Platja del Perelló : locations de vacances

Adembenemend de uitzicht vanaf het terras maar ook vanuit de woonkamer. Dat uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer staat niet op de foto’s maar er staan twee relaxstoelen in de woonkamer gericht naar het grote raam met uitzicht. Heerlijke pelletkachtel waarmee we in de winter de woonkamer en keuken goed konden verwarmen. Goede locatie, vlakbij het centrum van Orba en allerlei goede voorzieningen. Agnes is een fijne host die snel reageert en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam is. Kleine problemen worden meteen opgelost. Men moet er rekening mee houden dat er steile trappen zijn vanaf de weg/auto naar het huis. Wij waren daar om te fietsen en met de fietsen op de schouder steeds omhoog lopen is wel pittig. Ook de laatste klim van de weg naar het huis is 18% dus even stevig trappen als je naar huis fietst 😅. Maar vanaf het huis echt geweldige routes te fietsen 😍. Ook wandelaars kunnen vanaf het huis een mooie wandelroute lopen.

Maria's apt. is lovely. We stayed for a week in June with our 3 teenage boys. Plenty space for the 5 of us. Beautiful, large terrace, shady in the hot afternoons perfect for a snooze on the wooden loungers or the hammock(13 yr old didn't leave it!) Lovely pool, most days we had it to ourselves! Apt is well placed, near old town, the harbour and beach, all within easy walking distance. Maria is a wonderful host. ..Waiting for us when we arrived, with a warm welcome and lots of local advice on restaurants and places to visit. We all enjoyed our stay in beautiful Denia and will surely return.

De ligging hoog op de Cumbre maakte onze droom over blauwe Mediterannee en prachtig zonlicht waar. De praktische inrichting en warme kleuren bevielen ons goed.

A Perfect Stay - Highly Recommended!!!

Ik zal een eerlijke recensie schrijven ✍️ Casa Peponi is echt ontzettend mooi! Met een geweldig vrij uitzicht over zee krijg je meteen een vakantiegevoel. We voelden ons vanaf moment één meteen thuis. We hebben tijdens het verblijf echt (bijna) niets gemist. Zelf een wasmachine en droger beneden in de “kelder” maakte het verblijf met kinderen extra fantastisch. Aan alles is gedacht, spelletjes, informatie over de buurt en strandjes, een zeer uitgeruste keuken, smart TV met apps zoals Netflix, Disney+ en ga zo maar door. Wij verbleven met twee kleine kinderen (4 en 9 maanden) en het was er heerlijk vertoeven. Echt een aanrader! Hetgeen wat wij mistte was dat de 2 slaapkamers aan de kant van het terras bij de barbecue geen goede gordijnen hebben (alleen linnen lichtdoorlatend inbetweens) waardoor je de kamers niet donker kan krijgen. Ook mistte we een melkopschuimer voor een lekkere cappuccino in de ochtend. Tipje van ons voor de volgende gasten! Verder helemaal top verblijf!

Very comfortable, clean, and modern. This Airbnb had the most comfortable bed and nicest bedding I’ve come across in such accommodations. Alboraia is far outside the center of Valencia, but is a calm beach community walkable the La Malvarossa, El Cabanyal, and the Marina. You can access the center via bus or taxi. The garage parking space is tight, but there’s plentiful parking just outside, which we used.

We had a fantastic week in the villa, 4 adults and 2 children (aged 6 and 1.5). The villa is brilliantly equipped, plenty of seating areas and the pool is great. Beautiful views and very private without being overlooked. Great location for exploring the surrounding areas. The beds were very comfortable and the villa had all the amenities you could need. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. AC in the bedrooms is great, but worth noting (as we hadn’t picked up on it) that there is no AC in the communal area. It was very hot during our stay (early August) which meant it was very warm in the lounge and kitchen without AC, it didn’t seem to bother the children and we BBQ’d and spent most of our evenings outside so we managed, but we wouldn’t have wanted to sit inside for very long. All in all a fantastic week and we wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. Thank you very much to Javea Holiday Rentals for making everything so easy.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Teulada! The place was immaculately clean, incredibly comfortable, and had absolutely everything one could need for a perfect getaway. The swimming pool was fantastic—refreshing and with plenty of depth to properly enjoy a swim. The barbecue area was a great touch, perfect for relaxed evenings. But what truly made this stay exceptional was our host, María. She was absolutely incredible—proactive, attentive, and always ready with helpful recommendations. From finding the best bespoke cake in the nearby town to suggesting musicians, she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Despite the weather being the worst the area had seen in a decade (as the locals told us), it didn’t dampen our experience in the slightest. The villa, the amenities, and María’s hospitality more than made up for it. Would definitely consider coming back!
