Our stay in playa de Carmen was epic!! It wouldn’t have been possible without the great home that we stayed in.this place is literally 5minute walk from La Quinta Avenida yet hidden from the commotion and noise! They provided all the amenities and clean drinking water.The wifi was high speed and the kids were overjoyed.if you are looking for a nice home to enjoy your special memories this is the perfect spot.the only bad thing I have to say is that we had to leave and come back to reality! We are very satisfied with the service they provided and some even had massages from therapists that Daniel and Kim recommended.diamonds in the rough for sure! Thanks again

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. On the ground floor, surrounded by beauty, delightful walks to the beach and endless pools. Good food right within the complex, and an equipped kitchen to make eating in a breeze. Miguel was a friendly and helpful host, responsive to any concerns we had and informative about what we could do while staying in Playa del Carmen. Our kids 9 and 10 rated this home a 10/10

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Jamie's Mareazul vacation home. The home was beautiful, clean. The view of the sea was spectacular and even more beautiful than the photos. The resort is accessible and high quality. The restaurants were expensive, but convenient. It is a bit of a hike to PDC, but the location allowed for a quiet, peaceful vacation away from the noise. Jamie was an excellent host. She responded to every question promptly and was extremely communicative and helpful. I cannot more highly recommend this location!

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Very beautiful place with everything you need close by.

We really enjoyed our stay at Javier's place. It is very close to Coco Beach, which we found to be the most beautiful beach in Playa Del Carmen, and close to the quieter part of 5th Avenue. But it is close enough to the center that you can walk there. The apartment had everything we needed, and Javier and Irlanda always responded quickly to all our questions. The patio on the rooftop with the view is also a lovely place to have a drink after spending the day at the beach. We would return anytime!

Todo excelente con el departamento, el único detalle es que el estacionamiento está sujeto a disponibilidad ya que si llegas tarde y se ocupan los lugares, tendrás que buscar ya sea en la calle o pagar algún otro lugar para dejar el auto

Was a great place to stay in a nice location with plenty to do around beach was a 2 minute walk we booked last second & she was very helpfull & responded fast!

El apartamento es muy lindo, estaba muy limpio, a pasos de la playa y a 2 cuadras de la 5 avenida, en la playa tienes acceso a una sombrilla y 2 reposeras, la comunicación fue excelente, también tiene un bar/ restaurant donde puedes pedir comida. El único inconveniente es que si te molesta el ruido sobre todo para dormir hay varios locales con música fuerte durante casi todo el día y hasta las 12 am algunos días. Yo recomiendo el lugar 100%

Matt plus the staff at Zamá Homes did an amazing job communicating with my family and me, and making us feel right at home. The place is beautiful; the photos don’t do the place justice. It’s as pictured and better. The location is amazing; walking distance to all the major clubs, restaurants, etc. And the hosting staff, once again, made this place feel like we were staying at a resort not just any Airbnb. 100% would stay here again next time I’m in Playa Del Carmen.

We had a fantastic month long stay at Oceana with our family. Abna was amazing and coordinating two pack and plays for our baby and a high chair. They were responsive to my msgs and always ready to provide any service we needed (for example a cleaner mid way through our stay). The location was fantastic- one min to the water and one min to fifth Avenue. It is important to know you are in a hot spot so it’s loud at night - bring ear plugs and white noise if you are a light sleeper. Oceana staff was unbelievable especially Brandon… always a smile on his face and very welcoming and kind to our kids. We felt like it became home and we would definitely come back again. I do have a couple of areas of improvement- maybe a few more kitchen items- bowls, salad bowls, a kettle… but other than that it was a great stay! Thank you for everything.

Thierry is a great host! Very responsive and able to assist in anything you need during your stay. His condo was perfect for our family vacation. We stayed here for a week and enjoyed the pool, the fabulous beach right out front and loved how walkable the area was; very safe, even at night. Taxis always waiting outside too if you need to go a little further. This location is perfect and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The beds were super comfortable and the condo was clean, quiet, and the AC was excellent when needing to cool off after being in the sun all day. We will be back! 😎

Marilú welcomed my family to her beautiful apartment in Mareazul from Monday to Friday for our spring break vacation. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience. We had access to the resort and all of the amenities. The restaurants on site are delicious and the staff is so kind. We certainly practiced our Spanish and were welcomed by all. If you’re looking for a quiet, family friendly resort - look no further! This place is worth 10x what we paid. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Everything was exactly like the photos, private and peaceful even been close to everything, lot you can walk to the “Embarcadero to Cozumel” and there’s a seven eleven just across the street, the rooftop was perfect to end our days, owner was very kind, Flexible and helpful when we needed it. Hopefully we can come back soon and we would love to stay here again.

El lugar es simplemente maravilloso !!! Y el trato del anfitrión es excelente ! Cumple con todo lo que promete, hasta diría que supera las expectativas. Lo recomiendo 100% Tienen un bar y restaurante dentro del mismo complejo y a solo 5 min en auto hay un Soriana 24/7 . El trato de los guardias y los habitantes fue siempre amable.

Great place to stay location ideal for the beach and 5th avenue. It’s not a new apartment but it’s kitted out with more than you need. Jose great communication.

el alojamiento es hermoso cómodo y muy cercano a la playa, los anfitriones son muy amables atentos y están a disposición, está lejos de la parte céntrica y la zona si bien está buena para estacionar gratis en la calle no es de las más lindas, aunque cabe destacar que se sintió siempre segura! recomiendo y también volvería!

My guests and I had an excellent stay. Alex our host was incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs. He checked on us throughout our stay, communicated, and provided recommendations to restaurants and attractions within the area. The condos were in excellent condition, clean, and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and stores.

Patricia’s place at El Taj was wonderful. It was exactly as she described in the listing, even the warning about the fishing boats and lack of beach. All of the amenities provided were welcomed. The restaurant attached to El Taj served as a beach club for the guests. The food (optional) and service from them was top notch. The gym is in a neighboring building that is only a couple of blocks away. It is a very nice gym with fitness classes offered. El Taj also offers included water fitness classes twice a week, which were excellent and well-attended. Most nights it was a quiet location, but one the weekends some noise could be heard from the nearby beach club. It wasn’t enough to keep you awake though. Fifth avenue is just a couple of blocks away. Patricia was very responsive with any questions I asked. She responded within 10-15 minutes.

Our first time to Playa. WE WILL BE BACK !! The condo is OUTSTANDING !! The location, 2 blocks from strip. We walked 2-5 miles daily to shops, bars, restaurants. Walmart is 6 6-block walk so you can stock up on snacks/alcohol very cheap. SUPER SAFE anywhere you go. The view & pool & patio of this gated condo is basically everything you can ask for. They put out chairs & Umbrellas daily. Next door on both sides of condo the waiters will come to the beach and bring you food & beverages, and an added discount for INtin Beach restaurants. INTI BEACH restaurant has exquisite food and nightly shows !!!! Rebecca did an outstanding massage there as well. It's literally 20 steps from condo/beach entrance !! The condo was very spacious, clean, Staff visited to ask if we needed anything. Grounds are immaculate. The only thing I will say is mananage your expectations. Mexico is music, celebration capital. We went during carnival, and yes you could hear music at night. It didn't effect sleep.

This location in Playacar is literally PARADISE! If this is the area U want, book this place! We had a little trouble finding it just due to the fact that there are 3 “arms” of the street Coal Negro and our taxi driver was very confused… I speak a lot of Spanish but he spoke no English which didn’t help. Some paper towels or napkins or coffee (basics) would have enhanced our stay but that’s no big deal; the place was spacious and private and exactly as described. The beach is barely even 2 blocks away & if you know Playacar, the community is gated and GORGEOUS!
