The place was exactly what we wanted and needed for our honeymoon. I’ve been disabled by long COVID so having a location that had everything so close was amazing. We could easily travel to the roof for food, beautiful pool and view of ocean, we loved the massages at the spa. Short trip to the beach and several fun beach clubs. Great restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and so was Kurt. Thank you for hosting us on this perfect trip!

Xavier was very accommodating of our requests and made sure we had a comfortable stay. He was always quick to respond. The location was wonderful and extremely walkable to countless restaurants and right by the beach. The rooftop pool is a highlight - very enjoyable.

Thank you for the great stay! Right in the heart of the Quinta Ave, the condominium is squeezed next to a club/bar so it can be a bit noisy at night. If you’re a light sleeper this may be an issue but me and my fiancée were so tired after exploring everyday we fell sound asleep. The room was simple and Cyntia provided thoughtful amenities that we definitely took advantage of, like the beach chairs and an umbrella! Overall great stay and definitely worth it for a couple getaway!

The location is exactly as pictured with stunning pool next to an amazing ocean view. We went in February, so the beach was amazing (heard from other reviews that it might have seaweed in the summer months). Getting to the apartment was a bit confusing but Carlos (the local assistant) was extremely helpful in finding the right location. Getting in and out after was easy and smooth. The front desk was extremely helpful in providing information and calling reputable taxies. (which we heard were more expensive than if you get them outside of the complex) our experience was around $20 USD to Playa del Carmen each way in Feb 2025. There is a little mini mart with a good selection of basic groceries and drinks. We ate at the mini bar/restaurant (Punto Azul) almost every night. Food and service was always excellent with great prices. Spa is excellent with massage and manicure available by appointment. Did not golf but the course looked world class. Did I mention that amazing POOL!

Excelente dpto, lo básico para armar una comida o calentar. El dpto es muy agradable y como se ve en las fotos. En la cuadra hay minimercado, frutería, restaurant y puestos en la plaza. El dpto está a unos minutos de la terminal del ADO.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Alizee's condo. It was safe, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the outdoor restaurants on 38th Street, located just off of busy 5th Avenue. The beautiful beach was one block away. This condo has a spectacular rooftop pool and lounge areas. Alizee could always be counted on as she lives in PDC. She was a great host.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Playa del Carmen! Le logement est impeccable, bien équipé et proche de tout : plages accessibles en quelques minutes à pieds et 5ème avenue également, le tout dans un environnement calme! Thierry a été très réactif aux sollicitations et qui plus est, est très sympathique! Nous recommandons ce logement.

This is our second visit to PDC and this apartment checks all the boxes. Our week long stay was wonderful in every way. The view as soon as you walk into the unit is breathtaking. The apartment is well stocked with necessities to be comfortable for the stay. This location is the best, quick walk to beach and restaurants. The host is super proactive to ensure we have a smooth check in and enjoyed our entire stay. We will definitely be back to PDC and this apartment will definitely be our first choice for accommodation.

Three generations stayed at this home and had a wonderful week. It was about a half a mile walk to town and about 50 steps to the beach. We had from age 1 to age 60 and it was perfect for all of our needs. Good place to cook. A grill provided. We did choose to have our own van that we rented at the airport and it was easy to get around Playa. Beautiful view from the upper deck with table for eating and couches for lounging. A beautiful table right by the pool, lounging chair chairs a great space to enjoy the family. The three year-old was more than content to just play on the step in the pool when she wasn’t jumping and swimming with an adult.

Tout était parfait, la toilette à l'étage avait des problèmes, mais si elle est changée tout est PARFAIT!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Raul’s house in Playa del Carmen! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The pool was fantastic—perfect for cooling off during the day and relaxing in the sun. The rooftop was truly magical, offering breathtaking views and an ideal spot to unwind with a morning coffee or evening drink. The location couldn’t have been better, with countless delicious food options just a short walk away, making it so easy to explore the local scene. The house itself was spotless, incredibly spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that Raul takes great care of the place—it truly felt like a home away from home. Communication with Raul was seamless; he was responsive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re already looking forward to booking this house again for our next trip to Playa.

Absolutely perfect spot for a beach getaway in a beautiful home with plenty of space for our party of six. Stunning view of the ocean and just steps away from the water! Great location as well to access the mall for post-beach activities. Would recommend and absolutely stay at Casa Marmol again!

We found it very comfortable in Jeffrey’s beautiful apartment, everything was exactly as described, and resembled the photos too. It was close to wonderful outdoor restaurants on 38th avenue and not too far away from shopping on 5th avenue. It was also close to public beaches and just far enough away from busy streets to be quiet at night. The rooftop pool was amazing! We liked having people at the front desk available when we needed to ask questions. The living space was very clean and had everything we needed. We also loved sitting on the balcony at night. Thank you Jeffrey and Cristian for a wonderful stay!

Mi estadía fue perfecta, Maria fue una excelente anfitriona nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitabmos. El lugar cuenta con todo lo necesario, es hermoso y privado., Cuenta con parqueo seguro, una hermosa piscina y gym en la azotea. Esta muy cerca de restaurantes y supermercados.

la communication avec l'hôte ainsi que son homme de confiance était parfaite. Etant un habitué de PDC j'avais choisi cet apt pour son emplacement idealement situé. le rooftop était sublime. En matinée, en après-midi ou en soirée pour un bon repas avec vue sur la mer et Cozumel...magique. les salles de bain impeccable et l'eau chaude abondante, comme a la maison. une cuisine fonctionnel pour y preparer les repas, rien ne manque. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! This space was perfect for our trip and allowed us access to a ton of fun local business. The elegance of the space made us feel welcome and confortable. It has that wow factor that each morning and night you have an uninterrupted view of the sunset/sunrise. Looking forward to returning to this exact place every year.

Muy lindo apartamento, con todo lo necesario, está en un complejo con varias amenidades, playa, una alberca gigante, jacuzzi, tiene restaurantes. Muy buena comunicación y respuesta de los anfitriones. Tanto a la entrada como salida fueron muy puntuales. El departamento limpio y funcionando bien todo lo que usamos. Muy recomendable 👌

This apartment is located in the heart of the tourist district with direct beachfront access. It’s in the middle of the commercial zone, and everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself is a large two bed, 2 bath, fully stocked, cozy, stylish and surprisingly quiet at night. It was the perfect base for our two small families.

My stay at the property was well enjoyed. From check in to check out I was greeted with friendly staff. There was balloons in my room, since it was my birthday, which was such a cute touch. They continuously gave me recommendations for restaurants and stores and were extremely helpful making my stay a great experience. The inside of the condo was beautiful as well and spacious for my group. Loved the property!! The location is everything! Right on the beach and within 10 minutes walking to countless restaurants and clubs. I would definitely recommend Patricias place.

Beautiful condo, very safe and in a great location! We loved being able to walk out to the pool. The house was well stocked and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds and gorgeous bathrooms. I would highly recommend! 15 min walk to the beach, cafe and convenience store across the street, 20 min walk to shopping and restaurants. FYI the master bedroom is open to below so not much privacy. And the dryer doesn’t work well. But management is very helpful and responsive to anything you need. The place is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. One of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve seen.
