An awesome stay! The home is definitely secluded, so I think a rental car is a necessity. Waking up to the ocean breeze every day was a great experience. Pool was great, 2 minute walk to ocean with few guests on the beach. Hard to say how crowded the beach would be during the high season. Mina and her crew kept the place clean and tidy. Her prepared breakfast and lunch were always delicious and plentiful. More of a brunch that would typically be ready at 10a or a little after. Kind of late in the day for those early risers and/or families with kids. Hugo/Wendolin both responsive by text. At one point hot water was turned off for about 12 hours for some unknown reason which led to some grumpy kid cold showers. Wifi was completely out for the last 3 days of the stay which was a real bummer d/t my work. They provided a neighbor's wifi which worked for 10 minutes then cut out d/t low signal. We were told it was an issue with the whole complex, but then why would the neighbor's work?

My only suggestion would be to have a toaster oven as there is no oven. Somethings are just not meant to be reheated in a microwave.

This was our second time staying at Mayra's place. This unit is very clean and has a wonderful view of the ocean. We will definitely stay here again!

We are a family of 10 and we’re extremely comfortable. The complex is 5 star. Juanita is an excellent cook and extremely helpful and organized. We should have done more grocery shopping using her and her contacts. The only thing ‘missing’ although quite minor would have been boogie boards for the kids and to have the sauna working. The gym is excellent and my family took full advantage of it. Would consider another stay in the future ( although may need a smaller unit) Thank you/Gracias to Enrique and his manager/cook/host Juanita 🙏👌🇲🇽

We are frequent guests at the Grand Venetian. We felt right at home from when we arrived. The apartment was perfect. Minutes after arriving we watched a baby whale and its mama from the ocean balcony. We saw many whales from the balcony. The view of the mountains from the second balcony is very beautiful. The breeze flowing through the apartment with both balcony doors open was refreshing. We walked the beach, that is steps away, Walmart delivered an order to the condo, we ate most dinners at the on site restaurant (really good food and drinks). After witnessing spectacular sunsets, we watched movies on Netflix. The condo is fully equipped. The automatic room darkening shade is very nice. There were fireworks on Saturday night on the beach, which happened to be my birthday, that was really cool! The loud club has gotten quieter and shuts down earlier. We had no issues with noise. We’d book again in the future. Evelyn is very responsive, I highly recommend booking with her.

Estuvimos muy agusto, Manuel estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo. El área es muy agradable con muchas albercas y suficientes camastros en la alberca y en la playa para los huéspedes. El departamento cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para pasar una muy buenas vacaciones en familia.

Loved the location and rooftop! Very easy to walk to Zona Romántica and beaches and nice space. Definitely would stay again/recommend.

El departamento estaba súper bonito, impecable y el señor Raúl estuvo al pendiente en todo momento, muy tranquilo el condominio y hermosa la vista… definitivamente se volvió nuestro lugar favorito para regresar en Vallarta.

El lugar es muy bueno, cómodo y limpio; tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia muy agradable, la piscina prácticamente esta siempre sola y todo el lugar es muy tranquilo.

We recently stayed at Carlos place and had a great vacation. The apartment is big, bright and clean. The check in was smooth and easy. The property is beautiful right on the ocean and is beautifully maintained. It was easy to get a chair either poolside or by the beach. The host was quick to respond to any questions. It was a lovely relaxing vacation for my family

muy agradable estancia, A/C en la sala y en cada cuarto, remodelado, bien cuidado, estancia muy placentera, hay que subir al piso 2 por escaleras

El alojamiento es tal cual se muestra en las fotografías, hay utensilios de cocina suficientes y en muy buen estado, los cuchillos son muy filosos (tengan cuidado al lavarlos) si pasa algún accidente hay un botiquín muy funcional. El departamento es cómodo y ameno para descansar.

This place was perfect! It was centrally located to the downtown area and walking distance to the beach. The studio itself was very open and spacious. The kitchen was great for cooking meals in, and the balcony patio was perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The host was also very responsive and welcoming to her studio. Check in and out were easy with pictures and instructions. I would definitely book this place again, and highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book more time at Maria's place. The location is a bit out of the way and we appreciated having a car to get around Puerta Vallarta, but if you like to walk you can get whereever you need to go. There is a convenient store, OXXO right around the corner and many little Taco Stands and other places to eat within a short walk of the place. Maria was always responsive and helpful when we had any issues. A great visit and highly recommend.

This is a great apartment, has everything you need, nice and cozy, very clean, in the middle of a friendly neighborhood. Check in and out zero problems. Margarita very responsive and helpful. Beds are very comfy, bathroom perfect, hot water great, AC very efficient. The only thing was annoying for us was the main bedroom very noisy, because under the apartment are businesses which get busy until 2 am every single day and lots of chatting, music, cars even late. The other bedroom very quiet but no window or natural light. The main street is full of delicious local restaurants, highly recommend the “Patita salada” seafood is outstanding!! In general an excellent choice to stay here and enjoy Puerto Vallarta.

Es un lugar muy agradable y su entorno con la naturaleza, muy recomendable para descansar unos días, reúnen la calidad de limpieza y servicio, en cuartos y todas sus áreas, cuenta un área común de alberca, terraza y restaurante muy agradables. Muy buena atención y recomendaciones locales por parte de la anfitriona, el departamento se encontraba impecable, muy bonito y tranquilo. El estacionamiento es afuera del lugar pero todo muy tranquilo, y cerca del centro. Muy recomendable

This place has a great location, right behind the Galerías Mall and super close to the airport. Just a $10 MXN you can ride a local bus to the Malecón, Down Town área and Zona Romantica. Great one bed Apartment.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse cerca de San Vicente o localidades aledañas, el fraccionamiento donde se encuentra el departamento está muy bonita, amplia, con áreas verdes, abarrotes, kioscos, incluso hay unas wings muy cerca, puedes llegar a pie a distintos lugares para consumir alimentos, o comprar víveres, y el departamento aunque es pequeño, está muy bien equipado, cuenta con A/C en toda la casa, y pueden dormir cómodamente de 4 a 5 personas, además los anfitriones son muy atentos y amables, estarán disponibles para cualquier inconveniente que pueda surgir, en general es de los mejores alojamientos de san Vicente que encontré en mi búsqueda, lo recomiendo, sin duda volvería!!

Amazing hosts and location. Would recommend 10/10
