I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jessica’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, Jessica was incredibly helpful and informative, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her warm and friendly personality truly made us feel at home. A special shoutout to her mom, Sarah, who went above and beyond to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. She checked in regularly and made us feel so cared for during our stay. Both Jessica and Sarah created an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for an amazing experience! 5 stars all the way!

Nuestra experiencia en la casa fue excepcional. El lugar estuvo maravilloso , lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy cómodos desde el primer momento. La piscina y demás ambientes eran perfectos para relajarse y disfrutar del sol junto a mi familia . Además, los dueños fueron increíblemente amigables y atentos, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitáramos. Definitivamente, volvería sin pensarlo en otra oportunidad, ya que nos brindaron una experiencia verdaderamente gratificante.

La estadía en casa Marconi fue realmente excelente. La casa nos permitió acoger a toda la familia y pasar momentos increíbles juntos. Excelente opción en punta hermosa. Casa queda al frente de la playa, llega delivery y taxis. Tiene todo lo que necesitas: playa, piscina, deck (terraza) con parrilla, muebles para varias personas, vecinos no hacen problema si pones musica. No podríamos haber pedido más, gracias Mauricio!

Mi estadía fue excelente. El alojamiento estaba limpio, bien equipado y ubicado en una zona conveniente. La anfitriona fue amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier consulta. Todo fue tal como se describía en el anuncio. Definitivamente, lo recomendaría a otros viajeros y volvería a hospedarme aquí en el futuro.

Nos encantó la casa de Pulpos! Está llena de color y es muy acogedora. Tiene un jardín rústico y encantador. El baño es luminoso y espacioso. Todo está muy bien pensado; no hay nada que sobre ni que falte. Para ir a la playa solo hay que caminar una cuadra y bajar unas escaleras. Roxana fue muy amable, atenta y efectiva en las coordinaciones. Lo único un poco difícil es el acceso a la casa, porque queda relativamente lejos de la carretera y resulta un poco largo llegar caminando. Así que sugiero llegar en carro propio. En ese caso, no hay ningún problema. Definitivamente volveremos a Pulpos!

This is a beautifully appointed apartment with many modern touches. Staying here feels like staying in a high end hotel, but with more space! jJust be warned that there is no AC, so the inside can get a bit warm. There are, however, ceiling fans throughout the unit. Also know that this apartment building is in a very happening part of Lima, so you will likely hear some noise from the streets - there is no driving in Lima without honking! Finally, I should mention three stand-out features of this unit that greatly enhanced my stay 1. Piero: he was a kind, responsive, and proactive host who took care of my every question and request 2. The in-unit laundry machine: this made my longer stay in the hot weather much easier to manage. Sweaty clothes became clean while I was out exploring the city 3. The rooftop pool. Going for a sunset swim was a highlight of my stay If you can handle a little heat and noise from the street, there is no better place to stay in Lima!

we had a great time at the host. everything was super clean and the apartment is big with a great view to the ocean (sunset is amazing). I even saw dolphins from the balcony. If I would go again to this area, that's will be definitely the first place I would ask to stay. Big thanks to the service at the location. They do a great Job.

Nos sentimos muy cómodos en el departamento de Lindis, tuvimos una estancia sin problemas y agradable. Tiene una cocina equipada con todo lo que necesitas y una flexibilidad para sentirte como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. Como todo edificio tiene conserjes y bueno uno más amable que el otro pero todo muy bien. Lo único que podría acotar sería que no nos dieron llave de la puerta de la calle y muchas veces para salir fue problemático porque el conserje estaba fuera de lugar, hasta que nos dijeron que nosotros mismos podríamos apretar un botón para salir pero lo supe unos días antes de retirarme. Por otro lado, Bruno muy comunicativo y siempre dispuesto a apoyar. Les agradezco la estancia y espero haya una próxima vez. Gracias.

J'ai adoré. j'ai demandé si nous pouvions avoir accès à l'appartement plus tôt et c'était disponible sans problème. L'appartement était propre avec des utilités. j'ai passé mon séjour de 3 semaines comme chez moi avec laveuse et commodités. Nous étions a 4 paté du malecome.. l entré était facile avec du personnel 24sur24 dans un quartier sécuritaire.

Place was nice and cozy and clean. They had AC in each room which helped a lot as it was very hot

Pasamos un fin de semana muy agradable con la familia en la casa de Andrea!! La casa es enorme, con múltiples cuartos y ambientes. La cocina está muy bien equipada, al igual que la zona de parrilla y tiene una amplio jardín donde hacer actividades con la familia además de la piscina. La recomiendo ampliamente! Además Andrea siempre estuvo atenta a todas mis dudas y solventó algunos inconvenientes puntuales con rapidez. Volveremos pronto seguro!!

Sergio was great! He made adjustments to accommodate needs and assisted us throughout our time there. We stayed for a week and hosted a Quinceañera for our daughter and niece. This is a special place! The thoughtfulness, and quality of craftsmanship that artistically worked the wood, stone and adobe is quite amazing. Birds singing, beautiful greenery and water flowing around and through the stone walls, created a energy that must have been the dream fulfilled of the owner, creater. He happened to stop by and he mentioned that they spent six years building this place with craftsman from Urubamba. We loved having the the bungalows surrounding the courtyard area and the main kitchen. This made everything very accessible for meals and visiting. One bungalow that was built like a great room has a high sealing in the dining area , a fireplace and a huge family table. This created such a great spot to share our meals. Outside that bungalow is sweet firepit we enjoyed.

La casa muy linda, justo como se veían las fotos, los espacios limpios, la piscina limpia y cuidada, todo excelente durante la estadía. La comunicación con Rolando, quien nos recibió y nos ayudó en todo momento, fue bastante buena y rápida para ayudarnos en lo que necesitamos.

Excelente lugar y servicio. Pasamos un fin de semana con amigos y la pasamos genial!!. Hay algunas restricciones por la bulla después de las 11pm pero es comprensible. El lugar tiene todo lo descrito en el anuncio; Un éxito.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Punta Negra, a stunning luxury Airbnb located 5 minutes from downtown Punta Hermosa, and 40 minutes from Miraflores, Lima, Peru, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by Stephan, the owner, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, featuring spacious living areas that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking sunsets. Watching the sun dip below the horizon from the terrace was an experience we'll never forget—truly one of the most amazing views in Lima! Stephan was always just a message away, ready to provide assistance or answer any questions we had. His dedication to his guests truly made our experience exceptional. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway with stunning views and outstanding service, Punta Negra is the place to be. I can't wait to return!
