Playa Tortugas : locations de vacances

This was a beautiful residence with a pool and beach access. The pool was shared with 10 villas. Never had problems finding a chair, and the views were amazing. The house was beautiful and large. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of pans, dishes and cups. Many places in the house to hang out. My favorite place was the upper enclosed patio. It was the perfect room to do yoga and watch the sunrise. Definitely, would stay here again.

Lugar muy tranquilo, nos sentimos como en casa, la habitación cuenta con una ventana grande que permite la entrada de luz de día, cosa que nos encantó, además de tener vista hacia la alberca, por cierto, está linda. Tiene una cocina con las amenidades necesarias y más, es como si hicieras comida en casa. Tuvimos un percance que quedó atendido el mismo día. Las anfitrionas atentas a las necesidades. Datos importantes, la entrada a la zona cuenta con acceso controlado, situación que ayuda a sentir seguridad, el wifi sin fallas. Muchas gracias por todo, tienen una linda casa. ☺️

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and located in a quiet, family-friendly area. The security and staff were all very kind and helpful, which made us feel safe and welcome. It’s also just a short walk to the Isla Mujeres ferry, which was super convenient. The host was friendly and very responsive throughout our stay. But the absolute highlight was the breathtaking view of the ocean—truly unforgettable! Would definitely stay here again.

Luis a été un super hôte, nous sommes arrivé très tard, il nous a attendu et m’a proposé de l’aide si nous avons besoin. La maison était propre et très fonctionnel. Il nous a proposé de l’aide car nous avons une réservation qui a été annulé, ils nous a proposé de nous aider à commander à manger. Il nous a également donné des suggestions pour les excursions. Vous pouvez y aller sans problème, tout est super. Nous le recommandons. Si nous revenons à cancun, je reviendrais chez Luis !

Gladys was a very responsive host. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The place itself had everything we needed and we felt right at home. The beds were comfortable and it was very convenient with the extra bathrooms. There was also an additional half bath next to the beautiful pool.

Espectacular, todo bien los servicios, las camas y la atencion y disponibilidad

The condo was gorgeous. We had some difficultly getting in at first. We had to circle back and go back to the front desk to help us navigate the entry requirements but the concierges were very helpful and kind. If you are parking you need $50 USD to get a parking pass, which is returned to you when you return the pass. There is an ATM at the gas station down the road, just fyi. The grounds are gorgeous. The pools were clean and varied in temperatures, something for everyone. The beach was amazing. Sunrises were gorgeous! The little market and Starbucks was a nice treat right on site. The restaurant is only open until 5pm so plan accordingly. They were also closed one day. Not a problem for us but something to plan for. We rented a car which we would 100% do again. Was nice to hit different restaurants and see some of the surrounding areas but certainly NOT a “must have”. We loved our stay and will be back!

Departamento súper agradable y cómodo, te siente como en casa , hellen siempre atenta y súper amable. Condominio bonito, albercas amplias, limpias y zona agradable ( aunque, el personal del condominio guardias y de más… súper payasos me incomodaron en algunas ocasiones, no te dejaban están agusto en la alberca ya que todo el tiempo están sobre de ti viendo que haces y que no haces, el guardia de la caseta nefasto, nada agradable el tipo.) Perooo yo recomiendo mucho a hellen y su departamento por que sinceramente te siente en casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar tus días agradables y ella y su hermana heidi pufff súper amables y atentas, excelentes personas. Tip: los camiones que ella me recomendó, súper te llevan a la zona hotelera y súper barato, súper seguros, nada complicado ir y venir. (. Ruta R2 15 Nichupté . )
