We had an amazing time staying in this place,we enjoyed it so much. So clean, so comfortable, so peaceful. 15 min walk from the Venice beach. We'll definitely come back again!

I stayed at Adrien’s place for 2 weeks for a work trip and it was perfect for my stay. Super homely and cosy, with a well equipped full kitchen, a super comfortable bed and large bathroom. The outside deck was a lovely extension of the space when it was warm enough to be outside too! Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Will definitely be returning to stay at this location. The host Taylor was extremely responsive, check in was easy and smooth, and the place was stunning. The views, location, and amenities were perfect. Came for a business trip and this place was a sanctuary that allowed me to focus on getting everything I needed to done, then relax and have a great time afterwards. Location is close to everything. Maria's place was a great find on airbnb, I need a place for my father and I to stay for the night. It was close to where my family lives in Bellflower. Would stay at Maria's place if I am ever visiting family in Bellflower.

Jaylin was a very responsive with clear instructions and his place was clean and private; very close to a lot of restaurants and venues. Great place to stay for a little get away. Furniture, bathroom, bedroom (comfy bed) and furniture were clean. Would stay again! ☺️

The apartment was very comfortable and well presented. True to what was described. Grocery stores and restaurants were walkable, with the beach a short drive away. Communication from Alex was great! Will be happy to return

The ambiance is both luxurious and inviting, offering the perfect blend of history and modern convenience. Waking up to the stunning surroundings felt like stepping into a fairytale, and every moment spent here was an absolute delight. James’ home is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, a retreat, and a privilege. We are already looking forward to returning and cannot recommend it highly enough! Beds are super comfortable.

We had a great stay and would absolutely book again! The washer/dryer combo was a great amenity to have. The place was super cozy while having everything we needed during our stay. Minh was a great host and was very easy to communicate with during our stay. If you’re thinking of booking, don’t hesitate to do it!

A beautiful location, tucked into the hills with an incredible view. My friend and I had not seen each other in years and Michaels house was the perfect spot for us to relax and catch up. The house is close enough to restaurants etc. but tucked away in the hills so you truly have a tranquil space with an amazing view. Would highly recommend and also would absolutely stay here again!

Exactly as described and Elise is an absolute gem - so nice. Small, comfortable, clean space that has everything someone needs for a safe, convenient stay. Bonus to have carport right outside your tiny home door. Extremely quiet except for the occasional sounds of a local peacock - ha! Would not hesitate to stay again!

I loved everything about this stay. The owners were on top of every detail and responded within 10 minutes or less to every inquiry or clarification I sent them. Seemed very nice. If I had to nitpick, I'd ask for some spare bedding in a closet somewhere in case you had a guest take one of the pullout sleeping options. But that's nothing to hurt their rating for. Ultimately, we will be back, and more than happy to leave a high rating!

We had a great stay! The house is new, clean, and beautiful. The host was very kind and gave us, detailed instructions for check-in, which made everything easy. They were also wonderfully accommodating with our dog, Ponyo, which made the experience even more special for us. The home was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Great place. Kind of like an old beach house in a perfect location in Ocean Park, Santa Monica. Paul and Stacy were helpful, the place was clean and comfortable. Good for work, (Wifi was super), and even for hosting a small brunch with family. We had a great, and look forward to going back as soon as possible.

This is the nicest Airbnb I have every stayed in! Clean, spacious, well-designed and well-furnished, with lovely touches, like the front porch, two desks, lots of light. Just lovely. It was perfect for my husband, our adult daughter and me for three nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. Warren was extremely responsive to all my queries. He kindly provided an extra parking space and blow-up mattress for our son, who preferred to stay with us on Thanksgiving, rather than drive an hour back to his house on the west side of LA. There's not much in the immediate neighborhood, but it is pretty and the house is a short walk to a Von's supermarket and Rosebud, a good coffee shop, both on Colorado Blvd. And it was a short (10 mins) drive to Old Town Pasadena. I recommend Warren's place highly and would stay there again.

This place was an absolute gem...even better than the pics! The spot was clean, spacious, and had beautiful ocean views. The kitchen and bathrooms had nice upgrades as well like heated seats in the primary bathroom :) And the location couldn't be better...just a few blocks from both the beach and the cute town of Venice Beach. Santa Monica and Marina del rey are really close as well! My two adult sons and I stayed here and there was more than enough space for us. I would absolutely go back to this spot again.

Stayed here for over a week and loved it! Located a few minute walk away from a grocery store and restaurants, it's also walkable to The Grove and other sites near mid-Wilshire. The apartment itself is clean & modern, and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking supplies (including oil & spices), cleaning supplies, and same with the bathroom amenities. There were also extra towels and blankets in the roomy walk-in closet, and super convenient having a gym and trash chutes in the building. Also no issues at all with air conditioning/heater and hot water. The hosts were wonderful - responsive, extremely helpful & accommodating when possible. The only setback during the stay (which was out of the hosts' control) was when the building's fire alarm falsely rang 3 separate times - once even at midnight, so hopefully the building fixes this issue soon. Other than that, I always felt safe and would recommend for anyone looking for a home away from home in LA!

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

I’m picky… and this was very clean, super comfortable beds. Note the “no essentials” I think he does and he pays it off every month listed in amenities is referring to the kitchen, there is no salt and pepper, no oil, no food products of any kind. (Not a problem just good to know if you plan to cook.)

it was the perfect day for a trip to Long beach. it had a great location easily walkable to a lot of great food places and the historic pine venue. the only thing I will mention is if you have multiple people in your party the couch pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so definitely have the children sleep on that lol. other than that it was the absolute perfect stay and exceeded our expectations.
