Playa Pavones : locations de maisons de vacances

My family and I LOVED our stay at this beautiful oasis on the mountain. It had been years since my husband and I had stayed at Pavones.... and this was the perfect way to come revisit the town and show its beauty to our two boys (10 and 13). A short drive to the beach for some surf and evenings poolside watching the sunset and coming storms. We would def stay here again. Clean, comfy, great hosts.

Uns hat es bei Rodolfo und Inka sehr gut gefallen. Bei der Hitze war der Gemeinschaftspool ein absolutes Highlight. Rudolfo hat uns auch immer all unsere Fragen beantwortet und war ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, wird sich allerdings an der doch recht lauten Nachbarschaft eventuell stören. Für uns war es aber absolut okay und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Our stay at Rey and Stephanie’s (hosted by Naomi) was fantastic. We so enjoyed all the incredible wildlife visiting the property each morning- Iguanas, Tucans, squirrel monkeys etc. The house is very comfortable for a group of 6 with all the amenities in the kitchen and house that you could need. The pool is perfect and the outdoor shower is a beautiful touch. Naomi took us on an awesome tubing tour down rio claro and also provides many options for activities in Pavones, which is handy. Rey was an incredibly helpful host and really took care of us and made us feel at home on his property. Thanks for everything and we hope to be back soon!

My wife grew up in Matapalo so we were looking for the full jungle experience but still be comfortable. Our place was up on the hill with a big grass yard but we were still surrounded by nature. The cleaners came in the middle of our stay & provided fresh bedding & towels. This place exceeded our expectations and we would love to come back!

Nos gustó mucho el alojamiento y la zona. El lugar es muy tranquilo, la ubicación es perfecta (hicimos una caminata a la playa que nos recomendaron 10/10) las mañanas son magicas con el canto de las aves por todas partes la piscina muy linda y con agua cristalina perfecta para refrescarse en un día soleado recomendamos mucho esté lugar y nos encantaría regresar en el futuro. Gracias a Mark y Shaina por ser tan hospitalarios y por sus recomendaciones.

This casita was the perfect spot to relax and unwind! The pool was awesome, gorgeous views and incredible star gazing (and thunderstorms!). Great recommendations by Rolando for the nearby beach 🏖️ that was splendid and with parrots 🦜 and scarlet macaws. A great spot, highly recommend.

Ein tolles Haus in einem wunderschönen grossen Garten mit vielen Pflanzen und zahlreichen Obstbäumen mit landestypischen Früchten. Der Teich hat uns super gefallen. Aras und Tukane konnten wir beim Frühstücken beobachten. Ein kleines Paradies, eine Oase der Ruhe, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Carlos ist ein freundlicher, aufmerksamer Gastgeber und die Nachbarn sind sehr sympathisch. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden sofort wieder kommen.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great setup for our visit and we look forward to using this location again!

Elise’s home was lovely and new! You can tell she cares a lot about her home and her guests in both her kind responses and by the little things - filtered water, plenty of hooks to hang items, fully stocked kitchen , even spices! She and her property manager Meredith were so helpful and generous, they responded timely whenever we had any questions. It’s close to the beach and I will definitely try to stay here every time we visit Pavones!

fantastic small house with tranquil and almost abandoned beach at the end of the Costa Rica, just friendly reminder, if you’re not renting the whole house owner is staying downstairs, which was not problem at all

Perfect place for surfers, excellent condos, everything you need and you can watch the beauty of Pavones breaking while having your morning coffee. Would stay again 100%

Fui con mi madre, esposo e hijo. La casa se veía tal como en la fotos de muestra, ubicada muy cerca del depósito de Golfito, y cerca de amenidades como súper, restaurantes, etc. Muy bien equipada y el servicio brindado nos dejó muy satisfechos. Definitivamente volvería en un futuro 👍🏻

La casa es tal como se muestra en las fotografías, bien equipada, con buen Wi-Fi, segura y con espacios amplios tanto en los jardines como para estacionar. Los ranchos son ideales para comidas al aire libre, y la piscina, limpia y accesible. La atención del anfitrión y de don Marvin fue excelente, siempre atentos y amables, lo que hizo la estadía aún mejor. Un lugar altamente recomendado para ir a relajarse y disfrutar.

Es un lugar agradable y tranquilo para disfrutar en familia. Doña Rosa es amable y respetuosa, siempre dispuesta a ayudar con información. Sin duda, volvería a visitar.

Love this place! Super close to the river mouth and beach, local markets, and activities. Neighbors are super friendly, house is spacious and well designed, and the immersion in the jungle is unbeatable. The house is surrounded by macaws, toucans, and beautiful butterflies. You can hear howling monkeys in the distance, and can watch as a strong colony of leaf cutter ants work tirelessly (be mindful, don’t step on them!). Karla was a wonderful host and connected me with so many people to make my stay so memorable. Definitely recommend for families and groups, for people with dogs who need space to run anround, and surfers. Don’t forget to check out the pizza oven out back too!

Muy buena atención, respuestas rápidas, el lugar precioso y la ubicación estuvo genial, nos faltaron más días para disfrutar más el lugar, la atención de Kristine estuvo fabulosa

I cannot express what a wonderful experience we had at Casa Atrevida. Somehow the home was even more beautiful in person. Pascal arranged any activity we wanted. The location is secluded and peaceful. The caretaker Carlos was so kind and since this was our first trip to Costa Rica, it was very comforting for us to have him there if we needed anything. The chef Chon cooked amazing meals and was very accommodating. The housekeeper Jackie kept everything spotless. The beach is amazing and so secluded (the beach is at the end of the driveway). We only saw a few people over our 6 day stay. We did several great nature tours in the area but saw more animals at the house than anywhere. We could not have asked for a more amazing stay. The sunrises on the beach, howler monkeys, spider monkeys, squirrel monkeys, capuchins and countless birds and flowers. For us Casa Atrevida truly was paradise.

Bambu house was a perfect stay for a night. We felt comfortable and safe in the home and the hammock was a plus. They even had bikes for us to use! Thanks Bambu house!

Wir haben die Tage bei Keyla sehr genossen. die Unterkunft ist absolut perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Puerto Jiménez. Etwas abgelegen der Hauptstraße und fußläufig zu allen wichtigen Orten und Restaurants. Die Waschmaschine in der Unterkunft ist ein Segen, vor allem nach einem Ausflug in den Corcovado NP. Vielen Dank!

Wir wurden sehr herzlichen empfangen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr über die liebenswürdige Katze gefreut welche uns Gesellschaft geleistet hat 🫶 wenn wir nochmals in Costa Rica sind kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder 😁

If you want to be immersed in nature, in a beautiful setting, enjoying the sound of the ocean and watching the monkeys then this is the place for you. The architecture of the home is stunning. The home is all open, no screens or doors. The netting over the beds were greatly appreciated. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. Joel, the property manager was excellent. Communication with Joel was very good, he was friendly and was able to make recommendations for us. Joel took us to the waterfall that was a 20 minute walk from the property. We were there during the rainy season, which we were prepared for; we brought games, books and flashlights. We will definitely return!

This place has an amazing view, we enjoyed it a lot. It is close to Pavones, good stay for surfing.

What a dream! Beautiful space, beautiful hosts/family, beautiful location, beautiful community. We fell in love with Zancudo, & our hosts couldn't have been more gracious, welcoming & helpful. Their cabina had everything we needed & I was able to work without a hitch throughout our stay. The beach is quiet & makes you feel like you're the only one for miles around! The community in Zancudo is warm & welcoming & there is plenty to do (or not - the hammocks rock!) - Murielle & Esteban are well connected in the area & can give you so many recommendations. Murielle is also the amazing French Pastry Chef of Chocotico - be prepared for the most amazing croissants of your life! By far the best place we stayed (and THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED) during our month long travels through Costa Rica & Panama. Would recommend to anyone looking for a slice of paradise with the most amazing people <3 We will definitely be coming back again & again! Thank you Murielle and Esteban!!
