This place is amazing! It is so beautiful and clean inside. It made us want to stay in the apartment forever. The sliding glass doors open up so the living room feels so open and you can see the ocean from the balcony. The early check in and late check out was very much appreciated; as well as the beers in the fridge upon arrival. The location is perfect. Right in the middle of everything but also on a quiet street that makes you feel like you are really experiencing PV Mexico life. You can walk everywhere. The family mini mart on the near corner is adorable and Gaby’s restaurant down the street has great breakfast. Now let’s talk about that rooftop! It was one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen. There are fireworks nightly around 9-11pm. The rooftop was mostly empty and we had it all to ourselves. When someone was up there, they were nice and it was fun to hear their story. I recommend this place to everyone and want to live there.

Great place to rent in the winter, well ventilated and plenty of fans to go around. Spacious kitchen, living room area, bathroom and master bedroom. Very secure and centrally located to most places with easy access to buses and other transportation. The Montero Fruits and Vegetables Market is a great place to stock up on most things to keep things less expensive. The meat shop a block away is great too and has great chicharrón and carnitas on Thursday and Sundays. The host is always available, answers promptly and most importantly takes immediate action (great example when the water pump gave out on New Year’s Eve and he handled it within the hour). It can be a bit dusty for those with allergies, but nothing too concerning. I can confidently recommend.

Right in the heart of Sayulita. Surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars. All you need is reachable in walking distance. Apartment has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We will come back for sure and highly recommend to others.

Muy buena ubicación, está un poco alejada del malecón si quieres ir caminando, pero es algo mínimo. El lugar está muy bonito, muy tranquilo y acogedor, el cuarto tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia, Marisol estuvo todo el tiempo al pendiente de lo que necesitará. Lo recomiendo al 100%

We had a wonderful stay at la casita! the location is so very convenient as it's a 3 minute walk from the beach and all great restaurants. It does get a bit noisy most nights, but Atalia is great to leave earplugs for you (we didn't need them, but those more sensitive to noise might). Highly recommend this place as it has everything you will need for a wonderful beach vacay. So thoughtfully curated :)

Sarah and Tamara are fantastic hosts. They made sure we were happy and we felt at home for our entire stay. Tamara instructed my first surf experience and she was great! Friendly and passionate. You can rent boards from the house at a better price than you can get on the beach too. We were worried that we would be hot without AC, but there are multiple powerful fans that keep the place ventilated and cool. It’s a seaside town so all of the roads are steep and hilly. It’s not a downside because you can actually access the town quicker if you go by the back way, which also has nice cafes and shops on the way to the beach. We didn’t feel the need to rent a vehicle because the airbnb is in a great location. Would highly recommend staying here!

El lugar está bien por el precio, la ubicación es muy buena y que tenga alberca es un plus. El personal siempre fue muy amable y estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar. Los utensilios de cocina básicos, pero faltaban algunas cosas, como algo para lavar los trastes, jabón, encendedor, microondas, cafetera, etc. En general está bien, me volvería a hospedar.

The house is adorable, kitchen small but stocked well. There is someone who cleans the house which is very nice and well stocked with linens blankets paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc. location is so perfect. Laura helped us with anything we ever needed and was extremely quick to communicate and help.

This house is amazing and so beautifully designed. The pictures really don't do it justice. We were very active out and about most days but it was really easy to have a "home" day. The patios and balconies are inviting and peaceful. Such a great place to relax and recharge. Everything is easy to get to, but I would recommend renting a golf cart to get around especially at night. Highly recommend.

Rosario’s home is lovely. The location and views were simply stunning. The house was clean and had everything needed to enjoy a peaceful stay. The pool was amazing. Perfect temperature and size. The views and the sound of the waves at night gave you the feel of a resort. Rosario was very kind and helpful during our stay and her staff was also wonderful. I highly recommend Rosario’s home.

This a huge, well laid out and modern house in a quiet, traditional neighborhood away from the craziness of centro. We loved our neighbors and the easy access to stores, fish, and restaurants around us. It's an Uber to beach, but very, very worth it.

Wow! What an incredible stay we had at Jamie’s place for our honeymoon. The air bnb had everything we needed and more! A beautiful private oasis, we never wanted to leave. Jamie was friendly and had us well stocked with water and treats when we arrived. The neighborhood is outside of the tourist area (which we like) but it was a cheap uber downtown. There’s lots of great food walkable from the house as well. We loved brewings, happy house, and the tacos right on the corner! Do yourself a favour and stay here on your next trip to PV. We will definitely be back.

We booked Casa Hannah for a Puerto Vallarta bachelorette party and it was everything we needed! Large, clean space with lots of beds and a beautiful, heated pool. Great AC in the rooms. Drinking water provided. Our co-host Miguel was very responsive, and welcoming. The location was nice, peaceful, and pretty accessible! There is an OXXO convenience store walking distance as well as a few restaurants. Everything else was a short ride away. We are very happy with our stay. Thanks Miguel & Agustin!

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

Paulo’s place was amazing—super clean, beautiful, and even better than we expected. It was peaceful, with incredible views, and the description was spot on, so we were well-prepared for the hill! Paulo was a great host—very responsive and accommodating. The birthday gift was such a thoughtful touch, and I really appreciated it! We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! Amazing location and breathtaking view! Add the fact that the apartment had everything you need for a day in the beach: beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, towels! Walkable distance to Oxxo, restaurants and coffee and ice cream shops. Everything you need in one place! I will definitely use this rental again!

Our stay was great at Bolongo, the condo was better than the pictures. Plenty of space and amazing views from every room. You really can’t go wrong staying here. The complex has plenty of room for visitors so you don’t feel crowded with other families staying there. Would recommend staying here and can’t wait to book again next summer.

My parents and I stayed here for family reasons. We had a great time. It is a plus downstairs is a big supermarket to buy all you need to cook, and a lot of shops, even rotisserie chicken. Plenty of parking very easy to get in and out. It is one floor and no elevator but stairs are easy. Quiet place. It has AC and ceiling fan. The extra sofa is small ideal for children. Bed and sofa very comfortable. Great detail they have beach towels. Very easy to move around in the city. Bring toilet paper and all for cooking. Don’t leave food outside the ants will show up immediately. We had such a great experience!! I would come back ! Thank you for the hospitality

Juan Pablo estubo siempre al pendiente, nosotros solo nos quedamos una noche, y en la administración de la entrada fueron amables, en el studio que rentan había agua caliente, nos mandaron todas las instrucciones a seguir, es un mono ambiente como se publica, tuvimos algunos detalles en la limpieza pero Pablo siempre tuvo apertura en ayudar, y si había algunos ruidos del terreno de al lado como taladro pero sólo un rato y no me pareció grave ( el terreno de al lado es como que un espacio de otro hotel que tienen como que espacio de mantenimiento, pero por la noche no se escucha ruido) nos recomendo Pablo lugares para comer, y la verdad nos respondía muy rápido las dudas, y en todo lo que le preguntamos.

Condo is located in a private community. It's quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool is nice for lounging and doing laps. It's also close to Walmart, Sam's club and restaurants like Pasele Manchin, La 5ta burger, Cafe+Leche and Bourbon Bar, and LA CATA. The condo itself could use more bright lighting like a halogen lamp. At night the florescent ceiling fan lights don't put out enough light in the living room. Also, there are ants and salamanders due to the openess of the condo. Make sure you wipe down tables after eating, do dishes promptly, sweep the floors, and take garbage out daily to minimize the problem.

Fully enjoyed our week at this property. Host was very responsive and helpful. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the humpbacks play in the ocean!!! Will be back for sure -- may have to make this an annual trip!
