SUCH a restful place! Quiet and peaceful, with fabulous natural light. Love the personal touches that Shirley adds to the space… a light left on and a pitcher of cool water waiting for us. The bed was comfortable for both of us. We will book with Shirley again!

Another great stay at Lisa’s. This has become our home-away-from-home whenever we come back to visit family. Lisa’s getaway is always spotless, super filled with snacks and amenities to make us feel right at home. The apartment itself is so unique, filled with antiques and always comfortable. You couldn’t find a friendlier or more accommodating host. This is our 4th or 5th stay and we’ll definitely be back!

It is very much a quiet retreat. Beautiful grounds set up with amazing photo opportunities. The pond is quiet with ducks swimming on it. The place was clean and had several little nice touches: a fully stocked kitchen, chocolates on the pillows, games, and dvds. Hosts were very kind and helpful. With just the right touch of providing what we needed yet allowing us the privacy to rest and relax.

Exactly as described. Perfect for a College World Series father/son trip. Chad was easy to work with, great at communicating, and very helpful.

Very nice place; huge bed in common area, and private bedroom with queen bed and toddler bed, plus foldout sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. Neighbor has adorable Aussie. There is a family living upstairs, so there are child noises; if you don't like that, maybe not this place. I like kids and they were never very loud and went to bed early. Bathroom has shower but no bath, if that is a deal breaker. It was spotlessly clean.

A great place in a central location that made it super easy to get to anywhere in Omaha we needed to go while in town for a job interview! Our hosts were easily my best Airbnb experience- very communicative and clearly have an attention to detail. The place was spacious enough for my partner and I and our large dog, Olive, to all live harmoniously. The shower pressure was truly an immaculate perk that I wish I could recreate in my own home. A true gem of a place that was perfect for what we needed! Pending the interviews, if/when we need a place to stay in Omaha, we will definitely return to the Hock’s nest!

My kids and I really enjoyed the place and it was about a 20 minute drive from wherever we wanted to go! The laundry was a HUGE plus as it was great to come home with clean clothes after being at the lake. We definitely enjoyed ourselves!

We rented the studio for 3 months. It was just what we needed to work and stay in Omaha. Good central location everything seemed to be within 15 min. The kitchen was well stocked for me to cook and the internet was great. The back house rented and we shared driveway/parking just fine. It was very quiet except when someone rented upstairs, you can have noise. Very responsive to any questions or concerns. We had a great experience and would highly recommend!

Denise made it warm and inviting. It was perfect for what we needed and the location was fantastic. We walked and explored the neighborhood and our son loved the park right across the street which was a hidden gem. She did great recommending where to go eat and visit also. Great little room for when you just need a place to sleep. Everything was clean and well decorated for the holidays so it felt just like staying in your grandma’s basement!

My friends and I had an amazing stay! The place is absolutely beautiful on a stunning location with access to a lake. The outside deck is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great time: outdoor kitchen, hot tub on and on. The host was super nice and accommodating and communicated very well making our check-in and checkout process completely smooth

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at Kathryn and Bill’s beautiful farm. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a sense of peace and luxury. The space was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed, with every detail in place. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, coffee, and everything you could think of (Kathryn even provided us some eggs, milk, and homemade bread she made), making it easy to prepare meals together. My kids and I spent hours around the spacious island, playing family games, creating memories we’ll cherish forever. The bed frame, which came from Bill’s family plantation house, was a striking and meaningful touch that added character and charm to the home. We also had the pleasure of unwinding in the incredible jacuzzi bathtub – a perfect way to soothe sore muscles after a long day. We will booking every year as my kids continue to qualify for the state wrestling tournament. Don’t wait, just book you won’t regret it !

Our stay was incredible. Julia was a wonderful & accommodating host. Communication was quick & she is extremely helpful! She went far above & beyond for us + early check in & an extra day! The house is beautiful, clean & so cozy. Super close to so many good eats, beautiful scenery & a quiet neighborhood. It snowed quite a bit during our stay & they had everything scooped & salted super quickly - even cleared our car off for us. We loved the pool table & dart board. The sauna was amazing, whirlpool bathtub was a great treat, & the floors are heated! Check in was very smooth & check out was even easier! Very secure, safe area. If you are hesitating due to it being a shared home - don’t let that be the reason you miss this beautiful place. It was so quiet you honestly would never know anyone was even there. We 100% 10/10 recommend staying here & we will definitely be back for a stay in the summer!
