Loved our stay even though short! The home was so incredible and perfect for our fur family! The extra little treats for us and our 4 legged family was such an amazing touch! The pet beds all over the home were incredible and the dog toys were so much appreciated! Thank you for an amazing stay! The home owner even went over and beyond once we checked out! She reached out to let us know we accidentally left a few items behind and she mailed them to us! Can’t speak highly enough about the immense amount of kindness! Thank you times a million!!!

Great location and perfect home for our family gathering! We wanted a place that was centrally located for family to meet up for the weekend and it was PERFECT! There were enough beds for everyone and great space for all of us to just hang out and spend time together! Easy check-in/check-out, super clean home, great neighborhood!

As advertised and very flexible.

Very helpful to have backyard access for my dogs, beautiful eclectic garden. Very comfortable bed and although I didn’t need the fridge or stove, it’s nice to know they were there. I didn’t notice if there were any utensils or dishes besides mugs. Quiet neighborhood and great sleeping!

Had a great stay at this Cedar Rapids getaway! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was quiet, and check-in was smooth. Dave was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We were in town for flight training, and the location worked out perfectly. I enjoyed my stay at this place. Being my very first time in the US and in Davenport, Amanda's place offered me a safe and peaceful place to stay. The spaces were kept clean, warm and welcoming. I was able to walk around and learn the surroundings. I also met Amanda's dad twice and we had a chat-wonderful person. I would choose this again if I needed and will my colleagues about it.

The apartment was immaculate and the decor was so fun! Host was incredibly friendly and helpful with my family research (the main reason for our visit). We will definitely be staying here every time we visit!

This was so much better than staying at a hotel, and for a cheaper price! Our twins loved the toys that were provided in the space, and it was such a cozy little area, they slept great which never happens at hotels! This condo is so cute and cozy. Is a great space for 2 adults and teens/preteens. Fwamay was very responsive throughout the planning process and our stay. I loved the personal touch she added with the decoration and thoughtful kids closet. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed at Sarah’s place for a Husker home game! We love the location - walking distance to Memorial Stadium, Barry’s, and The Railyard. See y’all next year! GBR!

We were scheduled to stay for 3 days. There was a thunderstorm that knocked power out at the house, and several other places in the surrounding town. Lillian communicated with us before we ever arrived in Friday evening, offered to refund my money for one night. After several hours, we rented a hotel room nearby. I didn't want to have to move all of our stuff out of the hotel and repack. I asked her for a full refund. Lillian communicated that I needed to ask Airbnb to cancel our stay, because she couldn't just refund me without that being done first. I messaged Airbnb and asked them since it was an Act Of Nature that prevented our stay. Messaged Lillian back, and with no hesitation, my stay was cancelled and money totally refunded!!! To say the very least I was impressed with the way she stayed in touch throughout the evening, and handled the whole weekend cancellation with grace. Without a doubt, I will book it again in the future through Lillian. She's the best!

The place is easy to find and get into! Perfect little apt for someone who is visiting town and doesn’t need much. It was clean and stocked with what we needed! Not as close to old market as we thought but a bird scooter got us there in no time. Would stay again! Host was very responsive when we needed to communicate!

House was just as described. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. And enough couch seating for all the people! Would definitely stay again. Make sure you pay attention to the directions when looking for the house. I missed the #8 and took a few minutes to realize where the house actually was.

My family and I had a great one-month stay. The host was always available and quick to resolve any issues that came up. We truly felt at home and would definitely recommend this place to others!
