Olivier war sehr sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und wirklich zuvorkommend. Jederzeit erreichbar, unkomplizierte Kommunikation und kleine Gesten die erfreulich waren. Bei Ankunft wurden die Erwartungen, die durch die Bilder erweckt wurden sogar übertroffen! Der Ausblick beim Betreten des Hauses durch die Terrassentür direkt auf den Pool und das Meer waren einzigartig! Ein Auto vor Ort bietet die nötige Flexibilität und ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, dann erreicht man alles mühelos und einfach (Restaurants, Supermärkte, Strand, etc.). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können Olivier als Gastgeber nur empfehlen!

Alquilamos la casa para 12 personas en marzo. Había espacio suficiente para todos. La casa esta en una zona tranquila y con aparcamiento suficiente para 5 coches o más. La piscina está climatizada y nos pudimos bañar. Tienen mucho espacio de ocio con bbq, ping pong, villar, futbolín.. Lo recomiendo.

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

La casa es una maravilla, buena ubicación en zona tranquila, cerca de la cuidad en coche. Estaba todo muy limpio y José Luis ha sido súper amable y siempre atento. Repetiríamos seguro!

It was just what we needed, there was an amazing cafe within walking distance and it was within 15 minutes of loads of amazing restaurants and within an hour were loads of day trips

Todo fue fenomenal. La única pega que pondría es que quedamos en una hora de salida, y media hora antes de esta hora, la chica que se encargaría de recoger la casa, entró en la casa sin avisar ni nada y de pronto nos la encontramos. Aconsejaría dejar clara la hora de salida El resto genial, muchas gracias

Alexander's place was perfect! We felt right at home. The house has everything you need for cooking, nice large TV, patio for outdoor dining, it's very close to a really lovely beach and all amenities, supermarkets etc...overall a fantastic stay. highly recommended....thankyou!

Cudowne miejsce dla osób które chcą wypocząć w spokoju i pięknymi widokami. Faktycznie na plażę jest dużo schodów, ale należało się z tym liczyć po wcześniejszych opiniach (dla widoków warto). W okolicy piękne czyste plaże. Bez problemu z miejscem do zaparkowania auta. Mieszkanie czyste i wyposażone we wszystko. Zameldowanie i komunikacja bezproblemowe.

We would strongly recommend Dino’s place if you are visiting Alicante. We initially thought it might be farther away from the hustle and bustle of the beach than we might want. Don’t worry. Very walkable to the beach and all the restaurants . Quiet at night. Safe. Nice to be away from the crowds when the night ends. The house was comfortable and well stocked. Dino had juice, milk, beers, and soda for our stay. Felt very welcoming and relaxed. The space was beautiful and Dino himself was over the top helpful.

Everything was perfect apart from the bed which we found too hard.( personal preference) Option of a topper would be ideal. The views from the terrace were amazing, we spent hours on the terrace, loved it.

Rafael’s place is far better than the pictures. Spacious, clean with two bathrooms. And very close to the city centre and the river

Espectaculares vistas. Estancias muy amplias. Tiene todo lo necesario para alojarse. Siempre pendientes y muy simpáticos. Es un sueño.

Toni's place in Alicante was superb. amazing beach view! worth it for the view alone. but the place was stocked like no other bnb I've seen. it has everything ypu need. plus a great location easily walkable to many restaurants. Toni's communication is also spot on. I would book again if I ever go back.

Paco is een zeer vriendelijke actieve host. Hij geeft talloze tips over de omgeving mbt wat te doen, restaurants etc. Hij reageert snel. Zelfs op onze route naar zuid Spanje gaf hij nog leuke suggesties. Het huis is knus en is perfect gelegen aan het strand. Er is een leuke binnentuin met zwembad waar wij regelmatig hebben gezeten. Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Wij genoten van de mooie ligging aan het Valledero strand. De wandelingen naar de haven waren voor ons en onze hond een plezier om te doen.

A fotók alapján foglaltuk le az apartmant és nem okozott csalódást, sőtt. Minden szép és tiszta. Az apartman várakozáson felül jól felszerelet. A környéken közelben elérhető több bolt, éttermek, tömegközlekedés. Ami a képeken nem látszik, az a szállásadók kedvessége és segítőkészsége, maximális odafigyelése a vendégekre. Mindig a rendelkezésünkre állt Laura és Dany, olyan szolgáltatást nyújtva, mely egy 4*-os szálloda színvonalát is eléri. Mindenkinek ajánlom az apartmant, aki szép, tiszta, rendezett környezetben szeretne pihenni, mosolygós és kedves házigazdák vendégszeretetét élvezve. Hosszú évek óta a legjobb szállásunk volt.

Todo de maravilla. Ventura nos atendió de manera excelente, con mucha flexibilidad para la llegada y salida. Tuvimos todo lo necesario para dos bebés (tronas, cunas, juguetes). Totalmente recomendable. Repetiríamos sin dudar.

Wij waren met 11 vrienden een lang weekend op het verblijf van Evelyn. Wij kwamen op donderdagavond laat aan, Evelyn stond op ons te wachten en had zelfs aangeboden om boodschappen te halen. Fantastisch geregeld. De ruimte was veel groter dan de foto's lieten blijken. De bedjes waren allemaal eenpersoons en niet heel groot, dat was voor deze paar dagen niet erg maar bij langer verblijf kan ik me voorstellen dat het minder comfortabel is. Het strand met restaurants was op loop afstand en taxi's staan binnen 20 minuten voor de deur om je naar Alicante te brengen. Let goed op dat het stil is aan het einde van de dag want de omgeving galmt enorm waardoor omwonenden goed mee kunnen genieten van de gezelligheid van deze accommodatie. Tot slot: deze plek is een absolute aanrader.

Zona muy tranquila, todo estaba muy limpio y el jacuzzi era espectacular. Peter estuvo pendiente siempre si teníamos alguna duda.

El trato ha sido excepcional de principio a fin y la casa era exactamente lo que estábamos buscando. Nos dieron facilidades tanto a la entrada como a la salida, dejándonos mucha flexibilidad (lo cual se agradece mucho). Repetiríamos sin lugar a duda.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Wakker worden met het prachtige uitzicht was elke dag een feest. Restaurants, het treinstation en de winkel zijn op loopafstand. En Alicante is erg makkelijk te bereiken met het treintje of de auto. We zouden met plezier terugkomen

We stayed as a group to play golf locally. Location is good next to Alicante golf course but also central for other courses with good road access. It is close to the tram for the short trip into Alicante. The house is very well equipped, well provisioned and very clean. We had an extremely enjoyable stay with no complaints and would have no hesitation in staying again. Estefania was very helpful and friendly. Despite our flight being late arriving she was extremely understanding.

Spacious villa in a quiet area. We had a great time. Some small issues, but the host responded quickly and fixed everything ASAP. We had a great time. Walking distance to golf course with restaurants and supermarket, but recommend other guests to have a car or electric bike for the possibility to move around in the area.

Wir waren zu sechst im Juni 2024 in der wunderschönen Villa von Peggy. Die Kommunikation vorab sowie der Check-in lief reibungslos ab. Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Peggy ist sehr hilfsbereit und alle unsere Wünsche wurden schnellstmöglich erfüllt. Sie hat sogar für alle ein Strandtuch bereitgestellt! Die Gegend ist ruhig und eignet sich perfekt zum entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder in der Villa Urlaub machen 😊
