The host was terrific and communicative. The cleaner came once every other day as we chose and did a fantastic job. The property was comfortable for our entire party of 13 and the location was fantastic. A 10 min walk from the main square and plenty of delicious places to eat, as well as convenience stores and pharmacies. The house was broken up into three main sections. There is a main house with a living room, kitchen, and two upstairs bedrooms. Then there’s a connected side area that leads you up a staircase to another bedroom and bathroom. Then, there is another room that has two more full beds and a bathroom. Overall would definitely recommend this property!

Wow. Amazing stay and outstanding hosting from Janet. We needed a last minute place and Janet went way above and beyond to make it happen for us. The place was incredible. Right on the beach. Full kitchen. Big tub. Beautiful vibes. King bed. Great housekeeper. Restaurant and bar with live music right across the street but still quiet inside. We had a chef come cook meals and he had everything he needed in the kitchen. You can hear the surf from the house at night. You are close to the action but it is really peaceful and quiet inside. Janet was quick with all of her responses and worked really hard to help us sort out the last minute stay. Thank you, Janet. Can’t recommend this place enough. Hope to make it back soon.

Great place to stay. Very accessible to local grocery stores, great central location and reasonable pricing. Overall highly recommended.

I absolutely Loved this little courtyard/splash pool Nook! By the end of our 10 days, I felt like it was my house LOL, I fell in love with the concrete concept and we took notes for our home we will build. I had my husband with 4 kids, the floors and countertops so quick and easy to clean!! We got all our fresh produce from the corner store for salsa and guacamole, 2 insanely full bags* and other odds and ends, 500 pesos! Fresh Asada from the butcher around the corner, fresh (right out of the water) shrimp and fish from the locals driving past-holler’s out from their truck! Marinated and Grilled to perfection(charcoal at the corner store). The beach was an easy stroll a couple blocks down, wonderful family taco stops all around, 20 peso tacos!!! Very friendly neighborhood and quiet at night. Last but not least Adorable Alex is literally on the other side of the wall making his coffees, serving sublime sandwiches and saying hola 👋 and checked in with his us every morning!! MuchasGracia

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

Julie's place was amazing. Views to die for, dipping pool for cooling off, comfy bed, everything you need for a day at the beach, just fantastic. Close enough to the beach and ample amount of restaurants in the area. The hill gets smaller every day if you don't want a golf cart. All in all a wonderful stay!!

This was a beautiful villa. The owners were such beautiful people. We called it our little oasis, inPuerto Vallarta all the people that were in the area were extremely friendly. I would come back here every year. Absolutely beautiful vacation very clean and extremely quiet Lupita Rafa sister was just a sweetheart

Oscar’s place at Punta Pelicanos is beautiful. It’s in a wonderful location and has plenty of room for a large group. We took our kids and grandkids and everyone had space to be comfortable as well as spread out. We’ve been to Punta Pelicanos 3 times…not all three in Oscars place, but his was our nicest stay by far! Love the area, walkability, pool and beach access and weather, of course! ☀️

The staff was very helpful and the location was peaceful. The gated community felt secure. I highly recommend the chef service, the shopping service, and the massage service. The Chefs favorite molcajetes were awesome. Overall it was a great but it was pricey. Only things to note: hot water can take 5-10 minutes, the igniter on the outdoor grill doesn’t work so you have to remove the grate and light it with fire from the kitchen stove, there is one room not really part of the house (could use an extra blanket and a fitted sheet).

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was perfect — about a 10-minute walk from town (or 20 minutes with four kids under 4). Being right on the beach made for stunning sunsets, and the kids had a blast playing in the sand. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the view. The ocean was too rough for swimming except for 2/7 days, but the pool was a lifesaver — a great spot to cool off and hang out. The yard was also large and perfect for the kids to run around and burn off energy. One small downside was that we had to arrange cleaning from a third party. Not a huge deal, but with four adults and four little ones, a refresh every few days was needed to keep things tidy. The house is a bit dated, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beachfront getaway that’s close to town but still peaceful and private.

Absolutely incredible! Between the private pool, hot tub, spacious living areas, huge eating areas inside and in the outside/backyard patio, multiple full bathrooms with showers, huge rooms…I mean, what else can I say?? The beds and couches were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets, this was the most perfect home to spend our week in Puerto Vallarta with our friends. We felt very safe the whole time and had very little issues with the home. Our only main concern was the acoustics were a bit loud throughout the house, it was a bit echoey. But we honestly did not mind it all that much because everything the home had to offer exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and again! The host (Aseem) is so helpful, responsive and beyond respectful. We felt at home the minute we booked with him. We highly recommend this place!! 10/10!!

The setting here is stunning and exactly as pictured. Wonderful open space that flows from the patio inside to the great room. Rooms were very comfortable and we all slept well. Our private pool was nice to have at the unit and the other pools were fun to discover with each being very beautiful. The full complex property is well maintained. The restaurant next door made our short stay so easy and fun. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Calorine and Vince’s Villa La Estancia Penthouse! Everything was top notch! The unit is extremely well appointed and maintained. We only used 1603 A and the king bed was very comfortable. I’m pretty particular about the bedding, the bed was perfectly comfortable and we both had very good sleep. The unit is very private, we absolutely took advantage of the large terrace with incredible views of the ocean and the resort. We also loved the amenities. Best of both worlds. The comfort of a home with access to 5 star resort. The staff was always very attentive. We enjoyed walking on the beach to Bucerias. We are already planning our next family vacation and would love to stay at this unit again. So happy we found this gem! A minor inconvenience, it would have been nice to have essentials like olive oil, salt and pepper and dish soap, however, there is a small store where you can get these on the resort. Thank you for this lovely stay.
