This place is beautiful and had everything we needed! Boan is an excellent host and always replied to all of our questions. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

everything was great. only thing one shower didn't have enough water pressure other than that everything was perfect.

Hector meet us at the house which was great verses over the phone. The house was perfect very clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. Will definitely be going back. House was cluttered free. The BBQ area worked out perfectly and we used it a few times. Thank you Hector for your hospitality.

had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was fantastic, with a great proximity to a private beach. The view of the stars at night was absolutely lovely. Overall, it was a great experience!

Frank is quick to respond via email and very friendly. We had an issue requiring laundry detergent, and he picked up the call immediately and helped to guide us to where it would have been. Highly recommend!

This felt like home, beautiful home beautiful sunset, wonderful staff, I saw on few previous reviews that the pool tile was broken. it's fixed and shiny! it's 10 minutes drive to town but we didn't mind considering how safe it is. I'm forever thankful for hosting us and let us build memories that will last.

Villa is beautifully situated on Sandy Beach with an amazing view of the Port. We loved the Villa’s location and had 3 kids with us who also had an amazing time at the resort pools, slides, etc. Would definitely come back - it was a great value and the location couldn’t be beat!

The house was a great way to spend the Thanksgiving holiday. Perfect for large groups and kid friendly too. Eric and Carol were easy to communicate with and always responsive!

Las Palmas is a great place for families , couples or groups. They have a pool just for families/kids and an adult pool right off the beach. Anyone can enjoy it there!

The place was beautiful and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive! For example, we had an issue with our hot water, and within minutes of reaching out, she had responded, and maintenance arrived in less than an hour. She also was beyond accommodating with my infant son. The customer service she provided was wonderful.

Overall, a great place to stay. There were minor issues but nothing that would keep me from staying there again. Great communication and response time from Kivoya team.
