Fabulous location right across from Playa Hermosa. Felt safe and secure. Great communication from the host and co-hosts, and a very cute little black cat to play with.

This is a brand new, squeaky clean modern condominium with excellent security. The management team is fabulous they arranged transportation for us and everything went seamless. Neil allowed us to check in early which really helped us out. We rented beach loungers out in front on the playa from Jaco Surf School, so we could go from the ocean boogie boarding to the pool easily. The location is great and the underground parking was very secure. It was easy to move our gear up with a trolley and a shopping buggy to the apartment without multiple trips. The furniture is great, beds comfortable and air conditioning is great. Nice stay in Jaco. 👍👍

This was a great last minute rental. Maria was a great host and helpful with everything. I would rent from this group again and even consider buying a place for them to manage. I hope to visit again soon.

Le condo est situé juste à côté de la plage, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Les installations sont bien entretenues (gym, piscine, aires communes). Le condo possède tout ce dont nous avions besoin et Yuri a été d’une aide utile pour faciliter notre séjour. Je recommanderais et j’y séjournerais à nouveau. Merci Yuri!

The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. The building is well managed and has a lovely pool and beach access. We would stay again for sure. One minor irritation was regular loud music coming from the Best Western nextdoor; however they kept it quiet before 10 am and after 10 pm. It wasn't a problem for us but may bother some.

Waking up to sound of the waves and being able to walk on beautiful quiet beach was relaxing. The location of this place is great. 15 min (by car)from the Jaco downtown. And still very quiet and private. There are stores and restaurants close by. The place is well put together, clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Phenomenal stay and I wish I could have stayed longer. Very clean and you can count the amount of steps you take to get to the beach. Thanks again and continued success

This is a wonderful homebase for Costa Rica adventures. The complex is extremely secure, with remote controlled gate for vehicle entry and two pedestrian gates with private codes in the front and rear of the complex property. This condo is exactly as advertised and matches the pictures 100%. Each room has individual air conditioning unit which is a must. The master suite has high ceilings and the showers have strong water pressure through rainfall showerheads. The pool is directly across from the front door 10 steps away. The beach is directly out the secure back gate. You must put in a code to both enter and leave the back gate. You take 20 steps down a shaded path, cross the little stream and are standing on the beach in 40 steps. Depending on the tide you are in the warm Pacific Ocean in another 20 or 30 steps. Beach chairs and towels for pool and sand are provided. You can also rent an umbrella and two lounge chairs from the beach vendors for $20 US. Host response is immediate. Go!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Playa Hermosa! The home itself is beautiful and has everything you need. The access to the beach club and the delicious restaurant were a plus! The beach access is a quick one minute walk. The beach was lovely - not crowded and with soft sand.

Klare Empfehlung, gerne wieder. Eine tolle, sehr große und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem besonderen Flair. Tolle Terrassen und nette Gastgeberin.

We had a great time at David's place. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room between the bedrooms, main living area, back patio and the pool, and the deck above the pool area. Beautiful views and easy access to the ocean. The pool was cleaned every day and the cleaner came twice during our 11 day stay. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped and there was plenty of room for multiple people to be cooking or visiting in the kitchen. The iguana's were everywhere and we enjoyed the two cats that came around regularly. Communication with the house manager was good. She does work a full time job in addition to managing the house so the responses aren't immediate, but they happened rather quickly.. She setup the private chef for us who catered to our various dietary needs. It was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

I'm glad, I booked this house. The condominium was clean, quiet, the pool was nice and even has a jacuzzi with a roof and multiple areas to be around the pool, with tables and chairs like little cabanas. The house had everything we needed. 2 bathrooms were fantastic for the 5 of us. Lots of room to storage our stuff in the kitchen, the rooms and bathrooms. Enough A/C to cool the entire unit. Everything worked fine. The kids had fun with the bikes, and the surroundings. I recommend it for a family trip, and even if you're thinking of a longer stay. The beach is 1 block away and everything you need is around the corner. Our host was absolutely kind, responsive and helpful.

The house and property were as described and expected and we were extremely happy with our stay! We were specifically looking for something outside of the typical tourist spots and Gary’s place did not disappoint. Gary specifically stated that the mosquito population at his house was low and he was absolutely right! Just a few tips and recommendations for other potential visitors. - The kayaks must be taken down the hill to the beach for each use for security reasons. We hesitated to use them until our last day for this reason but we wish we hadn’t. Gary made it very easy and he took them down on his car. It’s an easy paddle to some snorkeling and nice beach areas. You can avoid paying for parking and hauling gear. - there is a public road between the pool area and beach where locals like to park and hang out. Shrubbery gives visual privacy but you may hear music. This did not detract from our stay. Overall we absolutely recommend this house to others.

Spencer’s place in Jaco is perfect, I’ve been to jaco many times and this was the perfect spot to be . It is peaceful and is 100 steps to the ocean . You can hear the beach break. It is also only a 10 min walk into town so you have access to all the restaurants and bars . The place was spotless, WiFi was good and the air conditioner worked really well. It was lush and spotless. Spencer was super accommodating and answered all my questions and even went out of his way to communicate. Incredible spot , will stay in the future and highly recommend Spencer as a host

My partner and I stayed at Laura’s place for a weekend trip. The apartment was beautiful and spotless. The view from the balcony was incredible at sunset. The visitors guide was helpful and offered some great recommendations on restaurant. The beach was steps away and the area was very walkable. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends! Thank you for the hospitality, Laura!

Dan was awesome with his response times and recommendations! His place was amazing! Me and 3 friends stayed there and had a blast. Very cozy place and the A/C was perfect! 10/10 recommend!!

Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

This place was absolutely beautiful. It was spacious and perfectly equipped with EVERYTHING you might need to make you feel at home. The pool was phenomenal and we could walk to the beach and the surrounding restaurants if we wanted to. Everything was right there. Beautiful apt. Thank you for welcoming us to Jaco Beach

Our stay at Randall's place was good. Los Sueños Resort in Costa Rica is a great place to stay and rest. The house was a little outdated, and the beach is not the best, but it has all you need, and the beach club is beautiful with outstanding service. You need a car to move between nearby beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed our time in Las Colinas.

Christians place was fantastic! The villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely during the hot days in Jaco. It’s a short walk to the beach and many local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again :)
