We had a very pleasant stay at Erwin’s place. The swimming pool is big and clean and we enjoyed it. Erwin was very helpful and proactively offered us a late check out. We will definitely return!

The apartment was great. Super clean, had everything you need. It's perfect if you're traveling on your own by car or as a couple. The distance to San Juan Pueblo was super short by car and to the beaches too. The only inconvenience we had was that you can hear a lot what other people are doing outside the apartment. We couldn't sleep pass 7AM. But the place is amazing, super pretty, super easy to get into and Abraham was super clear with the check in instruction, plus, has a team that keep everything nice! Would come back :)

Claudia's La Talanguera apartment is perfect for short and long stays, specially for small groups. It has everything you need to make it your temporary home. Also, it's location is great. SJDS town and surrounding beaches are right there. She also is very friendly and responsive, and so are the people who work with her :)

New construction and relatively nice. Very small, but workable. It is located 5 minutes by car or a 20 minute walk from San Juan del Sur, so you should either have a car or be comfortable taking local taxis into town, which are cheap. The beach Peñas Rotas is close and is very pretty, especially at mid-high tide when the rocks are covered by water and it is nice to swim. The a/c and kitchen worked well, making it a great place to rest/eat lunch before your next excursion. It is a good value for the money.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, centrally located, making it easy to explore all the local attractions and restaurants. The highlight was definitely the pool – it was stunning and the perfect spot to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The host and staff were incredibly accommodating, always available to help with any questions or requests. The property felt very secure, and I felt completely safe throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and secure stay!

Sergio’s place is really cool. I wish we had more time to enjoy it, it was very unique and a beautiful setting. Highly recommend this place

We had a great stay in Liliana's apartment. You truly can't beat the views. You can see the whole bay of SJDS and it is gorgeous! The apartment is well appointed, beds are comfortable and ACs blowing cold =). It was also a very close walk to town. You do have to be ok with climbing the hill but we welcomed the work out. The driveway is incredibly steep. We had a 4wd and were fine but I imagine it might be a little hard for smaller cars (although we did see smaller cars parked up top, so definitely doable). Great hosts! Totally recommended. They were responsive, friendly and helpful. They also found the way for us to get food delivered and it was delicious! Safe parking, our mini van fitted just right. Completely as advertised. Glad we stayed there.

My stay at Thirsty Beaver was short but sweet! It’s walkable to the market, beach and the hosts are very welcoming at friendly. It’s obvious they care about your stay and do their best to make it great. The best dog scene!

We had a great stay in Elvis’s apartment! He was very responsive and friendly when we had any questions. The apartment looks just like the pictures.

Staying at Villa Fiorella with Armando and his lovely family was a great experience! The price is very affordable and priced very fairly for a brand new apartment with excellent amenities. Armando and his family was incredibly kind and welcoming. One day when we first arrived, Armando told us his goal and desire is to treat his guests like family. At first, I was skeptical, because I too own apartments and prefer a hands-off approach, but I was proven wrong. He absolutely treats his guests like family. Unfortunately, I experienced problems with a car rental agency in town, and after losing money Armando offered for my family to use his car, because he wanted to help us and felt bad for us. This was an incredible act of kindness. We were blown away by how sweet this gesture was. Our daughter also LOVED Armando's daughter, Fiorella. She was so sweet and played with our daughter. Armando's children are so sweet and welcoming! You are nestled in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a view of the mountains and fields. We loved how quiet and peaceful this place was, and watching the sunsets. Armando was very quick to attend to our requests, such as fix a small tear in the window screen, assist with organizing housekeeping, servicing the A/C unit, improving wifi, and anything else we requested. The quality of the apartment is very high, with very nice finishes and materials! We truly felt treated like family. There is also a beautiful garden in the back and the neighbors are family, so we felt very safe at this place. This place is about a 5-10 minute drive from town. Taxis are very affordable and will pick you up from this place ($4.29 dollars to town, $1.5 if you catch a taxi from the main road), take you to beaches and wait for you there, and bring you back home ($30 dollars round trip to maderas or hermosa). (Call Lester +505 7787 2868) The internet was a bit slow, but Armando is working every day to improve it. I work in telecommunications, using wifi calling all day, but for anyone streaming or using wifi for casual purposes you won't have problems. Overall a super great experience! Thank you Armando for showing us so much love and care. We would come back any day to revisit.

This place is heaven! The house is beautiful and the patio is incredible. On the beach with a patio offering bbq, hamac, direct access to pool and access to the beach. They even had a kids table and toys. Master bedroom is just Wow, with view to the ocean. Kids loved the bunk beds. Hot water and a/c. Close town, we would definitely come back!

This place was exactly what we were looking for in an AirBnB. The location was amazing, it was beautiful and peaceful. There’s plenty of things to do around this property if relaxing isn’t something you’re looking to do. It felt like we were in paradise. Cesar is very attentive and quick to respond to any situation. Can’t wait to go back!

El alojamiento es precioso. Está retirado pero a la vez cerca del centro de San Juan del Sur (approx 10 min). Amelia es rápida en contestar y Walter (el cuidador) es súper amable y atento.

Amelia's bnb was an excellent place to call home for a month while in San Juan! The property was quiet but close enough to town to access everything very easily. I'd recommend renting a motorbike while staying since the road up is an adventure. The property manager, Walter, and his family were so kind and helpful to us. The best part of staying here were all the neighborhood dogs that make the stay extra memorable :) 10/10 would come back!

The place itself was great, all the other guests were fantastic and super friendly. Walter the caretaker and his wife are the absolute best. Took care of everything we needed/asked for without hesitation!
