Playa Gigante : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We had a great stay at Jose’s apartment and are happy we came back! The place is comfortable, private, and has a great hot shower. It’s close to the main town but still tucked away from the crowds and noise, offering a peaceful stay. The location is very walkable, just a few blocks from the market, restaurants, and cafes. Would definitely recommend!

A beautiful, spacious, well equipped apartment with a spectacular view. Sitting on the balcony sipping the complimentary coffee watching the monkeys, birds and sunsets was very special. Brian could not have been more helpful, from clear border crossing instructions, help with transport, help with shopping , to scooping up my husband when he got lost, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend a stay here and we hope to be back.

Lucas’ place is very nice and laid back. The room was great and matched the photos and descriptions. It was nice to take a dip in the pool. It is only a minute or two walk to the beach. Lucas is a great host. He was actually heading into town already when we were arriving, so he offered to pick us up in Rivas. This was great because we were able to get some groceries and things in town first. He was very attentive and there was someone around to help if we ever needed anything. He also gave us a lift back to Rivas for a fair price. Lucas speaks pretty decent English, but he was also happy to chat with me in Spanish to give me some practice! All in all, we had a great stay and would highly recommend Casa Vitini!

Staying at Villa Fiorella with Armando and his lovely family was a great experience! The price is very affordable and priced very fairly for a brand new apartment with excellent amenities. Armando and his family was incredibly kind and welcoming. One day when we first arrived, Armando told us his goal and desire is to treat his guests like family. At first, I was skeptical, because I too own apartments and prefer a hands-off approach, but I was proven wrong. He absolutely treats his guests like family. Unfortunately, I experienced problems with a car rental agency in town, and after losing money Armando offered for my family to use his car, because he wanted to help us and felt bad for us. This was an incredible act of kindness. We were blown away by how sweet this gesture was. Our daughter also LOVED Armando's daughter, Fiorella. She was so sweet and played with our daughter. Armando's children are so sweet and welcoming! You are nestled in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a view of the mountains and fields. We loved how quiet and peaceful this place was, and watching the sunsets. Armando was very quick to attend to our requests, such as fix a small tear in the window screen, assist with organizing housekeeping, servicing the A/C unit, improving wifi, and anything else we requested. The quality of the apartment is very high, with very nice finishes and materials! We truly felt treated like family. There is also a beautiful garden in the back and the neighbors are family, so we felt very safe at this place. This place is about a 5-10 minute drive from town. Taxis are very affordable and will pick you up from this place ($4.29 dollars to town, $1.5 if you catch a taxi from the main road), take you to beaches and wait for you there, and bring you back home ($30 dollars round trip to maderas or hermosa). (Call Lester +505 7787 2868) The internet was a bit slow, but Armando is working every day to improve it. I work in telecommunications, using wifi calling all day, but for anyone streaming or using wifi for casual purposes you won't have problems. Overall a super great experience! Thank you Armando for showing us so much love and care. We would come back any day to revisit.

This place is heaven! The house is beautiful and the patio is incredible. On the beach with a patio offering bbq, hamac, direct access to pool and access to the beach. They even had a kids table and toys. Master bedroom is just Wow, with view to the ocean. Kids loved the bunk beds. Hot water and a/c. Close town, we would definitely come back!

Maria Andrea es muy amable. Siempre a la orden para cualquier pregunta además que fue muy flexible con nosotros con respecto al check in y check out. Éramos 4 personas. El apartamento se encuentra en un edificio, complejo de apartamentos con vista al mar y al Cristo de San Juan del Sur. Hubo una restricción de 20kwh por día, la cual me pareció una buena iniciativa de ahorrar energía pensando el tema ecológico. Nosotros no usamos los aires acondicionados por decisión propia lo que nos mantuvo muy por debajo del límite y no tuvimos que pagar nada al final. con mucho gusto volvería al apartamento de María Andrea!

The home and location were perfect. Agata was able to help with all of our questions and requests. She was super friendly and helpful. We felt so welcomed and right at home. Can’t wait to go back!

Villa Urraca absolutely surpassed our family's expectations. Spending time there was one of the highlights of our vacation in Nicaragua. We especially appreciated the beachfront view, and the short walk to the beach, as well as the proximity to the restaurant and activities like the turtle release and horseback riding. Jon and his team were excellent hosts—very responsive and attentive. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Villa Urraca!

We had an amazing stay at Fabrizio’s house in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. He was incredibly polite and attentive, always responding immediately to any request. The home offers privacy, safety, and breathtaking views, making it a perfect getaway. With a variety of beautiful beaches just 15 minutes away, plus Fabrizio’s great recommendations, exploring the area was effortless. I highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting San Juan del Sur. You won’t regret booking here.

This is such a beautiful stay. The house is as close to the beach as you can get. The beach is very quiet, we were often the only people on the sand besides a few locals fishing. Great swimming. The house is nice and clean. My party of five used the outdoor grill, pool and outdoor dining area every day. Cynthia and Aroldo are great as well. One thing I will say is that the road to the house is quite precarious, making it a little harder to get around the San Juan del Sur area. Not sure if a sedan could make it through. We ended up working with David to get transportation to the city (20 min away) for $50 one day, which was nice of them. It’s also possible to take a taxi to the restaurant at the end of the beach and walk a few minutes on the sand to the house for cheaper. The road there is much better. Overall I’d highly recommend David’s stay and would love to visit again.

Wonderful house! It’s well equipped and both the host and caretaker were so kind and caring about us. I truly recommend this place, my family and I will definitely stay here in the future

Excelente lugar para disfrutar de san juan del sur, super cómodo y accesible.

La casa es igual a las fotos, todo limpio, cómodo, regresaría sin dudarlo.

Ich habe mich gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus wurde mit natürlichen Rohstoffen gebaut und ist sehr geräumig und schön. Maria hat uns immer sehr schnell geantwortet und weiter geholfen.

Hacienda Iguana fue un lugar tranquilo , bien cuidado , muy protegido y privado ..con ciertas comodidades y servicios que permitían abastecerse de cosas esenciales . Aunque recomendamos comprar todo en Rivas antes de llegar , ya que dentro de la hacienda todo es muy caro . La playa muy tranquila , buena para caminar , disfrutar del mar y sus olas suaves y del surf para todos los niveles . Recomendamos caminar más allá de las rocas por ambos extremos de la playa Iguana . El apartamento de Roberta es lindo , practico , muy cuidado y con una ubicación privilegiada con vista al mar . Roberta atenta y amable respondió a todas nuestras preguntas y dudas siempre . Después de haber recorrido Nicaragua fue un buen destino para finalizar nuestro viaje .

The apartment is amazing. It feels like home, the view is nice. Everything works and the fact that you are able to flush toiletpaper is a huge bonus. Everything in the apartment feels like luxury. Please keep in mind that it’s like a 15-20 min walk to where the restaurants and bars are. Would definitely recommend the place.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Tom is an amazing host. If we could, we would have given this stay a 6/5 rating. Above and beyond all around. Definitely check this place out! We will be coming back as soon and often as we can.

Primero me gustaría mencionar que Juan Pablo y Uri fueron geniales de inicio a fin, hubo un pequeño percance al inicio de la estadía pero lo resolvieron sumamente rápido, con excelente actitud y nos retribuyeron con creces el pequeño inconveniente. Estamos especialmente agradecidos con Uri por su rápida y excelente atención. Les deseamos el mejor de los éxitos para el 2025 en el cual seguramente regresaremos! Les recomiendo muchísimo hospedarse acá!

Billie and Lee were excellent and accommodating hosts. The property is beautiful and immersed in nature. There is a clean and quiet beach that is walkable in 2 minutes as well as many more a short drive away. This stay was the highlight of our trip through Central America and we would definitely return.

Great spot, close to the beach, nice balcony, spacious. Jeremy was very nice and helpful!
