Playa Uaymitun : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, sie war sauber und ordentlich. Durch die 3 Türen zur Wohnung haben wir uns auch sehr sicher gefühlt. Sie hatte nur leider kein direktes Tageslicht, was uns aber nicht großartig gestört hat, da wir eh die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren. Das Zentrum ist mit dem uber nur 10 min entfernt und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Etnya ist sehr freundlich und hat auf Fragen immer schnell reagiert. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Miguel/michael is a great host and will always take care of you. I would ideally give this place 4.5 stars because whoever does the cleaning only does a very surface level cleaning. We usually have to do more of the detailed stuff. But the host is very responsive and he speaks English which is a nice bonus. The building itself is well maintained (I didn’t like that one time someone rented out the top floor without telling us) but besides that it was nice.

Hanir's place is well located to getting around Mérida by car or bus, and is not far away from a number of shopping centres. The space was well equipped with different amenities and was clean & comfortable. And to top it off, Hanir was very responsive and super helpful, highly recommended!

We were in Merida for our granddaughter’s gymnastic competition & Benjamin’s place was perfectly located. Just a few minutes to the venue, walking distance to Texas Roadhouse & the Galeria Mall. We definitely recommend & will be back to enjoy.

Excelente lugar, muy cómodo y tranquilo

Todo excelente, la zona es muy tranquila, hay restaurantes cerca y un parque. Nos recibieron en el alojamiento personalmente, muy amables, instrucciones claras. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Very nice condo on the 11th floor of a high rise complex with floor to ceiling window wall and great views of a lake, greenbelt and the La Isla mall, inside the larger private gate guarded community of Cabo Norte residential. Beautiful tree lined streets and greenbelt areas with lakes and a great place for walks. Nice well equipped and maintained gym and a huge outdoor swimming pool and lounge area. The mall is right there with restaurants, movie theater, lots of shopping and ice cream and smoothie shops and a large department store with a basic market for water and supplies. I really enjoyed my stay in Merida and would definitely go back again. I highly recommend Mayra's place. Great place!

Ich muss sagen, die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll. Gut ausgestattet mit vielen Gewürzen und einer Waschmaschine. Ich möchte lediglich darauf hinweisen, dass sie für schreckhafte Personen und „Angsthasen“ eher nicht geeignet ist. Die Türen und Fenster klappern und rascheln permanent. Ich habe mich nachts häufiger mal erschreckt wegen ungewöhnlicher Geräusche. Wir haben dann Blumenkübel vor die Eingangstür gestellt, dann ging es. Die Wohnung ist etwas außerhalb gelegen, aber mit dem Uber ist man für ca. 2€ im Stadtkern.

Un lugar acogedor, excelente ubicación si deseas ir a la playa, pero un poco alejado del centro, limpieza muy buena, el ingreso fue muy fácil y hay lugares donde cenar cerca, sin duda volvería a pasar otra estancia en esta casa. Agradecimientos a los anfitriones por las resolver las dudas que teníamos.

Muy amplia, la casa, equipada, cómoda con cochera, segura, súper recomendable, no dejen de disfrutar Merida a un Super precio

Es una casa bonita y cómoda que cumple con las expectativas. Está ubicada en una zona tranquila y es recomendable si tienes auto. La anfitriona fue muy amable y atenta. Los niños disfrutan mucho de la alberca. Sin duda es una muy buena opción para regresar y recomendar.

Acogedora, fui con mi familia. Perfecto para desconectar, todo lo que se indica en fotos, es tal cual lo encuentras. Super recomendado, Maria Eugenia, muy atenta y siempre con comunicación para brindar ayuda en cualquier duda. Regresaría sin dudar.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour de 3 mois chez Yanue et nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. La maison est spacieuse, lumiseuse et très confortable. Nous avons adoré prendre notre café sur la terrasse le matin et profiter de la piscine en après-midi. C'est un quartier paisible et tranquille exepté pour l'école à l'arrière, ce n'était pas un problème pour nous puisque nous nous levions tôt pour travailler, mais c'est à prendre en considération si vous prévoyez faire la grâce matinée! La communication avec Yanue était très facile, elle répondait toujours rapidement à nos questions et s'est montré très attentive à nos besoins. La maison est très bien située, toutes les commodités sont à proximité et vous êtes à environ 20 minutes en voiture du centre. Je recommande sans hésitation pour un séjour de longue durée!

Todo muy limpio y la casa hermosa, solo que la alberca dejó los trajes de baño amarillos y cada vez que pedía Uber está, todos se perdían, se confundían con el fraccionamiento que está antes de llegar, en todos los casos me sucedió lo mismo.

El departamento es justo como la descripción del anuncio , Elena al pendiente de la llegada y salida , la zona muy segura a 5 min en carro de las playas de progreso , sin duda volvería a hospedarme

Had some issue with hot water when I first arrived but the host was very responsive and people came very quickly to solve the issue. She even offered partial refund without me asking for it for the days without hot water. It’s better to have a car from this location but still not that far from the malecon. Again, quick and responsive host for any questions/ issues you might have.

Estuvo muy bien el alojamiento , solo recomendaría cambiar las almohadas , ya están un poco desgastadas , la zona esta entre 5 y 10 minutos del periférico en coche ! Y para contactar a la anfitriona , es mejor marcarle al número que aparece en la página , porque si tarda en responder a los mensajes !!

Mariterre is an excellent host. She is very responsive and was very generous with her time and attention. She made many suggestions and even showed us around the boardwalk and nearby wetlands. We could not ask for a better greeting from her and her son. The place itself was very comfortable, fully equipped, and well maintained with excellent AC. Every little detail was considered from wall magnet's that hold the doors in place on windy days to full window blinds that are easy to use etc...

This is my second time staying in one of Jesus’s place and both times I was not disappointed. The place looks exactly like the pics and was comfortable. I did mention to him that the pool needed to be maintained and he responded quickly. Jesus was kind enough to provide some cooking essentials upon request. I’d stay here again.

Oscar fue Super detallista, fuimos 5 personas de 66 a 83 años y de verdad él fue muy paciente con nosotros! Estuvo al pendiente de que nos sintiéramos cómodos y contestó siempre mis preguntas. Seguro volveré con mi marido suizo ya que este apartamento está al nivel europeo Gracias por todo Oscar !

We stayed only two days in Mauricio’s place because it was only a short visit in Progreso. The condo is very nice, well furnished and supplied. The neighbours are nice and the place is quiet. There is a nice pool and a rooftop patio with a nice view, shaded area and a nice breeze. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a few nice restaurants with a varied offering of dishes. We recommend this place for a nice stay in Progreso.
