Casa Vista Del Mar was the perfect spot for our family this summer! We stayed for 2 months with two children and loved the pool and location which was a 5 minute walk from town. The beach was covered with seaweed so we didn’t go often but it was great being across the street for convenience. Gisel was so good responsive to anything we needed - highly recommend this property

Estuvo EXCELENTE, nos recibieron de última hora (por situación nuestra) y se organizaron para darnos acceso y dejar todo impecable, nos brindaron atención y seguimiento ya estando hospedadas con ellos y el airbnb está muy lindo, limpio y cómodo. La zona es ideal 1 hora de cancún y 20 mnts de playa y en punto medio de las atracciones. 100/10 y súper reconocimiento a los chicos porque ellos nos salvaron en mi despedida de soltera y nos recibieron y aceptaron el mismo día.

This place was wonderful! It is in a very safe feeling complex in tranquil area, just a five minute walk to the beach. You are about a 20-30 minute bus ride to Tulum and a 30 minute walk down the beach to the small town of Akumal. It was perfect for a low-key work-cation or if you want to be near the action, but able to come back to a calm home. The house manager, Jose, was super attentive, kind and responsive to everything we asked for. All the staff and security in the complex were helpful and friendly. The inside in spacious, fits the pictures and all basically brand new. A little overpriced for the area, but overall, SUPER RECOMMEND!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Raul’s house in Playa del Carmen! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The pool was fantastic—perfect for cooling off during the day and relaxing in the sun. The rooftop was truly magical, offering breathtaking views and an ideal spot to unwind with a morning coffee or evening drink. The location couldn’t have been better, with countless delicious food options just a short walk away, making it so easy to explore the local scene. The house itself was spotless, incredibly spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that Raul takes great care of the place—it truly felt like a home away from home. Communication with Raul was seamless; he was responsive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re already looking forward to booking this house again for our next trip to Playa.

La casa fue muy lindo. Los hijos encanta la alberca. La cocina tiene todos cosas que necesitamos. Tiene dos OXXO y una 7 cerca por todas cosas que necesita. Juan y Karen ayúdanos con todo qué necesitamos. Fuimos Xplor es solo 15 minutos de la casa. Fue un muy buen viaje!

Muy buen hospedaje recomendado! éramos 9 personas, estuvimos más de 10 días y nos fue bien en este lugar. Está en un residencial privado que aún están construyendo pero no tuvimos mayores inconvenientes con los ruidos de las construcciones aledañas. El lugar tiene cerca plazas comerciales con supermercados, gasolinera, restaurantes. Él hospedador siempre nos respondió rápido y nos resolvió cualquier inconveniente.

Such an incredible property! The photos do not do the house justice - the stone, the wood, the lighting was incredible. It was incredibly clean and so peaceful. The backyard was gorgeous. Felt very safe and not too far from town by taxi. Fernando was super communicative and so helpful once we arrived, helped arrange a private chef dinner and always responded back promptly with any questions I had. Really appreciated how friendly and accommodating he was to our group. HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb!!

Great Place, Greco was a great host, place was very clean. About a 20 min walk to get to the main 5th ave, or catach a taxi on the road and its about $100- $200 pesos for a ride. I will say a few things I noted that wasn't clear in the listing: The "Hot tub" on roof does not actually heat. Also one of the bedrooms was not practical for our group- the queen bed in the main house. This bedroom was split into two "rooms" by a sliding barn door. So the king bedroom has to walk by the queen bed to access its bathroom (which only has a half swing door for privacy). The queen room does not have a closet or AC unit, so you'd need to leave the door open to let AC from the king room into the queen. Not a big deal, but not great for people who arent close and prefer privacy, maybe better suited as an option for family members or kids. Luckily there were so many rooms, we didnt need that bed for our group. Overall we would book again, thanks!

Amazing Stay at Villa Yambu!!!! Our group of 12 had an incredible time at Villa Yambu for a bachelor party. The villa was stunning—spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a large group. Everything was handled seamlessly, from accommodations to transportation. The absolute highlight of the trip was the chef services by Chef Kim’s team. Every meal was phenomenal, with top-tier presentation and service. It truly elevated the entire experience. If you’re looking for a stress-free, luxury stay in Playa del Carmen, Villa Yambu is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!

Our group of friends were very impressed with the home. It was very clean and luxurious. The amenities all worked great. We enjoyed our host and found the staff extremely helpful. The only downside is that the villa is not walkable to the main street in PDC. The group had to walk a considerable way to find cheap transportation (taxi). Transportation could be reserved to the villa for a higher price.

Decidimos elegir Villa Toh para pasar unos días en familia y fue todo un acierto, la casa es espectacular pues no le falta un detalle pues la mantienen muy limpia y en muy buen estado pese a ser bastante grande está situada en una urbanización en la que en todo momento sientes bastante seguridad pues has de pasar por varios controles para acceder a ella y te sientes muy en contacto con la naturaleza pues tiene a unos pocos minutos andando una playa de arena fina y aguas cristalinas que es una pasada. No podemos olvidar mencionar a Marcela que es una excelente anfitriona pues en todo momento estuvo a nuestra disposición ante cualquier consejo que le pedíamos ya no en cuestiones de la casa sino también de donde ir o que hacer pues es un encanto y rebosa amabilidad. Como consejo les animo a que hablen con Marcela por si quieren tener un desayuno o cena típico mexicano pues están increíbles de buenos y son muy profesionales todos. Lo único malo de la casa es el día que tienes que irte 😄

We had an excellent, 8 day stay at Carlos’ place. He is an excellent communicator and responsive to questions and needs that we had; he met us on arrival and gave us the information we needed to get our vacation started. The house was very comfortable and charming and exactly what we wanted in a stay. The air conditioning in the bedrooms kept the temperatures comfortable for sleeping for those used to the midwest. Located inside a gated and walled small community, our family always felt safe at the home. The location is excellent as a base to explore nearby attractions, such as Xplor, Xel-ha, Cenote tours, and the Mayan ruins in Tulum or Chichen Itza. I highly recommend Carlos’ house for those looking for a great place to relax, and explore the Mayan Riviera.

We stayed here with our children for 1 week total. The pictures and description are accurate. We cannot complain about the location as it was gorgeous. We woke up to the beautiful lagoon and sounds of the many birds. The home is located in a private gated community which provided a sense of safety and security. The grounds were maintained beautifully and we had zero issues while there. The highlight was the host. She responds right away and helped us with everything we needed. That was a big plus for us because traveling with kids is already a difficult task. I would definitely recommend this place, and if willing, we would book again.

Dès notre arrivée sur le magnifique terrain de la cabanas de Maria, nous étions détendus, partout des arbres et fleurs exotiques, pas besoin de musique, le chant des oiseaux, très relaxant. La cabanas était équipée toutes les commodités nécessaires, nous avons passés un séjour confortable. À l’extérieur une jolie terrasse couverte avec du mobilier ainsi qu’un grill au charbon. Maria nous a très bien accueilli à notre arrivée et était disponible pour nous aider si nous avions besoin. Manuel le gardien des lieux est un homme vraiment très gentil, discret mais toujours à l’écoute. Une jolie piscine est accessible sur la propriété. La magnifique plage de Chen Rio est à 5 minutes de voiture, elle est parfaite pour une famille avec des enfants. Nous ne voulions plus partir et espérons pouvoir y séjourner à nouveau.

Ricky was such a helpful and kind host! We felt right at home and loved being in such a peaceful and beautiful location outside of the main city. The staff even accommodated our early schedule for breakfast and the food was so delicious. Highly recommend this stay if you can rent a scooter/buggy to get around!
