Platja de Xeraco : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

we stayed here for 4 night's November 2024, great location between old and new town and only a few seconds walk to the beach. the host was very responsive and because we had a early morning flight she let us check in earlier than arranged.. check in instructions where simple to follow due to the short video you receive. this is the 3rd airbnb I've stayed in this year in benidorm and it was certainly the nicest and will definitely stay here again. kitchen is a bit small but that didn't bother us because we had no intention of cooking whilst on holiday anyway. overall great location great apartment and very helpful host.

The host, Lillia is very kind❤️. The apartment is very well located in a calm area, close to shops and the beach. The apartment has everything you need, including air conditionner. I reccommend it 100%, you will not be desappointed!

Apartment was lovely, very comfortable and clean. All amenities available. Lovely view of the beach. The only negative is the showers. One very small and the second one floods easily. Communication excellent.

Thanks for a lovely stay! Exactly as described and beautifully decorated to feel like home. Had everything we needed and more. Greg was a star, letting us in early to fit with our arrival time. And the gifts on arrival (snacks, bottled water and a bottle of wine) were extremely kind. Thanks again

Wij hebben een hele fijne week gehad in dit appartement in old town Benidorm Het appartement was erg schoon en alles was je nodig hebt was aanwezig Gezellig ingericht Het ligt erg centraal 2 minuutjes lopen naar de zee Echt alles is op loopafstand te doen, zo fijn! Bedankt voor de goede zorgen Jon en Pepi. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug

What an apartment! Everything we needed and more. An extremely spacious apartment in the best location. The apartment has so much natural light and options to open sliding doors to let in fresh air as well as an aircon unit. Very easy to get to, close to everything and worth every penny.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment! Although we never met Nils & Yana, the Check-in and Check-out went very smoothly due to the excellent app. If you want to visit the Costa Blanca, we can really recommend this apartment!!

Hemos pasado 6 días fantásticos en Benidorm y 5 noches estupendas en este alojamiento. Antonia es maravillosa, muy agradable y atenta siempre. la verdad hemos disfrutado mucho, todo estuvo genial. Recomendado 100%

La casa está genial. Tiene varias terrazas para poder disfrutar al aire libre. Está equipada con todo lo necesario, además la decoración cuidada con detalles muy bonitos. Estaba todo muy limpio. La ubicación está muy bien ya que está cerca de la playa y en un lugar muy tranquilo. Sin duda, para repetir.

We absolutely loved our two month stay! We had everything we needed. Our dog was welcome as well. It's only a one minute walk to the beach and there were some restaurants in walking distance. I would suggest renting a car for the time there. Or you can always take a taxi as well. We already recommended the place to our friends and families. Thank you for everything!

Es una casa estupenda para una visita en familia. Las instalaciones son cómodas, la piscina muy grande (aunque por el tiempo no la usamos) y tiene acceso directo a la playa. Gracias a Salvador por su amabilidad y su respuesta en todo momento

Isaac fue muy amable desde el primer momento. El apartamento está en un lugar tranquilo con unas vistas impresionantes de la costa. Las instrucciones de acceso muy claras, lo cual se agradece.

Lovely location for the beach and harbour area with a short metro ride or Uber for the centre of Valencia. Lots of small, local bars to eat and drink nearby, recommend the Artisan restaurant almost next door and the coffee hatch in the street behind the house.

Superbe séjour. La maison était vraiment bien. Lits et oreillers très confortables et tout était très propre. Endroit tranquille, la terrasse sur le toit était bien agréable. Nous avons cherché un peu l’endroit parce qu’on se fiait à Google Map. En lisant les instructions de l’hôte, c’était plus clair. Nous avons eu de bonnes suggestions de restos et l’hôte était très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. J’ai adoré! Je recommande.

Super cool design, beautiful views of the sea. Loved the stone throughout the house. Wish it was warm when we were there as the pool looked beautiful. Great host, would return!

Went there wit my family 6 adults and 6kids, amazing stay at this stunning villa by the coast! The place was not only incredibly comfortable and clean but also conveniently located near fantastic restaurants and the beautiful beach. The host was extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation by the sea. La estancia con nuestro bebé ha sido muy cómoda. Apartamento totalmente equipado, Marina nos ofreció cuna y trona. Limpio y una terraza espectacular. Tal cual las fotos. Zona muy tranquila para descansar unos dias con vistas maravillosas al mar. Garaje incluido, la verdad que una experiencia muy buena.

Segundo año en el apartamento de Claudio y encantados!!! Todo lo encontramos igual o mejor, muy buena zona, piscina insuperable, playa cerca y apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario y con Mady como siempre súper servicial y un encanto, nos seguiremos viendo!!

Salvador ist ein freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber und bei der Unterkunft hat uns besonders aufgrund der Lage am Meer gefallen. Die Duplex Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung - wir hatten ein schönen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank.

Wij kijken terug op een super fijn 10 daags verblijf in Calp. Dit zeer zeker door het heerlijke, ruime en comfortabele appartement van Patricia en Veronica. Van alle gemakken voorzien. We zijn goed ontvangen en even wegwijs gemaakt in het appartement. Patricia hield ons op de hoogte van de activiteiten in Calp tijdens de feestdagen. En bij een vraag van onze kant een snelle en duidelijke reactie terug. Als je de hoofdingang verlaat en linksaf gaat sta je na 100m op een heerlijk schoon strand. In de directe omgeving een supermarktje en café Seamos waar je terecht kan voor een top koffie en lunch. Kortom het appartement van Patricia en Veronica is zeker een aanrader!

Close to everything but very quiet. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Felt at home as soon as we got in. Two weeks of poor weather but we were nice and cosy in the apartment.

Wir haben zu dritt die Unterkunft von Rosa Mitte September gebucht und waren happy. Vom Balkon war das Meer aus zu sehen, morgens mit schönem Sonnenaufgang. Salud hat uns herzlich empfangen, und auch bei Fragen stets mit Rat zur Seite gestanden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Unten gab es einen Pool den man nutzen konnte und das Meer war direkt vor der Haustür. Kühlschrank, Ofen, Mikrowelle. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrte. Das einzige Problem war die Anbindung zur nächsten Bahnhofsstation. Busse fuhren nur bis 18/19 Uhr. Taxiunternehmen haben Anrufe entweder nicht entgegen genommen oder im Gespräch aufgelegt. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Salud war so freundlich und hat uns am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof gebracht und uns auch die Gegend gezeigt. Großes Danke an Salud!!🥲 P.S. Beim Taver Taxi Unternehmen spricht Umberto deutsch und englisch. Hoffe das hilft irgendwem mal weiter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, danke :]

Excelente comunicación con el anfitrión, que ha sido muy amable y cercano. El apartamento es una joya, decorado con mucho encanto, en primera línea de playa con todo a mano, plaza de garaje y buenos accesos. Añadiría que las camas son comodísimas, y que estaba limpísimo
