Playa del Carmen : locations de vacances en résidence de tourisme

This is a budget Studio but clean and has everything you need. The location is great, walkable distance to the beach and many shops and restaurants around. It felt super safe and Abraham is really nice and helps with whatever you need. I appreciated also the opprtunity to wash and dry my clothes.

We had a comfortable stay at Ethel's place. Although it was a bit challenging to locate initially, once we found it, navigating to and from the property became effortless. The location offers convenient access to fantastic stores and restaurants, making our overall experience enjoyable.

We a group of 5 had a great stay at Regina’s place it was clean and fully equipped! We are there as digital nomads doing some research of the area for a posible business, the wifi was good, we loved been closed to the shops and restaurants that the locals enjoy we felt very welcomed!! We will be back! Thank you Fanny and Regina for making this a amazing stay

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, buena ubicacion, limpio y perfecto para una instancia familiar o en pareja.

Die Anlage ist modern und schön, das Apartment toll. Check-in war unkompliziert (Taxifahrer finden das "Icono". Oscar ist wirklich ein sehr netter, hilfsbereiter und umsichtiger Gastgeber, der blitzschnell antwortet. Die Lage war für mich perfekt, 2 Min. zur Sprachschule, 5 Min. zum Strand. Walmart direkt ums Eck. Einmal pro Woche wurde gereinigt und Bett neu bezogen. Die Handtücher fürs Bad hätten mehr sein können. Aber es gab sogar Pool-Handtücher! Insgesamt habe ich mich in den vier Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt, mit kleinen Einschränkungen: Leider sind manche Bewohner/Gäste nachts sehr laut. Die Umgebung habe ich als sicher empfunden, aber vor korrupter Polizei ist man nirgends sicher: Die Polizei hat uns nachts auf dem Heimweg zum Apartment kontrolliert, Geldscheine aus unseren Brieftaschen genommen und, als wir protestieren wollten, ein Briefchen Kokain gezückt und aug die Handschellen gezeigt.

An absolutely STUNNING place. We truly felt like we were in the middle of the jungle (surrounded by birds and wildlife) and yet somehow we were also steps away from the beach and several incredible restaurants. We took the ADO bus from the airport to the playa del carmen bus station, so we never had to rent a car or even take a taxi throughout our entire stay. We're already thinking of coming back in the future!

Excelente departamento. Muy cómodo y funcional. Perfectamente equipado. Luis se comunicó para chequesr que todo esté bien y fue muy amable. Estaba todo muy limpio y prolijo. Hay un sector en el club de playa que no tiene costo para quienes se alojan en los departamentos, aún así se pueden ordenar bebidas y comida y la atención es muy buena. Muy recomendable! Todos los detalles cuidados y eso hace la diferencia.

Todo en orden es lo que se ofrece , hay algunos detalles que se pueden mejorar pero lo vale la atención de la anfitriona siempre estuvo al pendiente apoyándonos. Ubicación excelente, barrio súper tranquilo y agradable.

El departamento tiene más cosas que las que anuncian, la verdad súpero mis espectatativas, mis hijas y mi esposa quedaron súper satisfechas, agradezco el precio y el lugar tan hermoso. Felicidades Ray !!

The space is everything that you would want and need for a long term stay. I stayed for a little over a month and felt like I had a home away from home. The space is very clean and spacious and the amenities are great! The staff members are so kind and attentive and the premises are always super clean. Lastly, the pool is fabulous!

Nachdem wir spontan eher aus unserer eigentlichen Unterkunft geflüchtet sind, war das spontan gebuchte Apartment für uns wirklich der Himmel! Blitzsauber, modern, keine Schädlinge! Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar, kleinere Geschäfte sowie Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Absolut empfehlenswert!

El alojamiento cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas y se ve tal cual se aprecia en las fotografías. Es un departamento muy cómodo y con todo lo que se necesita para un viaje de turismo. Las chicas son súper atentas y responden muy rápido a los mensajes que se envían. Melissa que fue la persona que dio seguimiento a nuestra estadía se portó 10 de 10, siempre disponible, contestaba rápido y solucionó de forma rápida pequeños detalles de poco relevancia. El departamento está en un área tranquila, con muchos árboles que hacen de las mañanas relajantes con los sonidos de las aves. Está cerca de un 7 eleven y un restaurante llamado The Wolf donde venden opciones para desayuno de buena calidad. Para ambos se puede llegar caminando ya que está muy cerca. Un poco más distante, pero relativamente cerca está el CC Maya, donde hay varios locales, entre estos el supermercado Soriana donde se puede encontrar de todo.

Had a great stay here in PDC. Flat was clean and as described. The host was really lovely, friendly and helpful! I had a good stay and would recommend the place.

My wife and I stayed 1/27/25 - 3/11/25. We were a 10 minute walk to groceries and 30 minute walk to our favorite beach. Walked to 5th Avenue many times. Condo is very nice and well equipped. Daniela is a great host and answered questions or concerns very quickly. We loved the rooftop pool just hanging out reading and cooling off in the pool. This is located in a neighborhood with dogs that bark and is near the emergency room. Other than that it is an excellent choice and we loved our stay.

Superbe endroit propre, près de la plage avec piscine sur le toit et à proximité de restaurants et plus. Je recommande.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad in Playa! In totaal ben ik 2,5 maand gebleven met een tussenpauze van 1 week (daarom zie je waarschijnlijk niet bij mijn review staan dat ik een langdurig verblijf had). Ik vond het een perfecte locatie, op loopafstand van het centrum en het strand. Een zeer compleet appartement met keuken en airco. Vooral de eigen werkplek was fijn, daar heb ik dagelijks gebruik van gemaakt als remote werker. Ik voelde me erg veilig dankzij de receptionist en de camerabeveiliging. Enige nadelen: ik vond het bed erg hard, waardoor ik rugpijn kreeg. En er zat vochtschade op de muur doordat er geen raam open kon (althans, dat kon wel maar dan kwamen er muggen binnen). Maar goed, verder alles top.
