Playa Zipolite : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour de 6 semaines chez Liz. La vue est magnifique et le logement très bien et propre. Situé dans une colline verdoyante avec l’océan en contre-bas, le logement est un peu à l’extérieur du village. Cette zone commence à se développer avec plusieurs offres d’hébergement. Il faut aimé marcher pour se rendre et revenir du village ou sinon prévoir une voiture, un scooter ou utiliser des taxis sans problème. La plage est magnifique et à marée basse, on accède à la plage d’Aragon, un réel petit paradis ! Parcontre, attention aux vagues; c’est le Pacifique ! Au bout de la grande plage de San Agustinillo, il est facile de se baigner.

We loved our stay at La Secreta. The studio apartment La Selva truly lives up to its name - we could watch birds, butterflies, and iguanas right outside our window and balcony. It's green and surprisingly breezy, simple but well equipped, and we felt very much at home. The sheets were clean and fresh, the kitchenette had everything we needed, including a blender, juice press, and coffee maker, drinking water was provided, and the staff were friendly. The caretaker Marisol was super helpful and the owner Eva was supportive when we had trouble with a scooter rental (don't rent from Rinconando on Rinconcito!). La Secreta is wonderfully peaceful and quiet, located on a dirt road off the main street where you find shops and restaurants (there is a fantastic vegan Moroccan fusion restaurant just a few meters away). The only thing we did not love was the occasional sounds of construction work next door but that can happen. We would definitely come back and fully recommend La Secreta!

This was my second stay in this apartment, and it was even better this time around. I loved the new espresso machine, the AC in the living room, and the refreshed terrace furniture. The staff is as friendly as ever, and the entire property feels both beautiful and peaceful—plus the location is amazing. There’s a new spritz bar called Zipo right across the street, and plenty of great dining options nearby. One small note: if you’re picky about toiletries like I am, bring your own, because the provided ones aren’t the best. Other than that, I’d happily return!

Massimo’s place was perfect for one wanting closeness to beach (4min walk), beautiful views, quiet and secure, very clean, and a closeness to everything in Mazunte! This place was the perfect home base for all of my adventures. It was very secure and felt very safe. The bed, hammock, and furniture were all very comfortable :) The host is very responsive and was a perfect experience all around. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Had a wonderful stay @ Casa Lluvia del Sol! Karla the hostess was very responsive & helpful. The view & nice ocean breezes were incredible! I slept with the sliding glass doors wide open at night and luckily the bugs & mosquitos stayed away. The mosquito netting around the bed was not ever used. Due to location I highly recommend you have a car or scooter rental as it is very beneficial.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Marlene. Die Terasse war fantastisch mit einer schönen Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang. Auch die Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Wir waren auch sehr froh über die die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer. Marlene war sehr unkompliziert und liebenswert. Ich kann diese Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.

We loved our stay at Casa Yuku and will be back! Ana and Maria were very accomodating, kind and helpful. Maria explained everything thoroughly and Ana was always very responsive. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The casa has everything you could think of to make you feel at home. We loved having the umbrella for the beach, the kitchen was well equipped, the view from the patio was gorgeous. It is a beautiful, peaceful place to vacation.

Primeramente agradecemos a Natalie por la flexibilidad que tuvo con nosotros a la salida del alojamiento, aunque no tuvimos el placer de conocerla personalmente. En todo momento estuvimos apoyados por César! Quien estuvo muy pendiente de nuestra estancia, además cuenta con un negocio de helados muy recomendable al lado del museo. La casa cuenta con una linda vista y su plus es la alberca, en cuanto a las habitaciones son sencillas pero se puede descansar, lo que sí recomiendo es una actualización en sus ventiladores que casi no dan aire, el aire acondicionado es de ventana, ayuda solo a refrescar! En mi visita llevábamos una persona con discapacidad para caminar y la casa si es apta para ello! Sin duda recomendamos la casa de Natalie! Los puntos a considerar solamente son que hay construcciones en ambos lados de la casa y no tiene tanta privacidad por el momento, además de que estacionan carros del hotel de enfrente en la propiedad, dejando abierto uno de los accesos a la casa.

This is our 5th year staying here for 1 week and we will be back next year. One of the most beautiful Airbnbs in the world. Highly recommended to disconnect from the chaos of modern life and tune in to yourself and to nature. Spectacular!

Muy bello! La casa es deliciosa para descansar, tiene todo lo necesario , cada habitación tiene su baño y regadera, la alberca es deliciosa y el aire que tiene la planta alta es una joya ! La cocina es súper funcional, la comunicación con Gretel, fantástica, solo bataLlamos con el estacionamiento, porque una SUV no cabe en el de la casa, esto se nos comentó con tiempo y Gretel nos ayudó a Conseguir una pensión. En general la casa es una excelente opción porque es súper cómoda y está muy cerca tanto de zipolite como de mazunte! Ansiamos volver Gracias por todo Gretel

Perla es una increíble Host que siempre contesto mis preguntas de manera rápida; además nos dejaron ingresar a las 11 a.m lo cual fue muy conveniente! El lugar esta increíble y pasas unos días maravillosos

Our stay in Mazunte was perfect. The house is beautiful—so well designed and decorated, it was incredible. The views are spectacular, better than in the photos. It was a perfect retreat for our family and we loved every minute there. It’s an easy walk down the stairs to the beach, and you can watch the beautiful sunsets from the deck. The kitchen is fully stocked, I’d recommend bringing lots of supplies because once you get here, you won’t want to leave! We would absolutely stay here again, I’m trying to plan a return trip as soon as possible!

La estancia es muy agradable. En la zona suele haber muchos mosquitos, pero la casa está completamente cubierta de mosquitero, así que ni lo sufres. Descansamos bastante bien, no hay ruidos, ni nada que moleste. La ubicación es muy buena porque estás a muy pocos minutos de la zona de restaurantes y comercio, pero suficientemente alejada para que disfrutes del descanso. Sin duda, volvería a rentar la casa.

We - a family of five, with two adults, two teenagers, and a kid - loved our stay in Casa Paz. When our car had climbed up the steep and bumpy track to the gate, and we had descended the stoned steps to the front door, and we faced the exquisite exterior and interior of the house - well, then we didn’t want to leave. The view from the balconies is breathtaking; the sea and the wind are ubiquitous; and every detail is carefully thought-out. We really hope this was not our first and only stay in Casa Paz, and nibbled chapulines repeatedly to increase the chances of coming back.;-)

Casa Isa was beautiful. The house was clean and spacious. It was stocked with everything we needed. Amazing views of the ocean. Jorge our host was very attentive and made sure we always had what we needed. He cooked a delicious mole dinner for us on our last night. The beach is easily accessible. We spent most of time at Playa La Boquilla a virgin beach down below. We had a lot of our meals at Bahia de la Luna hotel which is right in the beach. We highly recommend Casa Isa to anyone looking for peace and quiet away from all the tourist areas.

The hosts were extremely accommodating to us. Ultra comfortable stay in this smartly designed, yet cozy accommodation surrounded by lush vegetation. Peaceful, private and a 10 minute walk downhill to Elephant Beach. Great memories.

Beautiful views make this apartment a delight. The pool also has stunning views. The apartment is decorated very tastefully. There are lots of towels for beach and bath. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware. Beds are comfortable. Javier, the condo manager is helpful. Wade was polite & responsive with regards to our questions. The apartment is tranquil & very safe. I would stay here again. Still, I stay in the area often for work & the price was on high side given maintenance is needed. The 2nd shower had drain issues, & its bathroom sink leaked. The dishwasher was broken. The AC in the living room didn't work for 5 days. This was challenging for my spouse who had online meetings as it was very hot (35+), especially wearing a formal shirt & the bedrooms didn't have deskspace to work in instead. Wade & Javier made big efforts to get the AC fixed & I appreciate them. Wonderful property, just needs a little work and care. Wade is a super nice guy and the location is beautiful.

Casa Hopla is an excellent choice for a family vacation. The well-planned and designed top floor of this private house is located in a safe neighborhood. It features two private rooms, two bathrooms, and an outdoor kitchen and living room, which is a brilliant design for the hot Mazunte climate. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We had a rental car, and driving on the steep hill was easy. The closest beach is a 5-minute walk, and the best beach in Mazunte is only a 20-minute walk. However, the walk on the hill might be challenging for some people. We stayed during the dry season, and insects were not a significant issue. There are many excellent places to eat nearby. I highly recommend Kombucheria for a refreshing afternoon drink, a perfect alternative to beer in the heat. The yoga center and ice bath are also must-try experiences.
