Playa del Carmen : locations de vacances avec home cinéma

We stayed at the condo as a family of 4 with our kids (1 year old & 3 years old). The condo was at an amazing location. We were able to walk EVERYWHERE. We strolled the streets to the beaches. We visited Palacio Municipal on the daily as they had new playgrounds built. 5th avenue is very close by. Air conditioners worked great in every room. We felt very safe at all times. There is a concierge/front desk downstairs, and they were great. Even though it's a large building, we didn't have any noise issues. There was pool cleaning included twice a week. Mercedes and her staff were very responsive and helpful. The terrace and pool was an amazing (built in speakers were a bonus). There is a great 360 view at the deck which you access from the terrace. The kitchen was small, but we cooked many meals for a family of 4. I wish there was a table as opposed to the bar stools as we have small kids, but again it wasn't a big deal and we managed. Well worth our money, we highly recommend it.

Todo excelente, la ubicación super bien para pasear en la 5ta, y la tranquilidad del lugar te permite dormir bien y relajarte.

Great spot, walking distance to everything downtown!

Rudolph was an AMAZING host! His attention to detail and thoughtful recommendations truly elevated our experience. I highly recommend reviewing his welcome guide and video—everything you need to know is right there, making check-in and exploring the area effortless. From the moment we arrived, the penthouse felt like a true home away from home—spotlessly clean, with fresh linens, a cozy living space, and a beautifully designed interior. The kitchen was well-equipped and practical, making it easy to prepare meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The WiFi was excellent. The location is unbeatable, literally right next to one of the most stunning beaches and a breathtaking cenote. Having easy beach access, along with provided bikes and snorkels, was such a thoughtful touch. The gym and private rooftop terrace with a pool were absolutely amazing,relaxing under the stars in the evening and watching the sunrise in the morning was unforgettable. Highly recommend

O espaço é muito bom. As avaliações estão corretas. Vou deixar uma avaliação específica para famílias com crianças pequenas. A comunicação com os anfitriões é facil. Letícia nos ajudou em tudo, com lençóis extras para meu filho. O espaço é amplo, a varanda tem uma proteção suficiente para uma criança. A cozinha é completa para fazer refeições dos pequenos com utensílios de qualidade que ajudam no preparo. O apartamento é silencioso, virado para área interna. Andrea fornece um colchão inflável de qualidade com bomba elétrica que meu filho dormiu confortavelmente. A piscina é excelente para crianças, com duas profundidades seguras. O quarto é um pouco claro, mas conseguimos dormir bem mesmo assim. A praia publica é um pouco distante para andar com crianças pequenas, mas o foco da cidade são os passeios então achamos tranquilo. Voltaríamos.

Stay here every time I visit the area. Remy’s place is the only place to stay. Near the ocean, 5th avenue, and great restaurants around. From the rooftop pool to the location. Nothing is better if you want to enjoy the entertainment. It gets loud on 5th avenue, but with the back bedroom you can’t hear anything.

Alojamiento muy agradable, espacioso y con muy buena ubicación. ¡Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos! Pedro nos recibió muy bien, fue atento y amable. ¡Definitivamente recomendamos este lugar!

Excelente lugar para alojarte, muy cómodo, muy accesible, solo tiene un tramo pequeño de camino que es brecha pero no está muy largo, el lugar está súper bonito, y muy bien cuidado. Fácil acceso y está cerca de la playa y del centro. Sin duda si lo recomiendo bastante! Además de la atención 🙌🏻

Séjour en groupe (10 personnes-4 adultes, 6 ados). La maison était parfaite pour nos besoins! La piscine privée, le BBQ, l’écran extérieur pour des soirées cinéma, tout était parfait. Nous avons eu quelques petits soucis et l’hôte a été ultra réactif! 5 min plus tard nous avions des réparateurs. La communication avec l’hôte était parfaite et ils à toujours été très réactif et flexible. Le site est nouveau et très beau! Merci pour tout!

Great spot in the jungle, but close to everything by car — groceries, restaurants and beach. Vickie gave great recommendations and was very friendly. The private cenote was fun to hang out in. The projector and screen were nice to have at night. Place was clean, surroundings were tranquil.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. It was magical to be in the jungle and the area was safe and clean. We appreciated the amenities like the pools, gym and yoga studio, etc. We felt safe with 24 hour security. If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again!

Tuvimos unos días bien gratos ,todo muy limpio ,zona tranquila ,muchos locales para comprar ,restaurantes,taquerias,panaderías, oxxo etc. Siempre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros si necesitábamos algo y cualquier duda que tuve fue aclarada . El acceso al condominio fue super fácil, todo bien con los baños ,la presión del agua estaba bien y aunque llegábamos tarde en la noche después de los tour a ducharnos nunca hubo problemas con el agua caliente ya que seguimos muy bien todas las instrucciones . Excelente también el aire acondicionado en cada habitación para pasar el calor . Sin duda volveríamos a quedarnos ahí ya que la ubicación queda cerca del centro de playa del carmen y también los parques xcaret y Tulum . Agradecemos también la atención aparte de Jesús la de Hassari ella siempre muy amable ,muchas gracias por todo.

Excellent condo, excellent location, excellent host. Everything as promised. Will absolutely stay again. Very nice big balcony. Likely one of the best in the building. Close to the beach and 5 th ave but nice and quiet. Interior condo overlooking the pool. Best place to in City Condos.

Excelente ubicación todo nos quedaba cerca , el departamento estuvo muy agusto y acogedor , estaba impecable de limpio. El área de la alberca muy bonita , solo el agua estaba muy a temperatura ambiente y se sentía fría . La atención de la host siempre estuvo al pendiente , sin dudar volvería a regresar .

Great stay at iPLAYA! Everything was just as advertised and the hosts provided very detailed check-in instructions and other info prior to arrival. Front desk is staffed 24x7 with very friendly folks. In a quieter neighborhood while still being a 5-10min walk to the main strip on 5th. Check out PapaCharly’s restaurant next door as well, it’s great!

This condo at the Mara exceeded our expectations - first time in Playa so wasn’t sure about the neighborhood, etc and we really lucked out! We were 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids) and had plenty of room to stretch out, have dinner together at the massive dining table, or have an adults only drink on the patio. It’s in a gated community and next to a bird sanctuary so it was so peaceful and private. We walked to town every day, the ferry, the bus terminal or the taxi stand…really easy. We got a private chef one night and a full cleaning one day and Karen helped with all of it..she was amazing! Very accommodating with last minute changes and any questions we had. We would absolutely go back to Playa and the Mara

Great place to stay in a great location. Close to EVERYTHING!! Walking distance to the beach, countless restaurants, grocery stores, 5th Ave, and so much more. The condo has all you need for a comfortable stay and the host was extremely helpful with anything we needed. Absolutely recommend staying here as you won’t be disappointed!
