Beautiful and big house, perfect for a family! There is really everything you need (Also for kids there are board games, a PS4, lots of games in general). Also cool that there is a tennis court and rackets to use (also there is a tennis club with some nice courts and paddle courts as well just 5min walk away). The kitchen has everything you need to cock at home. Only downside is the access to the beach. Either you walk 20mins or drive by car to a nearby beach, but must parts of the beaches are privat or either rocky, I would recommend driving to Estepona (20mins) or Tarifa (50mins) for nice beach days. Nonetheless we enjoyed the pool! One small remark, be careful when showering long or on the „highest water flow“, as the showers can quickly spill out to the bathroom floors. Overall I can recommend staying at Ewouts house and would definitely come again. Friendly host, maintained and equipped house with pool!

We really enjoyed our stay. John and Elizabeth made sure everything you need is there. Our boys loved the beach toys. Also, the house has it's own parking spot, very close to the house, which is very convenient. We would recommend staying here!

This is a stunning home. Everything you need for a lovely holiday. Slightly out of town but we felt that was an advantage. We would love to come back one day!

Good sized bedrooms, looks like the pictures. Came with ample starting pack (eg toilet roll, dishwasher tabs, etc.). Was a problem with the pool but Rems were very responsive on messages and sent someone out quickly. Was always 5-10 mins for uber to arrive, 20 euros into Malaga or 10 euros down to the front / marina, so recommend the location.

Tilava huvila rauhallisella alueella. Majoitus vastasi kuvausta ja majoittaja vastasi viesteihin nopeasti jos jotain kysyttävää ilmeni. Huoneissa hyvin tilaa ja vessojen sekä suihkujen lukumäärä riittävä. Hyvänä lisänä se, että auton saa parkkiin lukkojen taakse, mikä helpottaa esimerkiksi aktiivilomaijoiden elämää kummasti!

Franck was an excellent host and very accommodating as our flight arrived quite late. Gave us some local recommendations and answered any questions we had promptly. House was spotless and exactly as described. There was a great view of the sea which was a short walk away. Thanks Franck!

Vi havde et dejligt ophold. dejligt med indhegnet have, når man har små børn. og også rart med hegn om poolen. adressen i appen var forkert, men Abe var hurtig til at hjælpe med den rigtige adresse. Meget søde værter.

We had a lovely stay at this place, the location was perfect well centered 3 minutes walking to Marbellamar close to puente romano and the 17 minutes from old town I recommend if you are a group of 3 to 4 people

El apartamento está genial, limpio y ordenado. La ubicación es perfecta. Un lugar tranquilo y de fácil acceso. Cerca de supermercados y restaurantes y a pocos km de Marbella en coche o transporte publico. Ya he repetido en este mismo apartamento y es muy probable que lo vuelva a hacer.

La estancia y el trato con Gabriela fueron excelentes, desde el momento de la reserva hasta la salida. Ha sido muy felixible para la hora de llegada como de salida y siempre ha estado en comunicacion con nosotros. hemos repetido la estancia en este apartamento por el trato asi como la ubicacion y facilidades que ofrece el apartamento

Had a lovely stay in this very clean and convenient apartment. The facilities were all super clean and it had all the amenities you can possibly need for a short trip. In addition the location was also great with both the city centre and the beach being a short walk away. Shengeng was a great host, very easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond with any questions we had. He made us feel really at home. I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family and should I return, this is the first property I will be looking to book.

The apartment was in a great location, private, close to supermarkets and the main parts of town but still in a quiet area. The apartment was clean on arrival and had all the appliances we needed during our stay. We were met by Claudia, who was a friendly host. Would definitely stay in this apartment again.

The best Airbnb I have stayed in - absolutely gorgeous, luxurious apartment, perfectly situated right on the promenade within a quiet, private apartment complex. Extensive thought and care had evidently been put into every aspect of the stay, and the amenities within the apartment went above and beyond what you could ever want! Check in was so smooth and easy. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever had when travelling, and the air conditioning was completely silent! The photographs don’t even do the apartment justice - it is beautiful, comfortable, and has so many thoughtful touches. We absolutely adored our stay and would love to come back any time. Could not recommend enough!

I had the privilege to stay at Suvis Place for quite a while - July until December and I loved every single day. Suvi was the perfect host - lovely and friendly and just a text message away whenever I had a question. The apartment looks exactly as it is in the pictures but in person I found it even lovelier. The pool outside in the summertime is amazing. The one indoors I wasn’t able to use because of the drought and hot summers the government didnt allow the use of pools after September. But it looks really nice as well. The apartment is situated perfectly between Marbella and Malaga. There is a bus stop right on front of the building. It’s easy to rent a car (just down the road is a rental car service) but Uber is great in Spain as well. I will miss the view from the terrace so much. l enjoyed it every single day and I made some great memories. I would recommend it to everyone and I would love to be able to come back in the future without a single doubt. Thank you again Suvi 😊

Dejligt roligt område, dejlig møblering, lækkert med alle basic ting i bad og køkken. Alligevel tæt på både lokale restauranter på stranden og meget tæt på Marbella og hiking muligheder. Fantastisk mængde info fra Andreas om alt muligt, man føler sig virkelig velkommen. Super sted!
