Das Haus ist sauber und es gibt die Möglichkeit sich auf einer überdachten Terrasse, am Pool mit Sonnenliege oder oben auf dem sehr großen Balkon, der ums halbe Haus geht und mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet ist, aufzuhalten. Die Gegend ist ruhig bis mäßig touristisch. Ein Auto ist sinnvoll. Im Umkreis von ca. 15 km gibt es alles, was man braucht: von Sandstrand über Sehenswertes bis Supermarkt. Nadine ist eine super Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich und klar kommunizierend. Sie reagiert schnell und sympathisch auf Anfragen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!

Excellent emplacement au calme comme nous recherchions. Le logement est très bien équipé à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Tout est bien pensé il ne manque rien. Le logement est optimum pour un couple. Le jacuzzi est vraiment appréciable . Les hôtes sont attentionnés et il a été facile de communiquer. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour séjourner sur l’île. Eric et sandrine

Wir hatten mit unserer Tochter eine tolle Zeit im Haus. An Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen großzügigen Obstkorb plus Getränke. Unsere Tochter hat sich über vorhandene Malbücher, Spiele und Stifte gefreut. Besonderes Highlight natürlich die private Terrasse inklusive Pool, der auch schon im April zum Baden und plantschen einlädt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bushaltestellen, Strand alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir können es nur empfehlen 😊

Barbara’s home was as described in the pictures and in a wonderful location in a small town where you could walk to the beach. The home was spacious and perfect for two couples as two bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms we’re at opposite ends of the house. This allowed for two couples to have some privacy and the amenities to themselves. There are lovely walks in the neighbourhood and all the amenities such as groceries and restaurants are all within 15 or so minutes. I would definitely recommend this home.

I highly recommend Juana's place, it's exactly as described, great amenities, large and clean, great location and Juana is very helpful before and after check-in with detailed instructions and videos to make settling in as easy as possible. Thank you Juana, I hope to be back soon!

Delightful villa, and a delightful stay. The property is surrounded with landscaped garden, accessed by an electric front gate. Wonderful location within a few minutes of the airport. Silvia was so kind as to allow me to check out late in the evening, (complimentary), due to having a later flight. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Mallorca. Thanks Silvia!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Strand gleich um die Ecke, kindersicherer Innenhof, Küche bestens ausgestattet. Nicht so toll war, dass das Wasser aus der Dusche nicht dauerhaft warm war, sondern immer wieder zwischen drin klat geworden ist.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, der Pool war sehr sauber so wie der Rest des Hauses. Bei Problemen wurde sich direkt darum gekümmert. Allerdings ging in einem Zimmer die Klimaanlage nicht, dafür wurde uns ein Ventilator bereitgestellt. Der Besitzer konnte sehr gut Deutsch und war sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Für uns war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und erholsam.

Eine wundervolle Finca mit toller Terrasse + Garten. Perfekt für eine Gruppe - jeder kann sich auch zurückziehen. Perfekte Lage für El Arenal. Die Kommunikation mit Anabel war schnell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus für bis zu sechs Personen. Drei schöne, angemessen große, helle und klimatisierte Schlafzimmer, eines der zwei Bäder ist sehr klein. Aussenbereiche vor und hinter dem Haus, schöner Pool mit Liegen. Ausstattung ist ansonsten gut und funktional. Das Einzige was wir vermisst haben ist eine Mikrowelle vermisst. Das WLan ist zeitweise langsam und hat auch mal kleine Aussetzer. Die Lage ist super. 8 Minuten zu Fuß von der sehr schönen Cala Mendia entfernt. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Autovermietung, Apotheke, etc. fußläufig sehr schnell und einfach zu erreichen.

Die Villa war sehr schön, der Pool war auch gepflegt. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr zu empfehlen auch als Familie 👍

Wir wollten unseren spätsommer gerne auf Mallorca, in Strandnähe bei Palma genießen. Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön. Trotz einiger Hotelbalkone war der Außenbereich sehr schön und gemütlich, da der über der Garage gebaut ist. Wir haben uns sehr geborgen, sicher aber trotzdem anwesend gefühlt. Das Haus war makellos sauber! Auch die Ausstattung wie waschmaschiene oder die große Küche ist sehr gut! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Der Einkaufsladen ist in 12 minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Strand in 5 Minuten. Auch Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen und das abendliche Bier ist auch maximal 15 minuten zu Fuß entfernt :). Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille. Le logement est spacieux, propre avec des rangements dans toutes les pièces. Nous avons même pu profiter de la piscine en ce début du mois de mai. Super expérience

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Can Picafort. Die Wohnung war sauber, modern eingerichtet und hatte alles, was wir benötigten. Die Lage war perfekt, ruhig und doch zentral. Unser Gastgeber Miquel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns viele gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

very nice villa in an amazing location. Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, ten minutes walk from the downtown with Easy access to beautiful beaches and phenomenal restaurants. The villa was extremely comfy and clean with plenty of room. Great for families or large groups. The Host was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone staying in Porto Cristo. A truly great experience!

Gute Lage wenige Meter vom Stadtstrand entfernt, Klimaanlagen funktionieren gut und die teils überdachte Terrasse bietet auch bei gelegentlichem Regen Schutz. Die zweite Toilette und Dusche befinden sich nicht im Haus sondern im privaten Innenhof, bei gutem Wetter kein Problem. Der Müll wird täglich nachts vorm Haus abgeholt.Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist die Gasse nebenan nachts gut zu hören (Motorräder, Müllabfuhr, alte Autos). Der Kundenservice per Messenger (09:00-17:00) war immer sehr freundlich und bemüht. Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft für eine Freundesgruppe.

We called this place home for 8 weeks (mid-Feb to mid-April) and it really felt like one. The biggest draw here is the location. It’s on the quiet end of Pine Walk so, when the crowds arrive, you still have a sanctuary. The fact that the sea is a 30 second walk away is incredible and the location couldn’t be better. We came as a family with two toddlers and two dogs and the setup was perfect. Large patio, enclosed, plenty of internal space, two separate “wings” so you can have privacy if there’s a few of you here. Yes, there is a bit of clutter and a few things need touching up, but we barely noticed this during our stay. As for Guillermo… an absolute gentleman and incredible friendly and helpful. Despite my basic Spanish, we made it work. Provided coffee, beer, basics, which was a lovely surprise. If you’re looking for accommodation right on the water in Port de Pollença, you’ll struggle to find anything better than this.

We had a great stay in Porto Cristo. The accommodation was as described and very clean. All the necessary things were available. It is a bit outside the center and therefore very quiet but very easy to reach on foot. We got a high chair and a baby crib on request which was great. We wanted for nothing and would come back again.

We have spent 7 days here. The host, Zahara was super responsive. Very peaceful surroundings, calm and quiet. 2 min walk to the sea. The house was well organised and had enough space for 5 of us. 3 bedrooms can easily fit in 6 people. We found almost every necessary item in the kitchen.

Amazing views from the terrace! Breathtaking breakfast at sunrise and falling asleep while hearing sounds of the sea... Worth staying a little bit longer. House is very well equipped. And the owners are very friendly and helpful!

Christopher’s villa is truly a home from home. The villa is spacious, light, comfortable and stocked with everything a family would need to relax and enjoy Majorca. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and an easy 15-20 minute drive to central Palma. The outside space is glorious - especially the decking and the gardens. The view of the sea is lovely throughout the day, Our one slight critique is that the beaches (at least the ones we found) within walking distance were not suitable for our toddler. This may be personal preference. And the villa doesn’t sit right over the water as some of the pictures may suggest. Likewise, this may be a matter of personal perspective. Nevertheless, Chris’s place is wonderful and he was a super helpful and professional host. I’d happily recommend his place as a base from which to explore Majorca, or simply relax and unwind.

Logement tout à fait fidèle à la description et aux photos. Maison typique avec beaucoup de charme. Disponibilité de tous les équipements et ustensiles nécessaires. Heidi est aimable et très réactive. Elle a pensé à tout. La maison n’est pas en 1ère ligne mais avec un accès direct à la plage et réservé aux résidents. On y est en 20 secondes ☺️ La plage en face se trouve sur une des rares parties de Playa de Muro sans les transats/parasols à la location, donc plus calme et avec moins de monde, parfait avec des enfants. De plus, Heidi met à disposition tout l’équipement nécessaire pour bien profiter de la plage. On a passé un super séjour et on recommande ce logement ! Recommandations : - la maison se trouvant dans une zone « résidentielle », il n’y a pas beaucoup de restaurants et de super marchés à proximité, nous recommandons donc de louer une voiture. - attention aux moustiques, même à midi, ils sont de sortie ! Pensez donc à vous équiper en spray répulsif + prises anti-moustiques.

Super semaine de vacances au printemps en famille (couple+3 ado). La maison est spacieuse et super bien équipée. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. La voiture pouvait être garée dans l'allée de la maison. Terrasses agréables pour manger dehors. Solarium très apprécié des ados. La literie était très bien. De nombreuses serviettes disponibles. La cuisine était super bien équipée. Le quartier était calme à cette période. Commerces, restaurants, plage accessible à pied (5 à 10 min). Très facile d'aller jusqu'au port d'Alcudía à pied par la plage en 15-20 min. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement
