this place is probably the nicest Airbnb spot in sosou .the pictures does not do it justice it's way better clean ,high end furniture with security. you just can't beat it.

Teresia is an excellent host. Always responding and carying for our well being. The gate community is very secure. There are no beach on site and the 2 restaurants with pool where you can go for the day have a fee (1750 to 2500 pesos per person per day) but they are beautiful. Sosua is easy to walk around. People are nice. The villa was perfect. The only thing is the very low water pressure. We would come back anytime.

This home was exactly as described and a perfect stay for our trip! The location was great—close enough to travel for the day but also in a nice, relaxing area. The outdoor space was absolutely amazing, and we spent most of our time enjoying it. Inside, the home was clean and comfortable, and having a kitchen to cook some meals made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

I had a terrific time at Eric's place. The beach was awesome and I hope that this place is available when I return to the country. I would recommend this place.

First I would like to say that my boyfriend, my dog and I had a wonderful time at Villa Belisia Maria. We all felt very comfortable and cozy here. The place was walkable to the beach but since it was rainy we had to drive less than 10 minutes. The pool was perfect, the Villa had everything we needed and the rooms were very well organized and clean. The host Jhoselyn was helpful from the start and very welcoming. The manager Danny was also very helpful from the start as he showed us how to get to the beach the minute we arrived at the villa. He was also very responsive to any requests or questions that we had. The property was very well kept and very beautiful greenery all around, making it feel peaceful and breathtaking. The inside of the Villa was neat, cozy and nicely decorated. There were supplies on hand like toiletries, towels, paper towels, cooking utensils and laundry detergents. All in all, everything was perfect for us! We would most definitely be coming back here next time.

This place is A+. Our group had a fantastic time. The Chef is A1 (his pico de gallo is the best I’ve ever had) He cooked amazing meals for us and was flexible with dietary needs. Our house manager Mi Lady was so kind, caring and helpful. She was amazing. We had all 6 suites and they were fantastic suites. No complaints. The host Jame is flexible and responded quickly to our needs. I highly recommend.

This place was great. The service was amazing; Rafelina and her staff were kind and helpful. They were there to answer all our questions and help us if we needed anything. My family and I were very pleased with the location and service provided. It was a big group of us so it was nice that we could play music and decorate for a party. I would certainly recommend this place to any friends and family who would like to enjoy a nice getaway or if they want to celebrate a Birthday. The Villa was amazing and looked so beautiful. we enjoyed our 5 days away from our normal day change of atmosphere and especially climate was a must. Dimitri place was great. we loved the open space and multiple bathrooms the house provided. my son and I enjoyed the private pool as my wife enjoyed all the amenities. we would definitely go back. Dimitri and Manni were great we had an issue here and there and they were quick to respond. definitely recommended

Nice apartment close to the beach and walkable to the heart of Cabarete.

This house is really great and in a great location, it’s perfect if you have a car it’s not far to cabarete or puerto plata also. It’s also very close to all the night life in Sousa. Having the garage was also very helpful so we didn’t have to park in the street. The staff was very wonderful and helpful and kept the house clean all the time. Thanks again Vickie, we would love to stay again!

Brenda was amazing and so was the villa. The staff was perfect. The chef prepared some of the best food ever. Give Brenda a chance I promise you she won’t disappoint.

This villa is great, everything was just as it appears in the photos. And it is close to everything so that is another plus when trying to go out to the beach or casino.

This apartment is in such a beautiful setting. We sat on the back porch watching the kids play in the infinity pool, looking out over the ocean. There were always security guards on site and we felt completely safe. We would stay again if we get the chance.

We had a fantastic stay at Ruslan's villa! The check-in process was seamless, and Ruslan kindly allowed us to check in early, which was a big help as our flight landed at 10 AM, even though check-in was officially at 2 PM. The pool was cleaned every morning, and everything in the villa worked perfectly. We were delighted with our stay and highly recommend Ruslan's villa. We'll be booking this place again for our future trips!

La villa de Ron está equipada con todo lo que necesitas para pasar tanto una corta como una larga estadía . Pase una semana allá y me sentí como en casa. La cocina tenía todo , las habitaciones cómodas , la piscina excelente . La ubicación de la casa y el residencial casa linda es lo mejor que puedes encontrar en el área de Sosua si lo que buscas es descansar en el paraíso. 100% recomendadas y volveré muy pronto
