We had a weekend get together with somebody coming from the Twin Cities, Janesville and Sioux City….Cedar Falls was right in the middle. The house provided lots of visiting space and great amenities. It was a little too brisk to be out on the patio around a fire at night but as the house is located right on a river that would be perfect too. Loved having the shuffleboard, foosball and beanbag games as well. Loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Another wonderful stay with our kids and grands! Beautiful home and the owners are very responsive and kind. Will definitely be back again!

This was my first time visiting Iowa. The visit was on a sad occasion. Jamie's place was so beautiful and peaceful. So much so that my fiancee and are planning a happier occasion trip here solely because of Jamie's place. Great job don't change a thing.

There are many places to stay in the Ventura/Clear lake area. I found this place 3 years ago and do not plan to book anywhere else. Our group of 8/9 guys book a trip every year to enjoy some fishing on the ice in February every year. This home is always ready for us, and fits our needs perfectly! Cozy, a great view and plenty of room! If it is available, we will keep booking it! Thank you for being a perfect host!

We loved our girls weekend stay at Jennifer’s place!! It had all the conveniences of home without the noise and fast pace! We were able to slow down and relax - reading, puzzles, good food, and laughs surrounded by a beautiful home and country views. Jennifer was super accommodating when we had to reschedule due to illness and she has thought through all the the necessities needed for her beautiful home. We’ll be back when it’s warmer to enjoy more of the outside perks!

Sarah’s place is amazing! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Sarah is such a prepared host and we had access to things we didn’t know we needed. For example we had a sick kiddo and Sarah had COVID tests on site. We made steaks one night and we found butcher twine in the kitchen. This place is a true find and such a great place for a family trip. It goes without saying that the game room and lake equipment were a hit and kept everyone engaged and entertained. We can’t wait to stay again at Crappie Cove.

This is a beautiful place! It works great for families. The grandkids enjoyed playing in the sand on the beach and running around the backyard. The firepit was perfect! Everyone enjoyed roasting marshmallows and making smores. We got to see wildlife - squirrels, cranes, geese, ducks, raccoons and a very friendly cat that came to sit by the deck door which all of the kids enjoyed. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with the family for a getaway weekend! Each of them said what a nice place it was and so roomy. I even had a granddaughter ask this morning if we could go back to the "lake house". Thank you for sharing it with us!

Talk about last minute booking and an amazing host❤️❤️❤️. Our stay was more than we ever hoped for. Milk House is a very unique Airbnb. We loved our stay and all the extras. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was by far the most hospitality. Love the fresh eggs, coffee and the farm animals. The location was prefect. We biked during the day and return to a nice quiet/relaxing place. Thank you for creating a beautiful place to sure with the world❤️ Brian and Janis

Some family friends and our family with three kids stayed and really appreciated the kid friendly environment: plenty of toys, pack and plays, etc. so helpful when packing!

Our stay was perfect! Alisa was an accommodating host and easy to communicate with. Her place is exactly what is pictured and is as described. My kids loved her DVD collection and we had a great time playing games — we were indoors mostly since the weather wasn’t cooperating for fishing. We felt completely comfortable!

I came with a 3 friends and we met partway between our locations. We had a retreat and ended up staying snuggled in at the sweet space for our full two night stay for our activities. Sweet touches like baked cupcakes made you know how much Diane cared for her guests. Everything was spotless and the design and decorating were so inviting! Everyone commented at what a great fine this was!

The coziest, comfiest, cottage with the nicest hosts. My husband and I drove up from Louisiana to have a long weekend with family, and this was the perfect spot. We felt right at home, and we were only a few short minutes away from our family. The hosts were extremely accommodating and flexible with our check-in time. This place is a great value and we will definitely stay here again on future visits!

“Wonderful Stay on the Water!” We had an amazing time at this beautiful, spacious Airbnb! The views were stunning, and being right on the water made the experience so much more special. We loved having the option to go kayaking during the day, which was a highlight. In the evenings, we enjoyed relaxing by the bonfire, which made for perfect cozy nights under the stars. The host was friendly and responsive, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with plenty of outdoor activities!

Our party of five adults stayed at Andy's place for a birthday weekend and had a great time. The cabin and surroundings are as described ~ clean, unique, private, quiet. We kayaked and fished in the pond and ate our meals on the deck; we loved the outdoor spaces and appreciated having the kayaks and the fire pit available. We traveled to Elkader and Decorah during the days. The cabin was just the right place to come back to.

This cabin is perfect for summer, and has plenty of indoor space for winter visits. We celebrated with 10 people. The kitchen / dining room is spacious. Hot tub out back had no issues during our stay and maintained temp in 15 degree weather. We used the AirPlay feature in the game room to cast our devices and stream our favorite shows and pictures during our stay. Plenty of hot water for everyone to shower, the dishwasher does take a little longer than others but is absolutely silent. Beds are comfortable, the hosts have provided essentials like towels, cleaning supplies, kitchenware. 5/5 stars.

If you're thinking of booking here, do it! The host was amazing and always making sure we had what we needed! The views are great! The cabin was clean and we felt right at home! The hot tub was splendid! You will not regret booking with the Eagles Roost!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The cabin is such an awesome get away and has all the comforts of home. Chris and Bryan are great hosts and we will be coming back again and again whenever in the area. So private and peaceful!

Tammi's place in Moravia was a wonderful little getaway. we really enjoyed the cabin and the view of the pond! We booked last minute and Tammi was very quick and happy to help with anything we needed. Would go back again!

Loved staying here! Very clean and comfortable! Walking trails, parks, good restaurants, beautiful area. Will definitely be staying again in the future.
