We enjoyed our week in Alcudia and the house very much. The house was comfortable and spacious and perfect for two families (or one big) .Short walk to supermarket, beaches, restaurants etc. Nice terraces and garden. Convenient with the key box outside the house. We never met Joan and Nadia in person but whenever we had questions they replied swiftly and helpful through email. We would really recommend this house for a nice stay in Alcudia!

Andrés place is amazing and the orchard, swimming pool and tennis court made it such a fun place to be with our grandchildren. Andrés and his family were ever helpful and made us feel so welcome. We are moving to Mallorca but I would recommend it and will do to any friends. It is set in one of the nicest towns in the centre of the island.

Wir waren zu sechst (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) für 13 Tage in der Finka und fanden es super! Das Haus war sauber und alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön!! Miquel hatte immer schnell geantwortet und schnell reagiert wenn wir was brauchten. Sein sehr netter Vater kam ein paar mal vorbei um nach dem Rechten zu sehen und den Pool zu reinigen usw. Er kam immer mit Vorankündigung und war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch unsere Kinder waren große Fans von ihm :) Die negativen Kommentare hier wegen dem Fluglärm kann ich nicht bestätigen. Ab und zu hat man mal ein Flugzeug gehört, aber das ist auf der ganzen Insel so. Uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

We had an incredible stay at Margarita's finca, perfectly situated at the foot of the mountains. This location allowed us to enjoy both cycling trips in the mountains and leisurely rides on the flat parts of the island. The finca itself was wonderfully cosy and impeccably tidy, providing a perfect retreat. Margarita was very responsive and flexible, ensuring our stay was seamless. We highly recommend Margarita's place for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway in the Mallorcan countryside, while still being conveniently close to charming villages like Selva, Caimari, and Campanet to enjoy the local restaurants and bars.

We (4 adults and 2 kids) have spent 2 weeks in this great home. The location could not be better, 1 min to the best part of the beach in Alcudia, 5 mins to the bus station and 10 mins to a big supermarket. There were also some beach toys which our kids enjoyed a lot. The 3 bathrooms were very convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside was a bit of a musty smell in one of the bedrooms downstairs as well as in one of the kitchen cabinets. The communication & check-in with Juan and Barbara was smooth. We would defintely come back!

Wir waren 15 Nächte-meist zu viert in der Finca, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen. Es war wie „nach Hause“ kommen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und hatten den ganzen Zeitraum einen Anspechpartner, der sich umgehend um unsere Bedürfnisse/Fragen gekümmert hat. Die Straße ist leicht zu hören, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, wenn wir einen Selbstversorger Urlaub planen. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön mit Oliven,- und Zitrusbäumen und Kiefern gesäumt, traumhaft mit Blick auf den Berg Puig de San Salvador. Wir haben es sehr genossen, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man so braucht. Von Kaffeefilter bis Handseife, Spülmittel, Salz, Olivenöl alles vorhanden, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Pool und Aussenbereich auch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Mückenspray einpacken! Wir haben uns hier sehr willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Vielen lieben Dank Juan, ich hoffe wir sehen uns wieder!

All I can say about this villa is book it, don’t hesitate. Arnue was a great host and helped us as soon as we needed anything. We got a lovely welcome pack when we arrived, which came in very handy. The villa had everything we could ask for. The pool is amazing and our son spent most of the holiday in it. We spent our nights on the veranda looking onto the pool so we could relax while watching our son enjoying the pool. It’s in a lovely quiet area and in the hot months you still have a nice breeze now and again to cool you down. We had a hire car but the bus stop is walking distance and we used the bus a few times. Port de Pollença is close by and worth a visit, lots of restaurants, bars, shops and beaches. Can’t wait to go back!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) in Margas Finca. Besonders gefallen haben uns die schönen, vielfältigen Sitzgelegenheiten draußen, der tolle Pool und die Outdoorküche. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!!

We had a fabulous 10 night stay at this beautiful villa. We were close enough to beaches and shops to make daily trips out, with Alcudia only being less than 20 minutes away. We throughly enjoyed the peace and quiet in the beautiful setting. Having fruit trees,pigs and chickens were a bonus and would love to stay here again in the future.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an sehr professionell und daher auch sehr angenehm, weil der Gastgeber praktisch sofort geantwortet hat. Ich hatte das Glück schon viele Stunden vorher einzuchecken, ohne dass mir eine extra Gebühr berechnet worden ist. Es ist ein traumhaftes Haus mit einem top gepflegtem Garten und Pool. Das Haus hat zwei sehr große Schlafzimmer mit begehbaren Kleiderschrank und Bad en Suite. Darüberhinaus haben beide Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, die man jeweils einzeln regulieren kann. Die Küche hat alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Das Wohnzimmer war einfach nur ein Traum. Ein Kaminbereich, eine Couch-Lounge und ein Essbereich. Die komplette verglaste Front im Wohnzimmer, die zum Garten ausgerichtet ist, konnte man öffnen. Dadurch hat man quasi das Wohnzimmer nach außen verlagert. Im Garten sind CitrusBäume und Kräuter angepflanzt, die einen herrlichen Duft versprühen. On Top im Außenbereich kommt der riesige Pool. Es war einfach alles Traumhaft. ❤️

Wonderful well equipped and very functional villa with lots of amenities which made our stay a very pleasant one. Very responsive host. The swimming pool was definitely a highlight for us, the kids loved it. We would certainly recommend.

Sehr schöne Finca außerhalb der Stadt. Die Finca ist sehr gepflegt, die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber angenehm. Kinderbetten und Hochstühle wurden auf Wunsch bereit gestellt.

Unser Aufenthalt in Sebastia's Finca auf Mallorca war einfach traumhaft! Sebastia empfing uns herzlich mit Getränken und Kuchen und stand uns jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Seite. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal, um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Finca ist hervorragend ausgestattet: große, klimatisierte Zimmer, die sich kaum aufheizen, und zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Pool, Tischtennis, Hantelsbank und Kardiotrainer. Überall gibt es schattige Plätze zum Entspannen, und auch für unsere Fahrzeuge gab es eine schattige Unterstellmöglichkeit. Poolspielsachen und Strandutensilien sind reichlich vorhanden. Die Küche und der Grill erlauben eine abwechslungsreiche Essensgestaltung. Einzig die Ameisen waren etwas zahlreich, Wespen hingegen kaum vorhanden. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt fantastisch, und wir können Sebastia's Finca wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die unvergessliche Zeit!

Grosse Finca mit super schöner Aussicht auf die Bucht von Palma. Wir waren als 9 köpfige Familie mit Kind eine Woche dort. War alles vorhanden, sogar Spielzeug und Schwimmreifen für in den Pool oder ans Meer. Der Pool ist sehr gross und man kann gut auch seine Längen schwimmen. Die Zimmer hatten eigene Badezimmer, was super war. Lage ist in einem Wohnquartier, nicht unbedingt zentral, dafür sehr ruhig. Kein Durchgangsverkehr. Die Einrichtung isch schon etwas älter aber gepflegt und alles sehr sauber gehalten. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter.

This house is just perfect . It has a beautiful design , it is huge , it literally has everything you need (even a waffle maker ) and it is super clean . We spend the holidays there with 8 people , and everyone was impressed by the house. It is a really quite neighborhood, so you can relax and enjoy the time by the pool. Nearby there is a supermarket , you can walk down to the beach or the bay nearby . All in all I don’t have anything critical to say . I would chose this house over and over again and recommend it to everyone who wants to have a nice relaxing holiday , where you still live central enough to go out easily .

Мы повели отличный отпуск. Дом очень просторный и чистый. Есть все необходимое для жизни. Удобное месторасположение. С удовольствием вернёмся снова!

We loved our stay at Toni’s place. The location was fun with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also loved the proximity to the beach.

Ми відпочивали сімʼєю . Нам дуже сподобалося. Вийшло так що наш рейс затримався, але господарі дочекалися нас , хоча ми й прибули досить пізно. Помешкання було чисте і підготовлене для нас, а господарі милі та щирі люди. Також варто відмітити присутність розумного рижого кота, що ще більше додало нашому перебуванню в будинку враження як вдома. Рекомендуємо.

We had a great stay here, the lake view is beautiful and it's very close to the beach. The place is very clean and equiped with everything to feel like home. The garden is impecable, we spent most of our time there barbequing and watching our toddler run around. Raquel was very responsive. I would stay here again, I highly recommend for families with children.
