Great place to stay if you want to relax. Location is perfect; you can reach all the main cities and nice locations really fast. The apartment is well equipped and clean. Realy recommend it.

El apartamento de Pavla está bien ubicado para descubrir la isla; a pesar de que se encuentra en la zona más turística es tranquilo. La piscina de la residencia está muy bien. Limpio y ordenado. El patio perfecto para estar con niños pequeños y para tomar el sol. Pavla siempre atenta y amable.

Perfect location, sea view, clean, walking distance to different amenities, friendly host. Cleaning once during our stay was included. Supermarket is downstairs. Check out from 7.30 am and safe is 4 euros per day. Internet is really not good, and needs urgent improvement. Signal only available on terasse and we needed to keep one device outside in order to hot-spot it inside of living room only, quality of it doesn't allow to use a video call, wi fi vouchers only support 1 device. But in general, good experience

Second time staying in this apartment and it did not disappoint! The apartment itself is very clean and is equipped with everything you need. Air con has been installed since our last visit! Fabulous view from the big balcony, perfect for watching the amazing sunsets. The pool area is lovely, spotlessly clean and lots of sun loungers. Perfect location for walking along the seafront, left to the centre of Costa Adeje or right into La Caleta. Numerous restaurants in both directions! Reassuring messages with Catherine prior to our arrival and who met us at the front entrance as soon as we arrived. Highly recommended!

Alojamiento básico pero correcto en muy buena zona. Terraza con vistas al mar y zona de piscina muy agradable.

Perfect location for a vacation, restaurants and beautiful beaches are close by. Very tidy apartment, and the view from the balcony is amazing. You can watch the sunset from there. Also the pool area at Club Atlantis is very nice. Would visit again, and can totally recommend this apartment!

Comfortable apartment, in peaceful resort,ideal location with many excellent restaurants within easy walking distance.

We’ve just had a fabulous 4 week stay at Alexandr’s. We normally stay in a hotel in Costa Adeje so this was our first experience of an apartment and honestly we won’t go back to hotels now. The apartment was clean and had absolutely everything we needed including a full size oven (which we didn’t really use), washing machine etc and a very comfortable bed. If I was going to be picky then I would suggest perhaps upgrading the TV to a smart TV so that Netflix accounts etc can be accessed. We had our iPads though so it wasn’t an issue. What sets Alexandr’s apartment aside from the others though is the amazing balcony. What a size and what a view. This alone means we will definitely return. Great location, fabulous balcony and sunshine - what more can you ask for. If you’re thinking of booking this then I would 100% say ‘go for it’. Absolute gem of a place. We can’t wait to return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in their Diamond Suite. The suite is recently built with very high quality materials. The people are friendly and very helpful if you need anything. We like to cook our own food: The apartment has high quality utensils for cooking as well that you won't usually find in regular AirBNB's. The area has a street parking problem but you can park inside their garage for 15€/day that worked well for us.

Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert! Sehr sauber, tolle Pools, super Spielplatz für die Kids - gerne wieder!

This is not my first time staying at Maria’s apartment and it certainly won’t be my last. The apartment itself is in a great location getting sunshine all day on the balcony and the added bonus is there’s a sun bed on the balcony if you don’t feel like going to the pool or beach. The apartment itself is spotless clean and everything you need is there. It’s within walking distance of most places and if you need a taxi they are right outside the door. Maria is a great host and will answer your questions immediately and help where needed. It’s in a quiet corner of the building so no problem sleeping.

Preis war sehr gut und die Lage war Top. 24h war immer jemand da und waren sehr freundlich. Tägliche Reinigung und wechsel der Tücher. Das Duschen könnte besser sein (sehr wenig Wasserdruck)

Muy buen trato, departamento con todo a mano. El barrio tranquilo. Parada de bus, taxis, supermercado y farmacia literalmente al lado

Nice place if you just want to have place to stay and spend the whole day outside. Everything is very clean and tidy. Very minimalistic, for me it is a pro.

Très bonne expérience, chambre et communs très propres et très mignons ! Le vue est incroyable. Point à prendre en compte : le village est niché dans la montagne, donc les routes pour le rejoindre sont bien pentues et étroites. En revanche, rien à redire sur le logement, je recommande.
