Playa El Coco : locations de vacances en bord de mer

We had a very nice stay at Casa Pocahontas and felt right at home. The house is decorated with a lot of love and is located about 10-15 minutes walk from Playa Maderas. We spent a lot of time in the open living area with the huge terrace. A great place to relax, read a book or watch the wildlife in the jungle. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were well equipped. There was even a yoga mat and blackrolls. If we had any questions, Sebastian was always available and due to the keybox the check in/out was very flexible and uncomplicated. We can only recommend the Casa and would definitely come back again.

This house is great for families or multiple people traveling for a retreat. It has great space. The views overall (there are multiples) are amazing. The view from the deck is simply magical, the most magical. It is hard to capture the feeling you get when you see the view from the main deck in person. You will be relaxed and transported to a magical place the minute you walk in. My family of 8 (plus 3 who stayed nearby) spent a glorious 4 days. The host recommended Conchita, the cook who arrived at 7:00 am everyday. OMG she was the best cook. Simple meals with great flavors every day. She was a life saver. There are no restaurants nearby (only a very expensive and limited restaurant by Aqua). We were spoiled with Conchita’s food. Felix, the caretaker gets 5 starts. He was 100 percent responsive and a hard worker. Our host was too. She was responsive immediately with all of our questions. We are grateful she shared her beautiful home with us. It is truly a special place. Bring games.

Bella’s place was absolutely beautiful — we stayed for a week and felt right at home. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Beginner’s Bay, an ideal spot for surfing, and conveniently next door to The Salty Koala, a cozy and welcoming restaurant where we ended up grabbing late-night bites more than once. The space itself is stylish, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A special shoutout to Petrona who had a contagious smile and was super helpful with upkeep during our stay. We’re already looking forward to booking again next year! One thing to note for remote workers: the Wi-Fi can be a bit spotty at times and there were a few short power cuts during our stay. It didn’t impact our vacation, but something to keep in mind if you need a super reliable connection. Otherwise, it’s an A+++ stay.

SoLunaLake House is in a beautiful location with incredible sunsets. Wilbur and Lesbia are very welcoming and helpful. Having the use of the kayaks is great and we even kayaked to lunch one day just up the lake. The house is well equipped and peaceful.

Had the most wonderful time at Jean and Coco’s beautiful Airbnb! It’s a luxurious stay that still maintains the vibe of this beautiful country. The property manager on site helped us with everything we needed and answered any questions we had. You’re so close to the beach which felt like a private oasis! If you’re thinking of staying in the area you should definitely book this Airbnb!!

Freek was an amazing host. He helped us understand the surf breaks, helped tell us where to rent vehicles, and also helped with restaurants. He was great. The staff in the Amahula resort were awesome too! This house is beautiful and the pool makes the trip 10x better. There is amazing privacy inside and outside of this house. With a nice living space inside as well as a great patio and pool outside…and outdoor showers. And right next to it you can go to the bar to hang out! Right out front is the beach. Amazing surf breaks within walking distance. Nothing short of awesome, we hope to be back!

The house is amazing, you have access to the beach right in front of you, only recommendation for anybody is to bring your own food from a local supermarket as there is an hour drive off road(4x4 recommended) after reaching san juan, the place is very private, you have the beach for yourself, the house is very clean, enough rooms, and spacious. Local housekeeper was very useful as he can go buy you items at extra cost while you enjoy your time, final score 10/10.

Helen and Lee are fantastic hosts. Their apartment was exactly as described and the images bang on. Messaging Helen and Lee was an absolute breeze. We never had to wait for a response which is great when you don't have roaming cell service and wifi can be limited outside the apartment. The apartment itself was very comfortable and really clean and had everything we needed. The grounds and pool were beautiful and very well kept. I would absolutely stay there again. We loved Mary Jane's house,, it is right in the center of everything that goes on in San Juan Del Sur, and yet is a very private haven within the city. The house is very beautiful, well maintained, and well furnished. We enjoyed the using the kitchen and swimming in the pool. The bathrooms were immaculately clean and modern. The bed we slept in was very comfortable and the linens were top notch. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay with Mary Jane again.

Amazing place to stay in SJDS. Lots of space, beautiful views, comfortable bed, very clean and fantastic pool. We loved it there. The walk is a bit steep for the first 100 m but doable unless you are very old or have bad knees. It’s a pretty quick walk to town so we walked it everyday. If you are getting groceries that are heavy, get a taxi back up the hill for $10. Also, don,t rely on Google maps to get you there as it leads you in the wrong direction. Use Karin’s recommendation with Hotel Victoriano as your reference point. You’ll go over gravel roads for a bit but don’t worry, you are on the right path. If you are there on a weekend you will be glad to be up the hill and a bit away from town as it gets loud with parties in town. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy the town.

Una casa muy recomendada con una vista hermosa , en un lugar muy tranquilo con ambientes muy bonitos cómodos y acogedores , una cocina completa , limpia y agradable y Tom la persona encargada muy servicial y siempre pendiente de cualquier inconveniente ,observar el atardecer desde la terraza es espectacular.

If you are looking for a private oceanfront accommodation, I recommend this place. It is quiet, spacious, and has a comfortable atmosphere. The ocean is within walking distance, and you can use the resort's facilities, such as restaurants! If you are looking for the most beautiful beach in Nicaragua, I recommend this place.

Nous avons passés 3 merveilleux jours chez Dominc dans son logement de location à Popoyo,il nous a très bien accueilli,nous nous sommes vraiment sentis à l’aise. Le logement est magnifique et la vue sublime,il y a un balcon où j’ai pu faire ma méditation et stretching,et le lit est très confortable. Il est très bien situé et se sera un plaisir d’y séjourner à nouveau.

This place is absolutely wonderful! Situated just across the river from the main area of San Juan del Sur, it offers the perfect balance—close enough to walk to restaurants and bars, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the weekend festivities. The river is easy to walk across at any time of the day, making access to town simple and convenient. Ronaldo, who lives on the property with his family, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Although we used Google Translate to communicate, he was always quick to assist whenever we needed anything. The house is just a two-minute walk from the beach and features a beautiful outdoor space, perfect for relaxing at home. Highly recommend!

Nous avons adoré l’appartement, particulièrement la terrasse avec la vue et les couchers de soleil. L’appartement est à 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Heureusement le taxi connaissait l’emplacement. Si vous arrivez par vos propres moyens, assurez-vous vous d’arriver de clarté.

This place is heaven! The house is beautiful and the patio is incredible. On the beach with a patio offering bbq, hamac, direct access to pool and access to the beach. They even had a kids table and toys. Master bedroom is just Wow, with view to the ocean. Kids loved the bunk beds. Hot water and a/c. Close town, we would definitely come back!

Ich habe mich im Salitre sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich durfte sogar meine Sachen vor dem Check-In in den Kühlschrank stellen. Das Haus ist geräumig, gut eingerichtet und verfügt über alles,was man braucht. Zum Strand sind es nur 2 Minuten Gehweg.Toll fand ich,dass ich meinen kleinen Hund unkompliziert mitbringen durfte.Die Verwalter kümmern sich herzlich.Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohl im Haus gefühlt. Ich komme sehr gern wieder ins Salitre...

Carolina’s beach home is in the most beautiful spot, and was such a perfect beach escape for our family. The beach is stunning and most of the time it felt like we had it to ourselves. It was so nice to have the option to walk to the hotel for dinner, which was amazing. We never felt too hot since there is amazing shade around the house and gazebo, perfect for kids. Carolina was the most attentive and hospitable host you could imagine! Thank you so much Carolina, we hope to come back again one day !
