Harbor House is a fantastic home with great amenities such as air conditioning, lovely decor, hot/warm water, plenty of living space (including an indoor bar/patio), TVs in every bedroom with streaming services such as Netflix, and is located just a block from the ocean!! The hosts were wonderful- extremely responsive, detailed, helpful and they proactively engaged with us to ensure we had an awesome stay! One of the host's specifically, Johanna, not only checked on us periodically, but gave us great recommendations for local restaurants/activities and even procured a special cooking appliance we needed. I highly recommend Harbor House, and hope to stay there again when we visit Santa Marta!

La casa es muy bonita, los muebles son nuevos , queda a una cuadra de la playa en un muy buen sector. en temporada alta se debe tener paciencia por qué transita mucho turista por el sector. tiene un cuidandero que está muy atento al orden, aseo del mini conjunto. esta retirado del rodadero y eso ayuda a no sentirse acosado con tanto vendedor en la zona de la playa. tiene un centro comercial a 10 minutos caminando y un olímpica a dos cuadras esto es una gran ventaja para no sacar los vehículos en temporada alta que Santa Marta se vuelve pesado en movilidad en temporada de vacaciones.

This is by far one of the best places I've stayed! The place looked exactly like the photos. It was so relaxing and beautiful. It is in the perfect location and you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. The host was very prompt in responding to messages and very accommodating! I highly recommend this stay!

Amazing location! Right in the middle of town but very private and comfortable. Tons of space for us (3). Would highly recommend!

Very flexible host, we were traveling with a family and they allowed us check into early. The home was located in an amazing location with a great pool and secure area for the children. The administration was very helpful and responsive as well. This is near the beach which is perfect for our family and children to go back quickly for naps and food. Things to know are most of the drains don’t drain well in the showers but we kind of expected this due to the beach sand. The washing machine is broken but they have a smaller one on side that needs to be hand filled with water buckets and it does a very basic job and washing. Other than that we rate this place very positively so enjoy!!!!

La casa es perfecta para familias, la cocina está muy bien dotada, tiene muy buena ventilación. Hay un supermercado cerca y la playa a media cuadra. Danny es muy atento y amigable. El conjunto tiene carpas de playa, solo te cobran un fee por el uso y las sillas, mucho más económico que en otros sectores de la playa. Los domicilios llegan sin problema.

Great place to visit with kids. Very convenient to be right on the beach. Definitely hire a person to cook for you. It is totally worth it and delish.

Excelente estadía en la casa de Luis. Las fotos corresponden al lugar e incluso el espacio es más grande. La casa está bien equipada y Luis siempre estuvo muy pendiente de todo. Muy agradable y accesible, idéal para vacacionar en familia !

Muchas gracias a Claudia y a Fabian su esposo por la hospitalidad son muy amables. La casa es limpia, muy agradable cómoda y moderna. También son muy amables los vigilantes Pasamos unos días muy ricos con mi familia. El inconveniente son los alrededores. No es recomendable andar a pie después de las 6 00 pm.

Overall the place was great! Relaxing and beautiful. Some noisy neighbors came during our stay but after talking to the owner they eventually calmed down.

Beautiful house close to plenty of restaurants and the beach. We had a wonderful stay and the hosts were always helpful and friendly! Definitely would recommend for an unforgettable stay in Santa Marta!

This place was beautiful and very secure. It was like having a whole hotel to yourself. Each room has its own secure entry and each room is a hotel room in and of itself equipped with a bathroom and amenities. The location is great and the hosts were very responsive to anything we needed or requested. This place is a relaxed little paradise in the center of santa marta.

I have used AbnB for 4 years and this is my most memorable experience. The house is in tranquil neighborhood. Police patrol this area all the time , safe , walking distance to many grocery shops . The house has a very equipped kitchen with anything you need. The host is always very responsive to any situation. My family and I felt at home .
