Highly recommend this beautiful house on a very secluded beach. As a family with young kids the tide pools were lots of fun to explore and also enjoy a dip in the largest pool. There are soft sandy beaches just either side which are great for surfing or jumping waves. The house is well equipped with everything needed for a longer stay and Brittany was a great host making sure we had every we needed. We hope to visit again someday!

Amazing! Loved our stay so much. Gloria’s cooking was amazing as well. We will definitely stay here next time we are in town.

I stayed as a solo female traveler in my 30s and was nervous to travel alone for the first time but had a really great stay! The beach is even more beautiful in person. Listening to the waves crashing on the rocks in front was my favorite part of my trip. I ended up walking over 5 miles in my day there , because there is so much beach to explore! What a magical place. Manfred was the most responsive and helpful host I’ve stayed with too. Everything exceeded expectations!

This place was immaculate. Well kept, modern, private, upscale galore all around including the backyard. There is plenty of space inside and out. Unfortunately, my family and I did not get to enjoy too much of the outdoor considering, there was so much rain due to Hurricane Helene. However, the pool and grilling area would have been quite an enjoyment on any given afternoon! My family and I usually visit Nicaragua every other year. When I compare this house to a hotel such as the InterContinental or Hilton Princess. You get much more space and privacy for just a little bit more which is so worth it specially, if you have a group of 5 or 6!

Oscar's condo is a high-quality, modern, two-story place inside an extremely secure gated residential community. Communication with the host was almost immediate and helpful. The air conditioning in the upstairs' bedrooms was very welcoming, and Wi-Fi was good. Downstairs has a nice kitchen and living room with a sliding glass door opening to a small grass backyard. I opted to pay the extra daily price for the downstairs air conditioning. The swimming pool is just across the street, but up a little and behind trees. The place is very quiet at all times and is actually a separate building, as are all the other condos here. There is a great Hiper grocery store about 10 minutes away by car. Although the condo is well equipped, you will need to bring your own coffee and other condiments. Food delivery to this location was easy. Yes, Oscar has a list of rules and regulations, but I had no problem with them and used them as a checklist for check-in and check-out. I would stay here again.

La casa de Patrick es una maravilla si desean ir a Gran pacífica con un grupo grande, los cuartos son muy cómodos y los aires acondicionados funcionan excelente, el cuarto del segundo piso no tiene aire acondicionado pero debo decir que no es necesario ya que el flujo de aire lo hace agradable , la cocina es muy espaciosa súper cómoda y está equipada con todo lo que necesitas, la ubicación de la casa es excelente y fácil de llegar, cerca del club de golf. Xóchitl me espero para entregarme la llave de la casa y toda el tiempo estuve en contacto con Carolina, ambas fueron sumamente amables. Sin duda volvería a quedarme aquí 🫶🏻
