Enjoyed a 2 week stay recently at this lovely spot. Great 2 bedroom condo overlooking the tennis courts. Second floor with easy entrance and parking for one vehicle. The kitchen was well appointed with good pots and pans and good knives. The balcony is spacious and overlooks a lovely pond with a water fountain. Nice and quiet setting. The beds were very comfortable. The host responded to every question and request almost immediately. Would definitely stay again if returning to Palmas Del Mar.

David & Deborah’s unit at Beach Village in Palmas Del Mar was great. Location is super!! It’s so close to the beautiful beach. And it’s right on the Palmas Golf Course!! You’re surrounded by manicured greens and fairways and a beautiful beach at your doorstep for swimming, surfing, fishing or just enjoying a sunset walk. It is very safe . Swimming pool is close too. You can eat and shop nearby at Palmanova Square or take a short trip in to Humacao where you’ll find plenty of stores and dining options. Smart TV’s in every room with all the Apps you need for entertainment. A great kitchen with all your mod’ cons’, huge fridge, etc. The en-suite bathroom for the main bedroom is brand new and very tastefully finished. The owner has spared no expense making their guests comfortable. The unit has excellent air conditioning and air circulation with ceiling fans in every room. There’s a new washer and dryer that are very efficient if you need any laundry done. Fabulous! We will return.

Beautiful, super clean and relaxing condo! My family of 4 felt right at home and we loved taking our time in the morning to have coffee and breakfast on the table outside on balcony where we could see the ocean! We spend a lot of time there reading and talking and reconnecting. It was beautiful. We used the pool quite a bit and it was nice how close the bodega and restaurants are! Would stay here again in a minute!

The place was very comfortable and well equipped. Owner was very responsive with the few things we had questions about. The only thing that could have made it perfect would have been a pool.

Excellent place to stay with family and friends very nice and comfortable. Nice for a relax and peaceful stay. Everything was just like the images very clean and the host very nice and responsive recommend 💯

We rented the apartment for 2 months and it couldn’t have been better! Host was very hospitable and approachable, the place is true to it’s pictures (as cozy as it is beautiful), it’s quiet and safe, and definitely more than what we expected. Truly a MUST if you’re ever planning on staying in the area.

Our stay at Josmarie's condo was awesome! We stayed during our anniversary which we will remember for a very long time. The condo is cozy, clean and felt like at home with a beautiful view of hole 5 at Palmas golf course. Josmarie is an excellent host responding to our questions/concerns promptly. She also recommended a wonderful restaurant for our anniversary dinner. Our stay was much more than what we expected. I recommended Josmarie's place 100 percent!
