We had an absolutely amazing stay at Raul’s house in Playa del Carmen! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The pool was fantastic—perfect for cooling off during the day and relaxing in the sun. The rooftop was truly magical, offering breathtaking views and an ideal spot to unwind with a morning coffee or evening drink. The location couldn’t have been better, with countless delicious food options just a short walk away, making it so easy to explore the local scene. The house itself was spotless, incredibly spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that Raul takes great care of the place—it truly felt like a home away from home. Communication with Raul was seamless; he was responsive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re already looking forward to booking this house again for our next trip to Playa.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property, the location was fantastic having the beach at our doorstep and walkable to restaurants and 5th Avenue.

The place and the location very nice. Josh welcomed us personally which was very nice of him. The cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful. The pool was amazing great for the kids. Definitely staying here again. Definitely recommended. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY.

I took the family here for a weekend beach stay. Amazing location! Mere steps away from Playacar beach. The hosts were very responsive and our local contacts made sure any questions we had were answered as quickly as possible. If you're looking for a nice quiet beach stay this is the place. Easily walkable to the more lively section of town if you want to hit the restaurants, clubs or another beach. Referrals for restaurants and grocery services from the host were great add ons to the experience.

We had a delightful stay at this property. It’s conveniently located near a pharmacy, restaurants, and shopping. While not directly in the heart of town, it’s just a short drive to Fifth Avenue and the Mall of the Americas. The private pool was the highlight of our stay, and there’s a beautiful beach nearby. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials and some extras, ensuring we had a great breakfast and snacks before embarking on our city exploration and visits to the Xacaret parks. The area appears secure and peaceful, and the host was friendly and attentive, promptly addressing our questions and requests.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean, easy to find, and perfect for our group of 4 kids and 2 adults. The pool and nearby beach was a highlight, and the gated community made us feel safe and secure. Our host (Agustin) was incredibly friendly and took the time to walk us through the amenities and share local recommendations. Highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Walk to the beach was 5 minutes and 10 minutes to 5th avenue.

Alojamiento muy recomendable!! Oswaldo fue muy amable y flexible ante cualquier pedido o consulta, respondiendo muy rápidamente y con muy buena disposición. La casa es muy linda, amplia y cómoda, contaba con todo lo necesario y todo funcionaba correctamente. Muy buena experiencia.

La casa, el fraccionamiento, personal y las amenidades están excelentes, todo muy tranquilo y seguro. Solamente la zona está muy sola, no hay nada alrededor, solo el Soriana que estará atrás del fraccionamiento pero igual está como a 10 minutos caminando y no se ve nada por el camino. Esta cerca de una combi que te lleva por toda Av 30, entonces está perfecto para moverse, aunque casi siempre pasa muy llena esa combi, para agarrar una con espacio si tuvimos que caminar como 15-20 minutos. La playa punta esmeralda igual está como a 20 minutos caminando, está bonita la playa Si tienen carro sin duda se ahorrarían esos detalles que tuvimos nosotros a pie jajaja En general todo muy bien, se puede estar tranquilo aún sin carro, solo es un poco más tardado para moverse. La casa y todo lo de la publicación están muy bien.

Excelente Ubicación, fácil de llegar agradable estancia la alberca muy Agusto, falta que la secadora funcione esto solo si quisiera lavar tu ropa pero de ahí en más todo está excelente si viajas en familia los cuartos están súper cómodos la cocina sólo agregarle un poco más de utensilios pero recomendaba a al 100 % si volvería

An amazingly beautiful property. The architecture and design of the home was incredible. The backyard was like a dream. So many trees and vegetation. The house is full of plants which added so much to the gorgeous character of the home. It was less than 5 minute walk to the beach, and you walk by mayan ruins to get there. Private, peaceful, quiet area that is tucked away from the crowds but is walking distance to tons of restaurants and souvenir shops. There is quite a lot of wildlife that walks back and forth across the backyard. Coatis, capybaras, raccoons. They were fun to see but would sometimes leave messes behind. The pool and spa are not heated so it got a little chilly in late March but that didn’t deter my kids from swimming daily. We also really appreciated the giant purified water jug and pump and a cleaner that came every few days. Magical place, would stay again!!

This was a great place for our large group. Bedrooms all separated and private. Great kitchen for making large meals together. Big family room to gather in. Owner was very responsive and addressed any issues quickly We would stay here again

Hermosa casa. Bastante limpia, camas cómodas, espacios amplios, ubicación excelente para Xcaret y Playa del Carmen. Mi familia estuvo muy feliz y cómoda con la casa. A 5 minutos hay un Soriana 24 hrs. Excelentes amenidades.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, the pool and AC system were cool - a great break from the Mexico sun! Each room has its own AC unit and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook including spices, oils and pots/pans. I will note that the bar is no longer stocked as pictured in the photos. Nice quiet community about 15min from the hustle and bustle of Playa del Carmen. Hector was extremely helpful throughout the process and every single one of his recommendations hit.

Nice home to acommodate a group of 6 easily, maybe 8 a bit stretch. Main thing for me is the location which is right in a gated comunity but walking distance to Playa del Carmen main restaurants, bars and supermarkets or cornershops. I will definitely recommend the place.

This place was wonderful! It is in a very safe feeling complex in tranquil area, just a five minute walk to the beach. You are about a 20-30 minute bus ride to Tulum and a 30 minute walk down the beach to the small town of Akumal. It was perfect for a low-key work-cation or if you want to be near the action, but able to come back to a calm home. The house manager, Jose, was super attentive, kind and responsive to everything we asked for. All the staff and security in the complex were helpful and friendly. The inside in spacious, fits the pictures and all basically brand new. A little overpriced for the area, but overall, SUPER RECOMMEND!

Extremely nice and helpful host, attentive to all outer requests. he is generous (bought us mangos, papaya, new beach umbrellas, new beach chairs, bought us extra pots and pans and ustencils (even if there were some already, a cutting board (even if there was one already), very very generous. Welcomed us with beer in the fridge and whisky in the freezer, a real generous and good guy.
