Playa del Duque : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Sergei and Viktorija were fabulous hosts. Their apartment was everything we wanted in a great location with excellent views from the balcony. We will definitely return.

Tolle Wohnung, die genauso wie auf den Bildern aussieht. Der Balkon ist grandios! Das Schlafsofa ist auch sehr bequem und schnelles Internet ist vorhanden, sodass man bequem vor Ort arbeiten kann. Außerdem gab es einen Riesenfernseher. Es sind genügen Parkplätze vor und unterhalb des Edificio Lourdes vorhanden. Toll war auch die Waschmaschine und Waschmittel mit genug Platz zum Trocknen auf dem Balkon. Einzig der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist zu bemängeln, da dauert das Haarewaschen etwas länger - ist aber auch nicht weiter tragisch. Und der Check-in war ein bisschen tricky, weil in den Beschreibungen verschiedene Schlüsselboxen und Codes angegeben waren. Haben es dann aber hinbekommen :)

Lovely apartment in an excellent location within easy walking distance of the sea front, ample free parking just outside the gate of the complex and within 3 mins walk of the bus stop to Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. Had a most enjoyable 10 days. Thank you Boris.

This is a perfect apartment if you want to stay long term or just a short break We stayed for three weeks and it was perfect The apartment was pristine with every appliance you would need it is at the end of a cul de sac so it’s very quite It is within walking distance to the waterfront and there are two supermarkets within 250 metres and numerous restraints close by We would definitely stay here again Paul and Ingrid were perfect hosts

Wir waren zu zweit in der Wohnung und dafür ist sie perfekt. Das Highlight ist der Balkon mit seinem Blick Richtung Gomera und auf die Stadt Costa ADEJE. Wenn es etwas zu verbessern gäbe, so wären das 2 große Handtücher mehr.

A beautiful, spotlessly clean and comfortable apartment within a small, quiet and well maintained complex. The kitchen was well extremely equipped and everything you could wish for was provided. A lovely patio led onto the pool area where sun beds and parasols were available. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. There was a good choice of restaurants and supermarkets close by. A short 15min. walk down the hill brought you to the seafront and the hustle and bustle of Los Christianos.

The place and location are gorgeous. The apartment is freshly renovated, spotless, and really nicely done - there's also everything you might need during your stay. Feels right at home. The balcony is great for watching the sunsets, and the lift down to beach level makes everything super convenient. There’s also parking right outside, which is a bonus. The views from the apartment are honestly stunning – even from the bedroom – and hearing the sound of the waves at night was really nice. There's also a viewpoint on the 7th floor, which is where you come in from the car park level, so everything’s easy to get to. Loved it here and would recommend to anyone wanting to go 😊

Apartment was very clean, nice quiet location but ten minute walk to the shops & restaurants.

Tout était vraiment parfait, hormis l'isolation phonique des murs. Si vous avez des voisins bruyant vous avez l'impression qu'ils sont dans la même pièce que vous.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Straße zum Teide Nationalpark und eignet sich daher super wenn man viel wandern möchte. Auch in die Innenstadt (z.B. Costa Adeje) ist es mit dem Auto nicht sehr weit, ein Mietwagen ist allerdings sehr zu empfehlen! Das Grundstück ist sehr groß & ruhig. Morgens kann man Draußen auf der sonnigen Terrasse frühstücken und sogar Orangen und Zitronen aus dem Garten ernten! Der Gärtner wohnt auf dem selben Grundstück, ist aber sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Es kann abends relativ kalt werden. Als Heizung gibt es zwei elekt. Heizlüfter und den Kamin. Leider ist nur die erste Feuerholz-Box (reichte für ca. 1-2 Tage) kostenlos, danach muss man für zusätzliches Holz zahlen. Die Gastgeberin Kira ist sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit, aber selbst nicht vor Ort und manchmal dauert es ein wenig bis sie antwortet. Die positiven Seiten der Unterkunft überwiegen für mich trotzdem & ich würde sie erneut buchen :)

We spent a week in this beautiful house, where each day greets you and ends with a stunning view from the terrace. Spotlessly clean, fully equipped, two garages, three bathrooms, plenty of space, and a wonderful vibe of a home located on the most beautiful street in the area.

We had a wonderful stay here! Beautiful location with three gorgeous terraces to enjoy the sunshine and the sounds of the ocean. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a quiet and peaceful vacation in Tenerife.

Casa in buono stato adatta per famiglie o gruppi, ottima posizione se ci si sposta in auto essendo vicina all’ autostrada ma in quartiere residenziale. Unica pecca interna la cameretta davanti il bagno.

I can honestly say it’s the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. All the furniture is of good quality beds very comfortable as was the sofa . we traveled light with just cabin bags so we really appreciated the shampoo,body wash and conditioner in both bathrooms. I would recommend having a car to get out and about few bars and restaurants close by or walk along the coast to San Blas and Los Abrigos or a drive to El Medano .los Abrigos we had some fantastic food one restaurant we were in had a set three course menu for €15. pp We had padron peppers ,prawns and fresh local fish. Amazing holiday highly recommend

We really loved staying at Darius's place! It was perfect for our family of four. There was sunshine on either side of the house: morning coffee at the front garden and afternoon relaxation at the balcony. The area is super quiet, I just loved the birds singing. The pool was just few steps from the apartment. The apartment was cozy and clean and Darius was really friendly and responsive host. I hope we are able to come back soon!

We had a great time here - 6 adults and a 2 year old. The flat was spacious and well appointed and we didn't feel crowded at all. We ate in around half the time and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery so you weren't waiting for the dishwasher to finish which can be a problem with a larger group. The area is lovely. 10-15 mins to the sea and great for a seaside walk and then back to the apartment for a swim in the pool. Plenty of towels and some pool toys. We ate out on the front patio with lovely views across the park to the base of Teide. Restaurants and reasonably good supermarkets close by. Communication was good and a generous check out time extended on request to 13.30 Would certainly recommend

If we could give it more than 5 stars we would. Flo was so helpful from the 1st day we booked to the day we checked out. She sent us a 15 page document which told us everything we needed to know about the property as well as all the information we needed to get around the island, buying groceries and restaurant tips. She clearly goes above and beyond for her guests. The property is in wonderful condition and has been well taken care of. We were surprised to find such high quality appliances and pots and pans. There was an abundance of everything. It is a very nice area and a beautiful 10 minute walk to the heart of El Medano. There you will find many restaurants, cafes and bars right on the water. It is much quieter area than others which suited us fine. We cannot recommend her apartment enough. You will not be disappointed!

We stayed in Miguels place for 10 nights, and it was beautiful, quiet, spacious and had everything we needed including BBQ!!Pool area was lovely, and bar was nice. Miguel is very helpful and responds quickly. Thumbs up, thank you😊

Wir haben uns in der Cosy Beach Flat sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist mit liebe zum Detail und schön eingerichtet. Leonardo hat immer schnell reagiert und den Check-in unkompliziert über seine Eltern abgewickelt, die uns herzlich empfangen und uns in Kürze alles wichtige erklärt haben. Die Lage der Unterkunft fanden wir auch top. Der Ort ist angenehm. Supermarkt, Fußgängerzone, Restaurants und Bäcker sind schnell zu erreichen. Sehr gut fanden wir auch, dass die Unterkunft einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz hat, den wir mit unserem Leihwagen (Caddy) gut genutzt haben. Da die Waschmaschine ständig geschlossen ist, hat sie leider sehr muffig gerochen, selbst nach einem Durchspülen. Wir haben daher keine Wäsche gewaschen, obwohl es nötig gewesen wäre.... Das Bad hat auch öfter komisch gerochen.

First time I’ve stayed in Amarillo Golf , it’s very quiet and peaceful, loved the apartment and the host Simone was always there on hand and very helpful, the Apartment has two balconies which are a very good size , you get the sun all day which is lovely, I will definitely be booking this place again. Amazing hosts! Very helpful with everything and advice about the area. Very accommodating with check in and check out. Apartment was well equipped, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Shops near by and a lovely open water swimming area near by. Plenty of games for the pool area available in the apartment. Had a lovely time!

Alessia was great during our stay. She met us on arrival even though we were delayed and showed us to the apartment, she did the same on our departure even though it was early on a Saturday morning. The apartment has everything you could need and is well equipped, it's a stones throw away from the pool and has a small children's play park directly outside. The area is quiet but has supermarkets, bars and restaurants readily available. There's also a local bus that drops in Playa de Las Americas. We had a great stay for the week and would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet getaway! Thanks Alessia!

Benny was a great host, very helpful. Lovely scenery over the golf course from the balcony, with a sea view thrown in. The apartment has everything you need for a break, including netflix on the tv. The pool area also has a heated pool and plenty of sunbeds.

Nasz 5-dniowy pobyt w mieszkaniu Pauli był bardzo przyjemny. Paula przed samym przyjazdem przesłała nam jasne wskazówki, jak dostać się do mieszkania oraz wiele poleceń lokalnych miejsc wartych odwiedzenia. Paula jest bardzo komunikatywna i przemiła. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze zlokalizowane, blisko plaży, sklepu oraz restauracji. Okolica w marcu była dość spokojna, nie było wielu turystów. W pobliżu plaży toczy się budowa, ale hałasy nie były uciążliwe. Bliskość lotniska też nie jest bardzo odczuwalna, hałasu nie było słychać aż tak bardzo. Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste i pachnące, mieliśmy duży zapas ręczników. Łóżka wygodne. Bardzo miłym akcentem było wino czekające na nas w mieszkaniu oraz produkty kuchenne takie jak kawa, przyprawy, oliwa. Dzieci bardzo ucieszyły się z zabawek, książek i wiaderka na plażę. Taras mieszkania był bardzo wygodny, można tam miło spędzać czas na słońcu. Bardzo dziękujemy i mam nadzieję, że uda nam się kiedyś wrócić do tego mieszkanka.
