El apartamento de Mariella es muy cómodo, completamente equipado, con buenos acabados y el mobiliario muy bonito. Todo lo que se ofrece se encuentra en muy buen estado, no tuvimos problemas con el internet ni aires acondicionados. El edificio y las áreas comunes bien cuidadas y limpias, buena atención del personal de seguridad. La vista a la playa desde el apartamento es muy bella. Me encantó que tiene acceso directo a la playa y en una zona limpia y bastante solitaria. Totalmente satisfechos con el lugar y la atención de Mariella..

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cet Airbnb parfaitement situé, idéal pour une jeune famille ! Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était à disposition, ce qui a rendu notre séjour incroyablement confortable et pratique. L’emplacement est parfait, proche de tout, tout en restant calme et agréable. Mention spéciale à Veronica, qui est une hôte exceptionnelle : toujours à l’écoute, disponible à 100 %, et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Pasamos una semana alojados y fue muy agradable la estadía ! Es un lugar privado y tranquilo. La casa es bien amplia y con una vista hermosa, los atardeceres son lo mejor. Recomiendo completamente alojarse en este lugar.

Great location - beachfront. Restaurant downstairs was amazing. Friendly staff and host. The apartment had everything you needed for your stay. Even has patio and rooftop access. Definitely would recommend!

This place is heaven! The house is beautiful and the patio is incredible. On the beach with a patio offering bbq, hamac, direct access to pool and access to the beach. They even had a kids table and toys. Master bedroom is just Wow, with view to the ocean. Kids loved the bunk beds. Hot water and a/c. Close town, we would definitely come back!

Freek was an amazing host. He helped us understand the surf breaks, helped tell us where to rent vehicles, and also helped with restaurants. He was great. The staff in the Amahula resort were awesome too! This house is beautiful and the pool makes the trip 10x better. There is amazing privacy inside and outside of this house. With a nice living space inside as well as a great patio and pool outside…and outdoor showers. And right next to it you can go to the bar to hang out! Right out front is the beach. Amazing surf breaks within walking distance. Nothing short of awesome, we hope to be back!

The home and location were perfect. Agata was able to help with all of our questions and requests. She was super friendly and helpful. We felt so welcomed and right at home. Can’t wait to go back!

This is such a beautiful stay. The house is as close to the beach as you can get. The beach is very quiet, we were often the only people on the sand besides a few locals fishing. Great swimming. The house is nice and clean. My party of five used the outdoor grill, pool and outdoor dining area every day. Cynthia and Aroldo are great as well. One thing I will say is that the road to the house is quite precarious, making it a little harder to get around the San Juan del Sur area. Not sure if a sedan could make it through. We ended up working with David to get transportation to the city (20 min away) for $50 one day, which was nice of them. It’s also possible to take a taxi to the restaurant at the end of the beach and walk a few minutes on the sand to the house for cheaper. The road there is much better. Overall I’d highly recommend David’s stay and would love to visit again.

Great place to stay with amazing views! From the moment we were greeted by the house crew, we felt truly welcomed. Yasmina and Hermando were always there to help—whether it was bringing in groceries, entertaining our child, cooking, or being flexible when we needed it. The house is spacious and very comfortable, with million-dollar views. It’s also fully equipped with everything you could need—from cookware to a ping-pong table. It was a bit hot outside at the end of the dry season, so we especially enjoyed the infinity pool, which was the perfect temperature. We would absolutely come back again!

Words can’t describe this home!!! The openness of the home, the huge rooms, the amazing outdoor space, the great gym, beautiful pool and the beach right out your door!!!! It’s incredible! The staff at the home are amazing. So sweet and helpful regardless of what you need. Their food they cooked for a few dinners was amazing Nica food. Do yourself a favor and just book this home and don’t keep looking!!!

Casa Tora es una buena opción para un grupo familiar que quiere disfrutar de la belleza natural de playa El Coco. La casa ofrece las amenidades que se necesitan para pasar una buena estancia. Muy recomendable opción.

Guasacate/Popoyo Are spectacular destinations. The beaches are amazing - surfing - swimming. Sunsets are stunning. Overall, a great place to be. Casa Margarita has everything you need and more. We were a family of 7 and were super comfortable, a beach front paradise, with everything that is needed. Yader and Alma were super helpful with everything we needed. Alma cooked for us One night and was the perfect evening of true Nicaraguan flavors. Donna was communicative throughout our stay and had amazing suggestions. 🙌❤️ Overall very happy Thank you

Nous avons adoré notre visite! Karen et Mario étaient toujours disponibles pour nous. La maison et le lieu étaient incroyables, les photos n'y rendent pas justice. Toutes les chambres sont munies d'air climatisée (que l'on ferme lorsque l'on quitte la chambre, la température se rafraîchit très vite quand on les rallume). Pour l'entrée et la cuisine, en laissant les deux portes ouvertes un courant d'air se crée et la température est confortable malgré la chaleur. Il y avait des jouets de plage pour les enfants. La piscine est toujours propre et parfaitement rafraîchissante et la terrasse incroyablement accueillante. La plage est magnifique et pratiquement toujours déserte. Il est facile de marcher pour se rendre dans différent restaurants/sur l'autre plage, ou même pour aller au marché. Nous avons loué une voiture pour faire des activités plus loin. Un 10% de rabais est offert pour le restaurant d'à côté, où il y a des cours de yoga tous les jours à 9h pour 12$ US. On a adoré, merci!

Janet is super proactive and communicative. Everything in the space is labeled down to the hand soap to make everything idiot proof. I paid similar prices all over San Juan del sur for a week weeks at multiple places and Janet’s condo had by far the most comfortable bed. The front desk staff is also super friendly.

We loved this location. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. They cleaned the condo every couple days and made sure we had fresh towels on our 2 week stay. This spot is a little more expensive than most others, but the location is hard to beat. Walking distance to club house, playa colorado and restaurants

Everything about this stay was perfect. Tom is an amazing host. If we could, we would have given this stay a 6/5 rating. Above and beyond all around. Definitely check this place out! We will be coming back as soon and often as we can.

I have a great stay at Nolan’s place in San Juan Del Sur. The view was incredible - a perfect place to catch the sunset every night. Nolan was very accommodating with check in and check out. I would recommend!
