La Havane : locations de vacances avec terrasse

La ubicacion fue la perfecta para lo que requeria, esta muy limpio todo, los servicios que ofrecen estan excelentes, solo pediria hacer esfuerzo para contar con wifi, ya que aunque ese es un problema comun en cuba, me he hospedado en otra casas de renta y si te proporcionan este servicio que es indispendable para los viajeros hoy en dia.

Our stay at the Miramar apartment in Cuba was absolutely exceptional! The apartment was beautiful, immaculate, and perfectly maintained—everything felt fresh, crisp, and inviting. The breakfasts were delicious and a perfect way to start each day. The air conditioning was excellent, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay, and the WiFi was good, making it easy to stay connected. A huge thank you to TAYMI, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our liking. She took care of all our needs with incredible attention to detail, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we required. From arranging transportation to and from the airport and the university to making us feel completely at home, she was simply outstanding—so, so good! Equally impressive was Maribel’s responsiveness—every question I had was answered within minutes! The communication and service were top-notch, making this one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. I will certainly be back!!

Second time staying there, love it. Quiet and peaceful apartment, 1 block from the boardwalk. Very responsiva and great host. looking forward to my third stay.

Best place in Cuba. The whole house is air conditioned and the air works even when there is no electricity because they have a power plant. Eduardo helped me with everything, he even let me a SIM card to be able to communicate when in Cuba. The lady that helps with the cleaning helped us wash our clothes and she was so nice. Great Casa particular. Can’t say enough good things. Book it. You won’t regret it. Thank you Eduardo for everything.

The host and her family where great and very accommodating. Their home was nice, clean and on a quiet street. I was always out the house every morning so I was not bothered by the morning black outs plus there was just a hurricane that went through Cuba so it was expected that I would have power issues. I definitely recommend staying here its peaceful and private and the location was perfect for me. Thank you for having me.

Es una casa increíblemente espectacular. Grande cómoda y casa habitación con su baño y total privacidad. Ideal para compartir entre amigos y pasar un buen rato en el gran patio que tiene con piscina. Limpieza y comodidad de 10!

Los dueños de la casa , Maby y su esposo Manuel fueron los mejores anfitriones que pudimos tener . Siempre atentos y dispuestos a atender a nuestras demandas nos hicieron sentir como si estuviéramos en nuestra propia casa, o mejor aún . La casa respondió con creces a lo que de ella esperábamos por la información de que disponíamos en esta aplicación . Sin duda si volvemos a La Habana será nuestra primera opción. 100% recomendable.

It was a wonderful, memorable stay. We will be sharing this listing with many more people. Visiting Cuba can be tricky with travel arrangements, cell service, etc. Lexa was a kind and responsive host who cared for our needs. We wouldn't think about booking any other space.

Laura's place was great, house staff (Osmel and Yanixa) were incredibly kind. They were very attentive and so helpful throughout my stay. They brought me coffee from the market, helped me hire a driver and made the arrangement for me. One night I wanted to watch a movie from my laptop, Osmel was kind to bring me an HDMI cable for the TV. Very trustworthy and polite people. They even cut me fresh pineapples! Brought me beers without ripping me off. They provided me instructions and took time out to be available. They accommodated my late flight, gave me recommendations of places. I can speak very highly of them and for their care. The house was very nice, more like a mansion. No power outages, I always had hot water with pressure. Washroom was very nice with a double sink. Bed and linens were great. Kitchen was solid with a big modern fridge and stove. Living room had a great big sectional sofa. Dining table was very nice, with fresh flowers on the table. Backyard was great!

This was the most impressive home we stayed in! Located in Miramar, a top neighborhood surrounded by diplomatic and residential homes, it’s unassuming outside but a stunning surprise inside—modern, spotless, and beautifully designed with an artistic beach vibe. You can rent by room or the entire space. Four en suite rooms, but all 5 rooms have keypad-locked doors and safes for security. Location also includes 24/7 security. The home is fully equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a coffee machine, top-tier appliances (hair dryer), and streaming services (WiFi can be spotty, as expected in Cuba). Includes both 110 & 220 outlets. Lots of thought and intention. The rooftop pool is a true highlight, and fresh flowers were a lovely touch! Marcos is an amazing host—attentive, responsive, and able to arrange transportation, tours, or dining. The staff keeps the home pristine. A truly special stay—we’d return in a heartbeat!

Kohde oli juuri niin kuin piti, Maleconilla upeassa merimaisemassa. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö, pehmeät sängyt ja tyynyt. Puhdasta! Havannan tasoon suhteutettuna luksusasunto, vettä riitti ja ilmastointi toimi, viisi kylpyhuonetta oli myös todella jees, kun vieraat saivat käyttää yhtä. Siivous oli 3. Päivän välein. Olimme myös Josen järjestämällä Varaderon retkellä, sielläkin saimme huippupalvelua, hyviä suosituksia ja hyvän kyydin. Lähellä oli myös pari kohtuuhintaista ravintolaa, jossa kauemmassa käytiin, loistavat ruoat! Usa embassyn vieressä myös turvalliset oltavat! Valitsemme tämän taatusti toistekkin! Ainut miinus suuremman tavallisen kahvinkeittimen puuttumisesta. Vahva suositus, neljän hengen porukalle oli ruhtinaallisesti tilaa! Mutta sopisi kyllä isompikin porukka hyvin! 😊
