We recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The apartment was not only functional but also nice, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, very nice and clean swimming pool, close to our favourite beach. Highly recommended!

We loved the apartment it was spotless and had everything we needed for our 4 week stay. Jana and her husband were great hosts, they were very accommodating with our arrival and check out times, we would definitely stay again.

El piso está muy bien, tal y como se ve en las fotos. La zona era muy tranquila y no había ruido. Se podía aparcar en las inmediaciones sin problema, además de tener una plaza de garaje. La zona de la piscina comunitaria era amplia y no o había mucha gente. El piso tenía todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa.(Lo de las toallas de playa un lujo para no tener que llevar en la maleta). Desde la terraza se podía ver el mar y si estaba despejado el Teide. Bajando la calle había una playita y andando 5 minutos más llegabas al Médano y pueblo pequeño pero con todo lo necesario para no tener que moverte( comercio, restaurantes, supermercado...) Nosotros llegamos tarde a la noche y nos estuvo esperando Mónica para entregarnos las llaves. Fue muy maja con nosotros y estuvo atenta desde antes de llegar. Nos recomendó varios sitios para ir a comer y a visitar. Lo recomiendo 100x100.

Apartment is very central , only thing was no air con can get bit hot at night. Would recommend and would definitely return . Quiet at night . Very secure .

A lovely place, quiet and peaceful but easy to walk to local shops, restaurants etc. Garage parking and the terrace with private pool were highlights. Great communication from the host too with instructions to get in and very responsive to my questions.

Had a lovely 2 week stay. Apartment was well looked after, clean and very well equipped. Kitchen had everything you could want. Washing machine was really useful although we had to buy a large pack of detergent and only used a small amount. A couple of wash pods would have been nice to have as we were given 4 wash tablets for the dishwasher Wi-Fi was excellent and ran our firestick with no problems. Location is superb, having private access to the beachfront. 3 minute walk to the Vista bars and shopping centre. 10 minute stroll to the port area and main restaurant area. Our only negative was the balcony furniture and sunbeds. Table on the balcony too big when there is a dining table just inside the lounge patio doors. It would be nicer with some comfortable chairs to make more use of the balcony. Sunbeds were very hard and needed some cushions so unable to use. Suggestion to have the semi reclining sun chairs which can be used on the balcony or carried down to the pool area.

Hôte TRÈS PROFESSIONNEL ET À L’ÉCOUTE ! Super séjours, accueil et instruction au top ! Nous avons passée de bon moments en famille avec 2 enfants. Très propre et à proximité immédiate de touts commerces, restaurant et activité. Siam Park à peine à descendre à pied 5 minutes. Nous reviendrons sûrement et conseillerons à nos proches et amis ce magnifique villa.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce logement situé à en dessous de Vilaflor. Ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié, c'est la tranquillité absolue des lieux, parfaite pour se ressourcer et se détendre. La localisation est idéale, à proximité du parc national du Teide, ce qui en fait un point de départ parfait pour les randos. Le fait d'être un peu en altitude nous permet d'admirer une vue magnifique sur une mer de nuages chaque matin. Le logement lui-même était conforme à nos attentes : spacieux, propre et correctement équipé pour un séjour confortable. En conclusion, nous recommandons sans réserve ce logement à toute personne souhaitant allier tranquillité, découverte de la nature et panorama exceptionnel.

Magnifique appartement dans un cadre paisible avec vue sur L’os Gigantes extra ! L’accueil et la disponibilité de Naomi était très sympathique et très agréable. Un séjour à refaire…

We had a great time at Jamie's property. It was just as described in the pictures. There are several terraces to sit at and enjoy the lovely views. Pool area was lovely and clean and quiet.. no fighting for a sunbed! The property was well equipped and plenty of towels for both indoor and outdoor. Jamie was a great host, very helpful and knowledgeable. As we arrived on a Sunday, the welcome items were much appreciated. The property is about a 15 - 20mins walk to the Safari centre. Plenty of taxis around but we preferred to walk. Supermarket is close by and a great cafe! We will definitely be booking again.

super nett, super hilfsbereit, toll eingerichtete Wohnung, alles genau wie beschrieben... lediglich der Pool war zu unserer Zeit (Mitte Dezember) leider nicht warm genug zum schwimmen. Aber vielleicht haben wir auch einfach Pech gehabt. Dennoch würden wir sofort wieder buchen, wenn wir nach Costa adeje fahren.

Dette var et perfekt sted for en jente gjeng på 6 i 50-årene. Vi elsket huset med bassenget som har salt vann og vi bestilte oppvarming. Mange fine steder ute og spise og sole seg. Vi kjøpte med mat hjem og spiste hjemme noen dager også, da det var så fint med alt utstyr i huset og flotte lys på kvelden. Det er nære å gå til Siam mall og supermercado, en liten bakke men fint å bo i høyden for å få nydelig utsikt. Nespresso maskinen et stort plus! Helt toppen sted, vi komner gjerne tilbake!

We really enjoyed our stay and we thought the apartment and views were even nicer than in pictures. With family it was perfect, the heated pool, spacious apartment and garage made life easy. Viktoria and Sergej responded always with no delay and are super friendly. Area was also good for us and I enjoyed runs along the sea and also on the hiking trail close by with amazing views. If you want to eat out a lot, be prerared that you need to walk a bit to areas with restaurants. Pool we had often only for ourselves so it was quiet and peaceful in the residential complex. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable!

We had a great time here - 6 adults and a 2 year old. The flat was spacious and well appointed and we didn't feel crowded at all. We ate in around half the time and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery so you weren't waiting for the dishwasher to finish which can be a problem with a larger group. The area is lovely. 10-15 mins to the sea and great for a seaside walk and then back to the apartment for a swim in the pool. Plenty of towels and some pool toys. We ate out on the front patio with lovely views across the park to the base of Teide. Restaurants and reasonably good supermarkets close by. Communication was good and a generous check out time extended on request to 13.30 Would certainly recommend

Stayed at Orlando in America’s apartment for 4 weeks in Feb 2025. It was very clean, comfortable,well equipped and had everything you need for an extended stay. Our host was always available and ready to answer any questions or issues we had quickly. The complex is in a great location in Adeje and has a great pool area and bar. Would recommend anyone to stay there, in fact we have booked again for next year.

I had never used an AirBnb before, and was a little cautious, but Diego and Rosa were so responsive to any queries or questions I had. They were both so friendly and so helpful. The apartment was very clean, and exactly as described. Thank you so much guys - we will definitely be back again! Darren & Charmain

We have just returned from 2 weeks. We loved the apartment with great balcony getting sun from 11am onwards. 2 pools always quiet and very clean. Nice tidy and quiet complex and just a 10 minutes walk down to amenities. We will defo be back it was just what we liked. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus as well.

Lovely large apparment in an excellent location within a well maintained complex. The two main bedrooms have comfortable beds and have plenty of storage for clothes. The 3rd bedroom is smaller and has a cabin style single bed than can extent to a small double. Good for one or two children as it shares the Jack and Jill en suite bathroom. The large patio has a good mixture of sunshine and shade from around 9.00-17.00 hours (Jan/Feb) It has two comfortable sun loungers and a table that seats 6. Both smart televisions allow you to connect to your Netflix, Prime etc accounts. The pool bar offers good food and drinks at very reasonable prices. The pool areas are good, with one pool being heated. The complex no longer has table tennis or pool tables in the indoor area (as of Feb 25). Overall a lovely apparment is a nice complex, we would be happy to return again.

Un super logement dans une résidence moderne avec accès à la piscine. Tout est bien entretenu et l'appartement est très bien équipée. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Betty nous a très bien accueilli et conseillé tout au long du séjour. A quelques minutes, il y a d'excellents restaurants et l'autoroute est également à proximité. Nous reviendrons volontiers dans ce logement quand nous serons à Tenerife. Merci pour tout !
