Guillermo & Nuvia were kind and helpful. I had many questions and they answered all of them. They gave suggestions for places to eat and where to go. The apartment was clean and the views extraordinary. The little pub/cafe down the street was a pleasant find. I would recommend highly!!

La estancia nos encantó. Es exactamente cómo se describe, la atención de las anfitrionas es espectacular. Es un lugar en una ubicación excelente para conocer la Habana Vieja, los vecinos son muy amables y de gran ayuda para sentirte como en casa. Sin duda una de las mejores opciones de alojamiento en La Habana. Proporcionan ayuda para el cambio de moneda, transporte, internet y la comunicación es muy efectiva y amable todo el tiempo. 100% recomendable

We already visited a few Airbnbs in Cuba and in my opinion this was the best one - also in a good price. The place was very spacious, clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. The location was also great and not far from restaurants and other attractions. The beds were comfortable. Some friendly neighbours organised us a place to safely park our car. I would definitely recommend this place and come back in the future!

everything was great, perfect host, Berney was absolutely amazing super helpful and to top it off makes amazing mojitos. the Internet was flawless unlike the other places our friends were staying - we even had some friends come over and remark on the excellent wifi!

Este alojamiento merece todas las estrellas posibles, la atención, el lugar en sí, su ubicación todo todo estuvo perfecto, caminábamos al Capitolio y al malecón porque todo eres muy cerca, nos vendieron la cena en 10 dólares y el desayuno en 8 dólares, muy deliciosa y variada. Éramos una familia de 19 personas y la atención fue espectacular

Femstjärnig vistelse! Väldigt familjära och hjälper med allt som behövs och ger dessutom extra tips. Vi kände oss jättetrygga och omhändertagna. Platsen ligger några minuters gång från allt i Gamla Stan. Även rent och väldigt välordnat boende och väldigt bekvämt att komma hem till efter en lång dag. Rekommenderar verkligen, missa inte chansen att känna er hemma i Havanna!

Estube una estancia de 17 días con la familia la atención impecable. Personas encantadoras. La casa expectacular con todas las comodidades céntrica y con supermercados. Restaurantes. Cerca. Estoy muy agradecida por la atención del personal de la casa. Y la Dueña. Repite re otra ves. Todo muy limpio ordenado. Volveré con mucho gusto

I løpet av våre sytten dager på Cuba bodde vi i Casa Nini i to perioder. Vi trivdes veldig godt!! En god Airbnb opplevelse handler for oss blant annet om å få god og relevant informasjon i forkant og under oppholdet. Det fikk vi her: Både fra Nini i forkant av oppholdet og av Franci under oppholdet. Franci tryllet frem nydelige frokoster og middager. Hun bistod oss med alt vi trengte hjelp til, om det var å organisere skyss, tipse om restauranter og booke bord til å planlegge utflukter og komme med innspill om aktiviteter. I Franci får man en vertinne som balanserer tilgjengelighet og privatliv på mesterlig vis. Men det aller viktigste var nok den gode stemningen hun bidro til. Et opphold på Casa Nini vil berike oppholdet på Cuba. Takterrassen ble brukt mye. Både til måltider og avslapning. Her kunne man trekke seg tilbake samtidig som man kunne sitte på kanten og observere livet nede i gata. Vi må også nevne at vi fikk veldig gode og trygge sjåfører organisert av Casa Nini.

Due to heavy thunderstorms the WiFi went down on the first night, but you can’t control nature. I thought it was a blessing in disguise. We managed to enjoy the house so much more and each other’s company. The staff was amazing. The staff had coffee ready for us in the am before we could even request it. The pool is a very nice touch. The security guard at night helps give no second thoughts, even tho Havana is a very safe city. Would certainly go back. Enjoyed our entire stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastic apartment with the most excellent hosts. Karen accommodated our late check in and was kind and helpful (good to have a lift aka elevator for our luggage). Apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy, with lovely decor and interesting artwork. We were lucky enough to have an Art tour and met owners Greta and Adonis (100% recommend!). Location less touristy than Old Havana so affected by things beyond the hosts control (e.g. power/gas cuts, lack of street garbage collection) but apartment feels safe and tranquil with working air con in bedrooms. Really appreciated access to a mobile phone for duration of our stay with data and la nave (Cuba equivalent to Uber), particularly useful to have outside of the apartment. Karen was responsive and exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Main tip for first time visitors to Cuba is BRING CASH (ideally US dollars) as currently only pesos can be withdrawn from ATMs and is fixed at a very poor exchange rate.

Perfect location with amazing view of the Capital. In 50 steps you are on the prado which is awesome for walking. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for coffee, cooking ect. Olga Emma's sister was awesome. She helped find everything I needed. I was there for 3 weeks and was very comfortable. Emma and Olga are very nice people. I recommend this apartment as a perfect central location in Havana.

Tolle Gastgeber, sehr kommunikativ, sehr auf die Sicherheit der Gäste bedacht. Gabriel erklärt alles rund um das Haus bis ins letzte Detail. Sehr familiäres Verhältnis.

Tanto Tania como Giuseppe nos atendieron muy amablemente. En todo momento se mostraron predispuestos para ayudarnos en nuestra estadía en la Habana, recomendándonos cosas para hacer y lugares que visitar o cualquier cosa que necesitemos como traslados para llegar desde el Aeropuerto o desde Varadero. Sin dudas recomiendo el lugar ya que es muy bonito y se encuentra en una zona inmejorable.

Great place with a great view. Very spacious. Really enjoyed the attention and helpful host. Everything was smooth. Quick access to most all central areas of Havana. Just some noise from the busy street below-buses and trucks every morning. But at least the apartment is on the 7th floor so not too bad. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Havana.

Todo el proceso previo a la entrada al departamento fue excelente. Destaco la participación de Mariam quien nos guió en todo momento y proporcionó excelentes consejos. Siempre estuvo en contacto con nosotros para lo que hiciera falta. El Depto muy completo y bien organizo. Estelita, la propietaria, es una persona excepcional. Nos brindó todo el apoyo y siempre estuvo al tanto de nuestra estadía para hacerla lo mas agradable posible. La limpieza fue excelente. Una joven llamada Mary limpió el departamento dos veces por semana y lo hizo impecable. Les recomiendo esta departamento a otros clientes. No creo que encuentren otra opción mejor que esta. I cannot say enough positive things about Ernesto and Reina. They were beyond responsive and available for us with whatever we needed: helping exchange currency, organizing rides/tours, and just general concerns or information requested. The apartment has so much character and great views from both sides. When the nationwide power outage started, the hosts brought us lights for the apartment and for walking the streets! The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Old Havana. It's a short walk to anywhere and there are many awesome restaurants just a couple blocks away. I would be sure to ask Ernesto about the tours he runs. We did the walking tour and our guide was incredible and went over the time for us to show us a few more spots! We also did the trip to Viñales through him and it was the highlight of our time there. I look forward to returning. I would not hesitate or think twice about booking with them as we would not have had full experience we did without them!
