Playa Sayulita : locations de vacances en appartement

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this condo in the gated community of Punta Mita. The condo is as pictured and beautifully decorated. There is a huge outdoor patio with different seating areas. The two main bedrooms are very spacious and the small bunk room is suitable for a small child. The daily breakfast was delicious and such as nice treat. This condo is located close to town and central to many of the beach clubs, walking/biking path etc. which made it easy to get around by bike or golf cart. The condo building itself was a bit noisy given it was spring break so many families and kids/teens around but this made it fun for our kids also. This unit does not face the pool, rather it faces the road which can be a bit noisy especially in the mornings with the various delivery and 'work' trucks. Our Concierge was very responsive and helpful and would get back to me within minutes to help out. Highly recommend Vallarta Rentals.

Dave’s condo was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very clean and had all the comforts of home. Had everything you need to make a meal or sit back and relax. We had a wonderful stay and will highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back!

a great quiet peaceful property 5th floor good views elevator outside of unit great patio to eat on beach access very close and nice plenty of beach chairs everyday taxis out front with no wait time. Gisela very pleasant and responsive to your needs would definitely stay again

Peter and Raquel were incredibly responsive and helpful. The unit was even better than the photos and the property was gorgeous. The unit was squeaky clean as were the common areas and pools. I would not hesitate to return!

C’était notre deuxième séjour au Delcanto et nous n’avons pas été déçus de retourner dans ce complexe. Nous avons eu la chance de passé un mois dans le condo d’Isabelle et ce fut un séjour très agréable à tous les points de vue. L’appartement était propre et les quelques petits ajustements que nous avons eu à faire ont vite été réglés par Paloma, la représentante sur place. La chambre des maîtres est très grande et dispose d’une salle de bain avec douche, vanité double et toilette. La deuxième chambre est équipée de deux lits double et d’une salle de bain avec douche. Le rangement est amplement suffisant et les chambres ont l’air climatisé ainsi qu’un ventilateur au plafond. La literie et les serviettes étaient propres et en quantité suffisante. La cuisine est équipée convenablement avec une salle de lavage attenante. Les services dans le complexe sont variés et le personnel est dévoué et efficace. La propreté est remarquable dans tous les espaces publiques. Nous y retournerons!

My family celebrated our Mums 80th birthday here and it was the perfect place for us all to gather and enjoy our time. The condo is beautiful, clean, and the hosts and property manager were very responsive to any concerns. There were 8 of us so the four rooms worked well all with their own washroom. One room is much smaller than all the others with a full/double bed. We knew this going in and gave the couple in that room a discount from the shared price as it has much less space. The setting is beautiful and the beach is stunning. The most important thing is that is was a perfect spot to create some amazing family memories. We hope to be back!

One of the most enjoyable stays we've ever had—truly a memorable vacation. It's been a long time since we felt this relaxed and taken care of. Philip was an outstanding host, always responsive and available day or night for any questions or needs. The area was fantastic, with tons of great restaurants—everything from Caribbean to Mexican to Spanish cuisine—and plenty of charming boutiques to explore. The building had beautiful pools and was impressively well-kept. They have clear rules about things like not saving seats for more than 30 minutes and using only white towels poolside, which we appreciated—it kept everything looking clean and orderly, though it might surprise some guests. The unit itself was spotless, tastefully designed, and the deck offered stunning sunset views every evening. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again—again and again, in fact. Thank you, Philip, for sharing your beautiful place with us. We’ll definitely be looking to book again.

We had a lovely stay for 3 weeks. The complex was beautiful. The location was excellent. The security staff were over the top kind. Maria was great with communication. We really had no issues. The only feedback we can offer is the TV is in the bedroom not living room area. We only watch some sports while on vacation and that was not possible. The coach was hard as a rock and could not relax in the common area. The views were great, but not 360 degrees. The roof top pool and area was amazing. Very clean complex! This is a great apartment with an awesome view The location is perfect with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Check-in was very easy. Highly recommended.

It’s a good place to stay at, quiet and safe. You need to be okay with being a little far from the beach. Price for long stays is GREAT and worth the Uber prices for the beach ($5).

We stayed for 9 days and the place was exactly what we needed. Desirable location close to our family - personal circumstance, but also beside the main grocery store, short walk to the beach, beside 2 taxi stands and easy to walk (or cheap taxi when tired) to restaurants and the market. The place was spacious and decently furnished with access to extra linens/supplies, the pool was great and the people in the building were also very friendly and helpful. There is also a rooftop patio you can access and get nice views - perfect for watching the sunrise or set! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful ocean view air bnb walkable into Sayulita Plaza town! The pool was so nice and heated. Each room had an en suite bathroom. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The ability to have access to such nice amenities while also being on the beach was amazing. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Rodrigo was also very proactive and made sure we felt comfortable during our stay while also having helpful recommendations for those that did not know the area. I would highly recommend staying here and booking with Rodrigo in the future!

Really loved this place. Its in a nice neighborhood close to many stores and restaurants. Host was really friendly and made my stay so much better. 5 stars!!

5 stars all around. The condo is well appointed, comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable, and though condo is by the pool (all the condos are), it is 5 floors up and quiet. We had 5 people- it was nice to all have our own space. We didn’t realize that one bdrm/bath is separate from the main condo, but it worked well for us. One key opens both and there’s a locked gate outside so you can keep the doors open to be more connected. Lots of plates, glasses, pans etc. We loved using the boogie boards. Villa de Estancia is very nice and well-kept. The pool never felt crowded and the beach is nice. We walked to dinner in Bucerias every night- found some great restaurants. We also walked to the grocery store-a 20 min walk. I had a cpl minor questions for Andrea, and she was very helpful and responded quickly. The resort service is great but we did have trouble checking in - room wasnt ready until 5 and check out line took 30 mins. Wouldn’t keep us from returning. Overall, amazing stay

We enjoy the Vidanta facilities and the pool at the facilities as well. We Uber to Vallarta and to other places. Beautiful place as described!

Loved this Airbnb! The place actually is better in person. Everything is clean, it feels homey and the views from the rooftop are amazing. Not to mention really great hosts. Awesome communication and so helpful. The place is close enough to everything but far enough for peace and quiet. Loved it and will be staying here again when I’m back in PV. Thank you Lara!

Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 full bath condo. Very modern and new. Peaceful building / neighborhood. Lovely pool with Jacuzzi. Host was very friendly / active. Definitely recommend! Cheap ride into city for night life

Great stay right next to the condo pool and walking distance to all restaurants and beach! Not a far uber from La Lancha for really good surf. We will stay here again! Great AC and unlimited hot water. The gate guard was super friendly!
