Playa Blanca : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Très bel appartement confortable et très bien équipé. Parking aisé. Terrasse privée immense et très agréable. Literie confortable. Dans un quartier calme mais néanmoins proche des restaurants du bord de mer. Très bonne localisation pour visiter l’île.

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour, c’était parfais merci beaucoup 😊

Estupendo el lugar donde nos quedamos, era muy bonito, tenía todas las comodidades y está decorado con muy buen gusto y originalidad. volvería sin dudarlo por supuesto! Un 10!

Wij zijn 14 dagen te gast geweest.Gemma was heel snel en zeer vriendelijk in haar reakties.Ze hielp direkt toen we iets misten en altijd bereid te helpen.Ook tijdens het verblijf. De studio is ruim ,goede bedden en een fijne badkamer met grote douche.Goed uitgeruste keuken.Het is heerlijk om te zitten op de bankjes en ligbedden buiten en enigzins beschut bij harde wind. Grote tv als je die zou willen. In ongeveer 20 minuten loop je naar het centrum met al zijn gezelligheid,daarna is t absoluut rustig in de studio.Het is een fijne vakantie in de ruime studio geweest..

Just back from a week in Paul’s apartment. Would highly recommend. Apartment spotless and has everything you need. Very quiet complex but just 2 minutes into old town and 15 minute walk to the strip. Paul’s communication was first class and nothing was a bother. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to this lovely apartment.

Had a lovely holiday at Adrian's place. Really nice, clean little apartment with everything you need. A few yards to pool with sunbeds but we didn't go in...went to beach on 'sunbathing days'. Bonus lots of TV channels if the weather is poor! Lidl a couple of hundred yards away plus other supermarkets and bars nearby. Very close to a bus stop if you want to explore. Short walk (for us) down to main strip but be aware can be a slightly longer route back to avoid steep slopes. Area was quiet at night and felt very safe. Adrian communicated promptly and helpfully to our questions. Would deffo stay there again if we return to Puerto.

Notre séjour dans le logement de Camilo s’est très bien passé. Il est bien situé sur l’île ce qui permet de visiter un morceau de lanzarote chaque jour. Nous avons apprécié les équipements du logement, sa vue et surtout son calme. Il est très facile de se garer en voiture devant le logement. La communication avec Camilo et Dacil a été très bonne et sont réactives au moindre problème. Merci encore pour ce séjour que nous avons adoré. 🙂

Beautiful accomodation, excellent communication with a most helpful host Oliver. We enjoyed the unique original features of the villa and especially the gorgeous front and back gardens. With the added bonus of it being enclosed and private, this was a memorable experience which we would highly recommend to others!

Das Ferienhaus war wirklich ein Traum! Sehr groß und topp ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt zum Entspannen geeignet, da das Haus sehr ruhig liegt. Trotzdem ist fußläufig ein Supermarkt (u.a. für die täglichen Frühstücksbrötchen) und Restaurants zu erreichen. Auch unser 5 jähriges Kind hat das Ferienhaus dank des warmen beheizten Pools und des gemütlichen Draußenbetts geliebt. Für Ausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stränden und zu Spielplätzen für größere Kinder haben wir unseren Mietwagen genutzt.

We loved everything about the house, and Inaki was a great host. This was our first thing using Airbnb and we will definitely do it again. Having the house was like a home away from home. Its was exactly like the photos. We will definitely return again.

Kevin's place was a wonderful home from home for a 6 week stay in Playa Blanca. It's located with easy access to the beach and town centre (both an easy 25-30 minute walk) though a car is useful for exploring further afield. We've stayed in a few places in Playa Blanca and Kevin's is up there with the best. It's really nicely furnished and very well equipped, especially the kitchen which has everything you'd need including a decent coffee machine. The terrace and pool is great, a good size and nicely heated to take the edge off during the winter. The only downside is the nearby construction, which nothing can be done about. To be honest though, during the time I was there, most days you wouldn't have known it was there. Some days it's a bit more active which meant a bit of noise and dust, but overall it didn't have a negative impact on my stay. Communication with Kevin was good, and he was keen to hear of any ways to improve the villa, not that I could think of any. Would recommend

Nos sentimos como en casa desde el minuto 1. La casa está limpia y muy equipada. La atención recibida por el anfitrión fue excepcional. El único inconveniente es que está próxima a una carretera principal y cuando estabas en la piscina o en la terraza escuchabas mucho ruido de coches.

This villa is so lovely, excellent location with ability to walk either way for good restaurants/bars etc. The communal pool is just for a few villas and I quite often had it all to myself (although the water is rather chilly!!). Facilities are brilliant with everything you could need provided including sugar/salt/spices, body wash/soap and washing facilities. I had good contact from the host who was very friendly and able to help with any issues. The one and only thing that could be improved is that obviously there is no air con, and the fan is quite old and very loud, so with a slightly better fan I would say the villa is hard to beat!

Het huis van Marco is precies zoals op de foto’s. Netjes, met zorg aangekleed, schoon en zeer compleet. Heel knus en gezellig ingericht met een privé ommuurde tuin, waar je heerlijk ‘s morgens in het zonnetje kan zitten. Bed ligt prima, slaapbank ook goed. Vroegen om een extra deken, want het koelde nog wel wat af in de nacht. Deze kwam Marco bij ons aan de deur afgeven. Badkamer en keuken mooi en functioneel en een grote koelkast. Het dorp ligt tegen een heuvel opgebouwd, zeer nette omgeving en een straat af van het huis van de bekende architect, welke je kan bezichtigen. Een auto is een must, maar dat zou ik sowieso aanraden op Lanzarote als je mobiel wilt zijn om de omgeving op eigen gelegenheid te zien. Vooral als koppel is dit erg leuk om tijdens je vakantie te boeken en ook nog eens zeer betaalbaar!

Great quiet location, friendly complex. Apartment had everything you needed including beach/ pool towels Loved having the washing machine as we were able to take clean clothes home with us! Great communication with David & Pachi who looks after the apartment. Pachi kindly booked us a taxi to the airport for our return journey. Would definitely recommend.

The place is stunning, well described and looks like just on the pictures. Great spot when you are in Lanzarote. I can recommend it to everyone.

Appartement très bien agencé, spacieux et très bien équipé. Une très belle grande terrasse avec une belle vue sur l'océan. Piscine très appréciable même fin octobre. Barman (piscine) très sympathique. Stationnement facile et gratuit tout proche. John a toujours été très réactif et arrangeant 😉.

Virginia's apartment is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, spacious enough for two and has everything you'll need. The bed is enormous and super comfy, we slept so well. The outdoor space is private and gets sun for most of the day. The Los Molinos complex is lovely, it has a couple of pools, the gardens are well maintained and there were plenty of sunbeds. It's a short walk to the beach and the promenade which takes you into the centre. Virginia recommended eating at Sausalito, which we did and also highly recommend. We had a lovely stay, would highly recommend and hope to return. Thank you Virginia!

Super séjour dans un super appartement bien pensé. Propreté irréprochable. Neuf et moderne avec une super terrasse. La résidence est calme et très agréable. Miguel a pensé à tout en passant par la lessive, les produits ménagers, les équipements de cuisine. Très facile pour accéder à l’appartement et super bien placé pas loin de la mer!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nerina’s place. She is such a lovely host and was so friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. She catered to our every need and it really did feel like a home from home. There were so many small touches (a torch for the bed side table, insect repellent, kitchen and bathroom cleaning material, a welcome bottle of wine and snacks and many more!) every where and lots of things provided that just made everything so much easier. This apartment is in a great location, such an easy walk to the beach, shops and bars. Lidl is a 5 minute walk away which was so handy. The kitchen is so well equipped that were able to cook our lunch and breakfast there. The pool area was lovely and really quiet. The TV is great if you want to have a chill night in, so many channels and things available! We honesty didn’t want to leave and hope we can come back again soon. I cannot fault Nerina, she is the most thoughtful host I have ever stayed with!
