Playa de las Américas : locations de vacances avec terrasse

El apartamento es muy recomendable tanto para pasar tiempo en las instalaciones como para realizar turismo en la isla. Está en un punto intermedio tanto para visitar el norte como el sur. Estaba muy limpio y con las instrucciones muy claras. El trato y disponibilidad que hemos recibido por parte de Maria ha sido excepcional. Recomiendo mucho este apartamento.

Sergei and Viktorija were fabulous hosts. Their apartment was everything we wanted in a great location with excellent views from the balcony. We will definitely return.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location within easy walking distance of the sea front, ample free parking just outside the gate of the complex and within 3 mins walk of the bus stop to Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. Had a most enjoyable 10 days. Thank you Boris.

This is a perfect apartment if you want to stay long term or just a short break We stayed for three weeks and it was perfect The apartment was pristine with every appliance you would need it is at the end of a cul de sac so it’s very quite It is within walking distance to the waterfront and there are two supermarkets within 250 metres and numerous restraints close by We would definitely stay here again Paul and Ingrid were perfect hosts

Ruim en goed uitgerust appartement met ruim terras. In februari zon op het terras van 12u tot 17u. 2 zwembaden, waarvan 1 verwarmd met voldoende ligbedden. Complex ligt in een rustige omgeving met voldoende parkeerruimte en enige goede restaurants. Geen strand, wel leuke beachclub.

my wife and I have been here twice now.. really it's just a lovely modern apartment with fantastic views of Adeje.. the host Inga was always very responsive and a pleasure to deal with..the property has a lovely large patio getting the sun and I like having a dishwasher in the kitchen

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, geräumig und sauber. Vor allem die Terrasse war toll und sehr groß. Es war so gut wie alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Nutzung der Poolanlage war richtig klasse und bot auch schöne Schattenplätze für unsere Babys. Leider ist direkt gegenüber aktuell eine Baustelle welche viel Lärm macht und laut ist und die Nähe zum Flughafen hört man auch, da dort die Einflugschneise ist. Uns war bei der Buchung nicht so richtig bewusst dass es keinen Sandstrand in Laufentfernung gibt so dass man auf jeden Fall ein Auto braucht, auch zum Einkaufen muss man etwas fahren (in der Nähe sind nur sehr kleine Lebensmittelläden ) Alles in allem würde ich aber wieder dort hinfahren.

A beautiful, spotlessly clean and comfortable apartment within a small, quiet and well maintained complex. The kitchen was well extremely equipped and everything you could wish for was provided. A lovely patio led onto the pool area where sun beds and parasols were available. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. There was a good choice of restaurants and supermarkets close by. A short 15min. walk down the hill brought you to the seafront and the hustle and bustle of Los Christianos.

Tout était vraiment parfait, hormis l'isolation phonique des murs. Si vous avez des voisins bruyant vous avez l'impression qu'ils sont dans la même pièce que vous.

The apartment was exactly as described—spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, and the beach. The Host was very responsive, and provided recommendations for things to do nearby. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce logement situé à en dessous de Vilaflor. Ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié, c'est la tranquillité absolue des lieux, parfaite pour se ressourcer et se détendre. La localisation est idéale, à proximité du parc national du Teide, ce qui en fait un point de départ parfait pour les randos. Le fait d'être un peu en altitude nous permet d'admirer une vue magnifique sur une mer de nuages chaque matin. Le logement lui-même était conforme à nos attentes : spacieux, propre et correctement équipé pour un séjour confortable. En conclusion, nous recommandons sans réserve ce logement à toute personne souhaitant allier tranquillité, découverte de la nature et panorama exceptionnel.

We spent a week in this beautiful house, where each day greets you and ends with a stunning view from the terrace. Spotlessly clean, fully equipped, two garages, three bathrooms, plenty of space, and a wonderful vibe of a home located on the most beautiful street in the area.

Très bon séjour passé entre amies, nous étions 6 et il avait bien assez d’espace pour tout le monde. L’appartement est super, lumineux, bien agencé, propre et confortable. L’environnement est calme, la vue depuis le balcon est juste géniale ! Merci à Marteen qui est un hôte accueillant, sympathique et réactif. Je recommande à 100% pour les séjours en famille ou entre proches.

I can honestly say it’s the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. All the furniture is of good quality beds very comfortable as was the sofa . we traveled light with just cabin bags so we really appreciated the shampoo,body wash and conditioner in both bathrooms. I would recommend having a car to get out and about few bars and restaurants close by or walk along the coast to San Blas and Los Abrigos or a drive to El Medano .los Abrigos we had some fantastic food one restaurant we were in had a set three course menu for €15. pp We had padron peppers ,prawns and fresh local fish. Amazing holiday highly recommend

We really loved staying at Darius's place! It was perfect for our family of four. There was sunshine on either side of the house: morning coffee at the front garden and afternoon relaxation at the balcony. The area is super quiet, I just loved the birds singing. The pool was just few steps from the apartment. The apartment was cozy and clean and Darius was really friendly and responsive host. I hope we are able to come back soon!

We had a great time here - 6 adults and a 2 year old. The flat was spacious and well appointed and we didn't feel crowded at all. We ate in around half the time and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery so you weren't waiting for the dishwasher to finish which can be a problem with a larger group. The area is lovely. 10-15 mins to the sea and great for a seaside walk and then back to the apartment for a swim in the pool. Plenty of towels and some pool toys. We ate out on the front patio with lovely views across the park to the base of Teide. Restaurants and reasonably good supermarkets close by. Communication was good and a generous check out time extended on request to 13.30 Would certainly recommend

If we could give it more than 5 stars we would. Flo was so helpful from the 1st day we booked to the day we checked out. She sent us a 15 page document which told us everything we needed to know about the property as well as all the information we needed to get around the island, buying groceries and restaurant tips. She clearly goes above and beyond for her guests. The property is in wonderful condition and has been well taken care of. We were surprised to find such high quality appliances and pots and pans. There was an abundance of everything. It is a very nice area and a beautiful 10 minute walk to the heart of El Medano. There you will find many restaurants, cafes and bars right on the water. It is much quieter area than others which suited us fine. We cannot recommend her apartment enough. You will not be disappointed!

First time I’ve stayed in Amarillo Golf , it’s very quiet and peaceful, loved the apartment and the host Simone was always there on hand and very helpful, the Apartment has two balconies which are a very good size , you get the sun all day which is lovely, I will definitely be booking this place again. Amazing hosts! Very helpful with everything and advice about the area. Very accommodating with check in and check out. Apartment was well equipped, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Shops near by and a lovely open water swimming area near by. Plenty of games for the pool area available in the apartment. Had a lovely time!

Recently returned from our holiday. We have been going to Tenerife for many years, normally staying in Costa Adeje. We fancied a change to somwhere on the flat! The aparment is nicely located at the beach end of Parque Santiago11. It has its own large terrace with sunbeds and you can slip out the gate and be down by the beach in a minute. The apt itself appears to have been refurbed recently and the kitchen and furniture are all good quality. Everythind you need for a relaxing holiday is a couple of minutes walk away; Chinese and Indian restaurants on the Patch, numerous bars and touristic restaurants as well. A five minute walk gets you to the Golden Mile with the Safari Centre and Hard Rock Cafe. Carmen was a charming and helpful host who met us when we arrived and took us to the apt. One annoyance is having to pay for sunbeds, but this is common for the area and does not reflect on the apartment. Top Tip: Aberdeen Steakhouse on the Patch overlooks the beach and 1.50 for a pint.

Benny was a great host, very helpful. Lovely scenery over the golf course from the balcony, with a sea view thrown in. The apartment has everything you need for a break, including netflix on the tv. The pool area also has a heated pool and plenty of sunbeds.

Nasz 5-dniowy pobyt w mieszkaniu Pauli był bardzo przyjemny. Paula przed samym przyjazdem przesłała nam jasne wskazówki, jak dostać się do mieszkania oraz wiele poleceń lokalnych miejsc wartych odwiedzenia. Paula jest bardzo komunikatywna i przemiła. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze zlokalizowane, blisko plaży, sklepu oraz restauracji. Okolica w marcu była dość spokojna, nie było wielu turystów. W pobliżu plaży toczy się budowa, ale hałasy nie były uciążliwe. Bliskość lotniska też nie jest bardzo odczuwalna, hałasu nie było słychać aż tak bardzo. Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste i pachnące, mieliśmy duży zapas ręczników. Łóżka wygodne. Bardzo miłym akcentem było wino czekające na nas w mieszkaniu oraz produkty kuchenne takie jak kawa, przyprawy, oliwa. Dzieci bardzo ucieszyły się z zabawek, książek i wiaderka na plażę. Taras mieszkania był bardzo wygodny, można tam miło spędzać czas na słońcu. Bardzo dziękujemy i mam nadzieję, że uda nam się kiedyś wrócić do tego mieszkanka.

A great apartment just by the sea, perfect for a family with small children. Peaceful and quiet, but also close to the town centre. A very nice experience!
