La pasamos increíble, una casa para disfrutar en familia con grandes espacios! Decidimos pasar Navidad en Ixtapa y fue una excelente opción para toda la familia. Raúl es un increíble anfitrión muy atento y con una gran comunicación para la llegada y durante la estancia.

Love this spot -- so convenient and close to all things Ixtapa...the view is great -- sunsets galore. We also really enjoyed the proximity to the beach -- and the fabulous pool...though the ocean is rougher here than other spots, but it is clean and not as busy either. The Apartment had everything we needed, the staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. The only issue really was that the apartment was too cold -- the air conditioner cannot be turned off, and even its "warmest" setting was too cold for us. We prefer ceiling fans and windows. I am grateful I came from a cooler climate so I had some long pants and a sweater. This is a lovely part of Mexico -- our first time and we would like to return! thanks Diego!

13 of us stayed at Casa Cielo for a family reunion for two heavenly weeks. This place was amazing. Both the beauty of the location and the luxury and comfort of the casa were outstanding. But what really made Casa Cielo special for us was the kindness, expertise and flexibility of the staff. Christina, Rosa, Sergio and Narcy were friendly, gracious, and funny. They prepared our beautiful breakfast every day and kept the place spotless. They accomdated our schedule and our two picky eaters. For a reasonable extra fee they prepared traditional Mexican dishes for both our 10:00am breakfast and our 3:30pm lunch. I had a cold, and without my even asking they prepared a traditional cough remedy for me every day. We hated saying goodbye after two relaxing weeks of massages, yoga, swimming and snorkeling at the beach, fishing, walking to town, and watching the beautiful sunsets from the outside common areas of Casa Cielo. Definitely worth the money.

Easy walk to the ocean, Lida’s service and skill was outstanding, functional AC, good amenities, extremely convenient having the taxi station just outside. Would gladly return.

We were in Ixtapa for a week and it was great. The house met our expectations and communication with the host was fine. This house has a hidden treasure and her name is Daria. She is a wonderful, warm host to all the guests, very helpful and a magnificent cook. We were really happy with her and I highly recommend her. The only detail was that we ran out of water and electricity, but Javier responded quickly and it was fixed rather quickly. When traveling to Ixtapa, we would gladly choose this place again.

Desde que realicé la reservación y posteriormente, la anfitriona se comunicó conmigo y amablemente resolvió todas mis dudas. El personal del lugar es muy atento. Quedé fascinada con la casa y sus áreas comunes, no dan ganas de salir. La vista es espectacular. Me llevó un buen sabor de boca, sin duda regresaría. Gracias, Gaby.

Location, location, location! We loved our stay at Ricardo's villa! The location of the villa within the resort was absolutely perfect just a couple of steps to the pool and a few more to the sandy beach. The villa has everything you need and is spacious with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. You can walk to many restaurants and other stores including grocery stores and pharmacies. The hotel gift shop also has many things you might need during your stay. Our family of 6 adults and 4 small children absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing villa with access to a large beautiful pool and the gorgeous beach! The sunsets are breathtaking from the patio of this villa! You won't be disappointed when you book this villa!

Lugar bien ubicado cerca de zona hotelera y playa, todo en orden tal cual se mostraba en las fotos, lugar tranquilo , excelente área común, solo como comentario el horario de salida debería ser un poco más accesible. Fuera de ahí todo excelente

Tuvimos una estancia demasiado agradable, todo estaba limpio, disfrutamos mucho el área de la alberca y el jacuzzi porque cuenta con todo para estar cómodos, en general excelentes condiciones. El host es muy accesible, agradable y está al pendiente. Sin duda volveríamos o lo recomendaríamos. Solo es importante considerar que el 5to cuarto es de servicio y no tiene AC pero no fue impedimento para pasarla bien.

Definitivamente volvería, lugar exactamente como se describe, algo importante el aire acondicionado está incluida en el costo cosa que en otras casas no, las recámaras muy amplias y las camas muy cómodas, realmente si quieres alejarte del ruido y bullicio de la ciudad y gozar de unos días tranquilos, este es el lugar perfecto.

Amplio y hermoso lugar, con todo lo necesario para una agradable estancia, las habitaciones amplias los lugares comunes muy agradables, decoración y arquitectura de muy buen gusto. La señora que nos atendió en cuestiones de limpieza y comida es excelente.

Amazing location, little walk up a hill. But honestly never mattered, because the view and the vibe are just immaculate. Would def recommend !!!! Heavenly
