Super séjour dans ce bel appartement très bien situé à quelques mètres de la plage. Parfait pour 4 ou 5 personnes, belle terrasse pour profiter de la vue. très bons échanges avec Colin, amical et réactif. Je recommande

Ruhige Umgebung, direkt am Strand gelegen. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir brauchten. Die Kommunikation war problemlos. Für die Wintermonate immer wieder gerne.

Tolle Wohnung, in einer super Lage. Schöne Buchten und Orte sind in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Im März war es sehr ruhig und kaum was los - wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt -Danke! ☀️

We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb in late March! The location couldn’t have been better – it’s directly on the beach, making it super convenient for us to enjoy the ocean and take in the beautiful views. The apartment was absolutely lovely – very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. As a family with a 14-month-old, we were especially appreciative of the thoughtful touches. There was a high chair available for our toddler, which made mealtimes so much easier. The apartment was also very child-friendly, and the availability of a washing machine was a huge bonus for us with a little one. This was our first holiday with our toddler, and everything went perfectly. The host made sure we had a smooth and stress-free experience, with an easy check-in and check-out process. We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment! It was all exactly as described and very comfortable. The hosts were amazing and very responsive and helpful. Die Wohnung ist problemlos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen (ca 1.5h vom Flughafen Palma). Von der Bushaltestelle Port de Soller sind es dann 10-15 Minuten bis zum Apartment. Ohne Auto sollte man fit sein den kleinen Berg hochzulaufen. Der Aufstieg lohnt sich, denn der Blick vom Apartment ist gigantisch und man ist in sicherer Entfernung von dem Trubel am Hafen. Die Terrasse ist definitiv das Highlight. Zum Zentrum Port de Soller läuft man ca 15 min. Insgesamt klare Empfehlung sowie nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin!

Da unser Flug sehr spät war, haben wir um 1.00 eingecheckt, ohne Probleme ! Es gab einen kurzen rundum Check in der kleinen gemütlichen Wohnung und dann eine nette Verabschiedung 👋 Die Tage vergingen schnell, meistens haben wir in der Wohnung gefrühstückt, gekocht und gebraten, alles da Problemlos möglich! Der Supermarkt ist relativ günstig und gleich um die Ecke, dort gab es alles was wir für die Tage bräuchten. Die Restaurants in der Nähe bräuchten wir somit gar nich Die Gegend ist ruhig, Strandnähe, wir sind Richtung Strand gelaufen, dort gibt es mehrere Fotoplattformen und schöne Ausblicke. Die Wohnung war für 3 Personen super, immer heißes Wasser und WLAN! Die Terrasse war ebenfalls sehr praktisch bei der Sonne konnte man gut auf den Liegen Platz nehmen! Auch die Launch war für Abendessen super, kleine Lämpchen gibt es in der Wohnung, die kann man mit raus nehmen und so hat man eine romantische Stimmung! Duschgel, Gesichtswasser und Reinigung standen ebenfalls zur Verfügung

Alles super, haben sich bei Problemen schnell gekümmert, gute Lage, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Preisleistung super

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

Alles war wirklich super, Kleine Problemproblematik mit dem Herd, der mit Gas funktioniert Die Töpfe sind ein bisschen unten angekokelt, weil anscheinend der Gasherd nicht ganz richtig ausgerichtet war Ansonsten wirklich alles makellos Schöne Außenbereich, viele Stühle, Vielleicht ein bisschen wenig Besteck und Geschirr Insgesamt aber bedingungslos zu empfehlen

This was such a nice, clean, pretty place to stay. The location was great - about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral, about 15-20 minutes to the closest sandy beach (Playa Can Pere Antoni), with lots of restaurants and shops right there. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! It was easy to find, the host provided clear instructions on getting checked in, and was very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport when it was time for us to leave. We had a fantastic stay!

I want to commend Mike on being a wonderful host and providing a welcoming place with a perfect location. Sitting on the expansive balcony looking out at the sea, being able to walk to incredible hiking trails, and a close car ride to experience great sightseeing were highlights. We were there during off-season and many restaurants and stores in the area were closed but it did not distract from our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Nous avons trouvé le lieu calme et très accueillant de par sa propriétaire, Astrid, aux petits soins de ses hôtes. Une personne charmante, intéressante et toujours de bonne humeur. Nochmal ein riesiges Dankeschön für diesen tollen Urlaub mit einer schönen Empfangsüberraschung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem. Inken war jederzeit schnell erreichbar und sehr bemüht auf unsere Nachfragen einzugehen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar ebenso die Strände. Parken war an der Unterkunft problemlos möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein wiederkommen.

Juan Carlo’s apartment is a great spacious place (we were 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids) at a perfect location directly at the beach and next to many great restaurants. Perfect communication with Africa who was always responsive, very friendly and helpful when needed. Easy and flexible check-in (Africa was welcoming us) and check-out via hotel Minister lobby. We ate mostly in nearby restaurants except for breakfasts when we enjoyed the beautiful view from the living room over the beach and had a front row seat seeing Port de Soller waking up in the mornings. The apartment is amazingly equipped for guests who prefer cooking at home. Really nothing to complain here. We had a great stay and will come again. Thanks Africa and Juan Carlos for being great hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place. The pool was great, and the apartment had everything we needed. The complex is clean inside and on the grounds, and everyone was very friendly. There is a local shop and a few OK restaurants, but you might want to go further afield if you want something more Mallorcan. My kids made penpals with the neighbours, which is always a plus!

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.
