David was a perfect host. Responsive and helpful. Beautiful location. Newly renovated condominium with everything needed for our stay. BBQ was clean. Good quality linen and furniture. Beach chairs with umbrella in condo. Highly recommended

This condo is so beautiful, only steps from the beach, and it’s staff are incredible. Rigo was outstanding. The condo is clean and beautiful inside. I loved reading my Bible overlooking the beach too. I highly recommend this beautiful place to stay! We can’t wait to stay here again! I would give it 1,000,000 stars if I could! Fabulous!

alles wunderbar, vielen Dank. die Unterkunft ist ruhig und perfekt gelegen, da weder Morgensonne noch Abendsonne das Apartment aufheizt. einzig die Wasserqualität vom gemeinsamen pool ist etwas fragwürdig. Unsere Badekleider haben sich grün verfärbt. Dies hat jedoch nichts direkt mit der Unterkunft von Ruslan zu tun, da der pool wahrscheinlich von allen Apartmentbesitzern verwaltet wird.

Lovely spacious condo on the first floor; great balcony facing the beach. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The walk to the beach is down a hill and along a road for a few minutes; takes 5 minutes to get to a glorious beach that was not crowded at all. Hosts are very easy to communicate with. We had a lovely stay! Would highly recommend. Flamingo is such a beautiful beach; the property felt well worth the price.

The location is fantastic. It offers a beautiful view and enjoy the semi-private beach. During the week you do not have too many people on the beach. On the weekend you get more visitors from other areas. Near the Flamingo marina where there is an assortment of restaurants to dine. The place has a security person day and night, which makes you feel safer. The place has washer and dryer, coffee maker. The necessary cooking utensils to make a meal. It could use a more comfortable sofa and beds.

Exactly as pictured. The unit is clean and quiet. We were comfortable as a couple there, it would be a bit crowded if we had our kids. Las Catalinas is a great community, about an hour and a half away from the airport. Once you’re there, you’re likely staying mostly on the property as there isn’t an easy way to go anywhere else, but it’s a relaxing spot with good options for restaurants and the beach is perfect.

Very nice clean comfortable condo. Also feels safe. Beach at Playa Langasto is very rocky and not for swimming but beautiful for a walk as others have noted. The pools are very nice and not crowded at all. We drove to other beaches. Some good restaurants in walking distance. We did an excursion to La Leona if you’re up for an adventure it’s a fun time!

This is place is so nice, beautiful and very clean . Diana(Host) is so nice , supportive, helpful , responsive and reachable . She gave lot of tips about attractions around this area and very helpful. We all enjoyed staying at Diana's place and I surely recommend to others. The place is walkable to beautiful beach and pool inside property is so nice . This place has 24X7 security and no need to worry about anything .

We had a great time. Kenneth was always quick to respond. He provides clear instructions how to access the property. It is safe and secure. Close to the beaches and amenities. There are plenty fruit and vegetables vendors walking distance away and many super markets close by. The kitchen is fully stocked with any utensils you’d need. There are two large cooler bags and cooler packs available, great for day trips. Beds were comfy. Would come and stay again!

El lugar se siente como en casa, cuidan cada detalle, por lo que despreocúpate de no encontrar lo que buscas, nos encantó que cuenta con aire acondicionado y ventiladores en toda la casa por lo que el calor no es un inconveniente para disfrutar de su estancia. El jacuzzi es ideal para una buena tertulia con amigos. Los alrededores son limpios, ordenados y privados, incluso para una piscina que es compartida. Melissa fue la mejor host. Fue amable, servicial y súper flexible respecto a nuestras necesidades. Nos ayudó con todas las consultas y requerimientos. Un lugar maravilloso sin duda! Gracias 🤩

We had a great stay in Playa Hermosa. The condo was nicely appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked for light cooking including salt and pepper, cooking spray, and coffee. Daily housekeeping was a nice bonus. We enjoyed visiting by neighbor cats. Beautiful sunsets from the patio. We checked out the facility amenities but opted to go outside the compound. Great jumping off point for adventures. I much preferred the quiet playa Hermosa over Playa del Coco.

A group of 10 friends and I stayed at the Las Mareas villas, and the photos did not do this place justice. The villa on the top of the hill had incredible views to wake up to and the space was beautiful, clean, quiet, and modern. The villa is just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 10-15-minute walk to the inner city. Mauricio, the concierge at Tama Luxe was very accommodating and responsive to us for any needs we had (i.e. providing advice for groceries, granting us more amenities such as dish-washing pods or toilet paper, and things to do in the city, all from the perspective of a local.). Overall we had a great experience, one thing to note is the lower floor of the villa is detached from the rest of the home. It wasn't an issue for us, but something to keep in mind of. The dryer on the lower floor's lint catcher is slightly broken, so it tended to catch on clothes during a cycle. Leaving things out to dry was a better call in the end. Overall, 9/10 experience! Pura Vida!

Fantastic apartment in a marvelous place. The apartment is a five star with very nice furniture, three very comfortable bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a splendid terrace sea front where we had breakfasts! The residence has a nice pool and beach access where we spent afternoons until sunset. Host very communicative and very fast to answer our questions! Overall a place to stay again!

Location was perfect. Unit was clean just needs some updates. If unit had sleeper sofa’s it would enhanced for 2 families to share the unit. Pool near building with working grill made it perfect to cook lunch and dinner there.

Muy lindo el departamento, muy cómodo para mi familia de 6. Las vistas del departamento son increíbles. El departamento muy bien decorado y todo funcionaba muy bien. Esta a 5 minutos de auto del centro de Tamarindo, en una área un poco mas tranquila. Excelente estadía.

This condo did not disappoint. It was everything it boasted and then some. It was gorgeous , peaceful and the staff went above and beyond. The concierge staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We loved it so much we booked it again for next year!

We had a lovely stay in this clean, comfortable and well-stocked condo in a nice quiet neighborhood outside of busy Tamarindo but walkable to town. Location is very close to several good restaurants and a convenient market which had most of our grocery essentials. The hosts were incredibly responsive to questions (usually within minutes) and also helpful with local suggestions and recommendations. Access to Langosta Beach Club was the best part - beautiful beach-front location and great restaurant about a 10-minute walk away. We came for the free breakfast and stayed all day.
