necesitas para tu estadía. Las camas son muy cómodas y si tienes frío tienen calefacción central. La decoración es fascinante, las vistas también. El piso estaba impecable, sin dudas volveré a repetir cuando regrese a Valencia.

Beautiful studio right by the beach! Pictures are spot on, very clean, very cozy! Our host Fernando goes above and beyond to orient you to the area, offer suggestions for restaurants and things to do! This was so helpful being new visitors to Valencia! ❤️ Communication was suburb!

Rosana est une hôte superbe : accueillante, serviable, flexible et de très bon conseil tout au long de notre séjour. Sa maison est un vrai paradis, avec un accès direct à la plage. De belles oranges et une bouteille de vin blanc nous attendaient à notre arrivée. La maison était impeccable, avec une agréable odeur de linge propre. Ce fut un pur bonheur de faire sa rencontre. Je recommande fortement !

Leuk appartement, fijne locatie met kinderen. Rustige wijk, maar wel de stad op 10 minuutjes fietsen. Afstand naar het strand is te lopen.

Lovely location for the beach and harbour area with a short metro ride or Uber for the centre of Valencia. Lots of small, local bars to eat and drink nearby, recommend the Artisan restaurant almost next door and the coffee hatch in the street behind the house.

The host was very friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was clear and I received plenty of helpful information. Very responsive host also the private parking spot was a great bonus. The view was beautiful, and the apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed. The location is perfect as well! Thank you, and I look forward to staying here again!

Roberto fue muy amable y disponible en todo momento. La comunicación fue excelente y se aseguró de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos para una estancia cómoda. El alojamiento estaba limpio, bien equipado y en una ubicación conveniente. Definitivamente recomendaría a Roberto como anfitrión y sin duda volvería a quedarme en su propiedad.

Gianina was an amazing host and her flat is absolutely perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - its just adorable. The balcony is always sunny and faces the water (and the boats) and there are 15 restaurants, (2) grocery stores and plenty of beach just beyond your door. We could have stayed indefinitely in this beautiful little paradise.

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

The rental unit is a perfectly designed with pristine kitchen/bathroom (important for us), comfortable living area/bedroom and small outdoor balcony area with table. The building itself is very well kept up, with a guard for part of the day. The underground parking spot in the building itself is a big advantage for those with cars. Obviously, the choice is to be near the beach as opposed to in the middle of the action in Valencia - but the beach has its own vibe as you walk (e.g., ran across a fun volleyball tournament). Neighborhood is quiet at night and has typical amenities nearby- restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, etc. Finally, Emma (and Christina) were terrific hosts. Many thanks!

wat een fijne plek om te verblijven. alleen al het uitzicht! De twee terrassen zijn echt een plus! Verder is alles is huis aanwezig wat je nodig hebt om een fijn verblijf te hebben. de locatie is geweldig! vlakbij het strand, maar je bent ook zo in de stad. wij maakten gebruik van het openbaar vervoer, ideaal: bushalte zo ongeveer voor de deur. Wij vonden het echt een heerlijke plek om een week te verblijven!
