Great host we arrived right at 4 o’clock and he had not made it back with some supplies was very respectful on calling me making sure it was ok to drop them off and come in. Made me feel like it was my home while I was there.

The location was perfect for our families to meet up halfway between where we live. The pool was great for the kids. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked well. We had some issues with the heating system in the house due to the cold weather, but Ryan and Tina were very responsive to our needs and got the repair people there very quickly. Despite those issues, the family voted it a great place and would stay there again.

I will definitely be back! Shari’s place was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I have family in the Bushnell, New Philadelphia/Marietta, Macomb, and Colchester. This place just makes sense for my family and myself. Thanks Shari!

We had a great time at the home! Everything was super clean and comfortable. Checking in was great, super easy. The beds were all really comfortable. My girls loved the hot tub. The best part is not having a list of instructions to have to follow to a T when we left! No extra clean up or special requirements that if not done end up incurring a fee! We were able to just have a relaxed morning packing up and heading out. We did, of course, clean up after ourselves but appreciated not feeling overwhelmed to do a list of chores before leaving.

We had so much fun at your beautiful home!! I’m sure it would have been even more fun if it was the right time of year for swimming but maybe we will be back!! The house is spacious, clean, and includes all the extras! There’s plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. We loved the pool table, playing ping pong, being able to listen to music, play games, and have two TVs when we couldn’t agree on which football game to watch! :) The kitchen was well stocked and everything labeled. I forgot garlic and was relieved to see that some of the staples were provided! Thanks for making our family Christmas memorable!! The Christmas tree even made it feel more festive. Brandy is super responsive and everything went smoothly!! Thanks for accommodating our request!! Highly recommend!!!

Ashley was so responsive and extremely nice she did what she could to get us checked in early due to our car breaking down!! Any questions she answered right away even if it was late!!

We absolutely loved this place! It is so unique and beautiful. We were absolutely obsessed with the design. It is also so spacious! It feels like it goes on forever. Loved the privacy from the backyard as well. Thank you so much for sharing your house!

We stayed here for a chill Bachelorette weekend and could not have picked a better place. The home was so fun with all the different amenities and even tho we were in Omaha, it didn't feel like we were. it was quiet and peaceful. The snacks and food options that were stocked were such a great bonus! We definitely did not go hungry. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a fun and chill place to stay with the feel of not being in the city. Definitely would stay here again!

Deb and Mark have a lovely home and were great hosts. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We appreciated the book with recommendations for the area. Deb and Mark were responsive to our questions and made us feel very welcome. A great stay!

The house was perfect for our family. It was clean and spacious. The location was perfect for our visit, close to everything in Chadron. Scott was a great host and communicated well. He even offered us sleds for our kids to use in the snow. We will definitely come back.

The house has great character and the most amazing deck! The neighborhood has mature trees and is tidy and peaceful. Lots of space to hang out with family. Host was responsive and provided clear instructions. We had a lovely stay!

Great 2-bedroom bungalow with all needed amenities. Very clean and lights left on to welcome and make access easy. Jeff was very responsive and helpful.

Mari was very helpful when I needed to shift my reservation because of a scheduling conflict on my part. She gave checking instructions that we very helpful and accurate in plenty of time and reached out on the checkin day to confirm everything was ready for us. There were many hospitality touches such as coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water and even a couple of a couple of poppi sodas. The beds were fresh and clean and comfortable. The home was comfortable and peaceful with a HUGE TV. It is centrally located but quiet at night. Overall a great place to stay while viewing the sandhill crane migration.

Charming location. Trendy decor. Spotlessly clean. Numerous amenities. Entire home with separate living areas and could well accommodate a large group. Near downtown with cute shops and friendly people. Easily walkable to historic sites Carthage is known for. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Daniel was very friendly and courteous when sharing the check-in procedures and departure expectations. We were in town for Husker FB and the location was great and allowed for easy access to pregame festivities and downtown nightlife. The neighborhood is very peaceful and beautiful in the fall. this is an absolutely fantastic place to stay. Great views in the country, close to town with responsive and friendly host. plenty of room for the whole family with everything you need. I recommend this place for anyone wishing to house their family foe any occasion.

The location was perfect with the park, shopping, and tons of restaurants all within short walking distance. We really enjoyed exploring the area during the day and then coming home each night to soak in the hot tub. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Layton’s and his property highly enough.

MJ was absolutely fabulous to work with from start to finish. She was so accommodating to get us in an hour early. She also made us feel right at home. She left us some rolls and some waters and some sodas in the refrigerator and the whole place was warm and inviting. She was super quick to respond to me when I reached out to her very late at night. We were in a bad situation at a different VRBO and we needed to move ASAP. She made everything so easy for us and I can’t tell you how much we appreciate her !!
