Playa Zipolite : locations de vacances avec terrasse

This Airbnb is absolutely perfect! My boyfriend and I stayed here for one month, and this Airbnb had everything we needed! Julien and Adriana are lovely hosts and super helpful and accommodating! The location was perfect for our needs. The Airbnb is on a hill at one end of town, so it was very quiet and peaceful. Even though the Airbnb is at one end of town, Mazunte is so small and walkable, there were no issues getting around. (For reference, you can leisurely stroll across town to San Agustinillo in less than 30 minutes.) A reliable l Internet connection is really important for me because I work remotely, and there were no issues with the Starlink Internet. There is air conditioning throughout the entire unit (both the living/kitchen area and the bedroom). I thought I liked the heat, but I can’t imagine spending a month in Mazunte without air conditioning. I would recommend this Airbnb to all my friends and family!

The space was exactly as shown in photos and the view from the private patio was more stunning in person than in photos. The host and his family lived below our apartment and were always friendly and super quick to answer any questions, replace linens, carry water upstairs. The location requires a bit of a hike and some stairs, so I wouldn’t recommend for those with mobility issues. But that view! Would highly recommend!

This was my second stay in this apartment, and it was even better this time around. I loved the new espresso machine, the AC in the living room, and the refreshed terrace furniture. The staff is as friendly as ever, and the entire property feels both beautiful and peaceful—plus the location is amazing. There’s a new spritz bar called Zipo right across the street, and plenty of great dining options nearby. One small note: if you’re picky about toiletries like I am, bring your own, because the provided ones aren’t the best. Other than that, I’d happily return!

Karla and the air BNB were great. This was a great spot, walking distance from Playa Zipolite and Playa de Amor, although at night it may be easy to grab a cab instead of walking uphill from the city center. Karla was super friendly and responsive. The main bedroom was comfortable and the second bedroom had two full-sized beds so the house could fit three people for a short stay. Air con was great. Water was hot. No complaints. :)

Great spot right across road from the beach. Easy walk to the restaurant zone, very effective air con, just the right amount of amenities. Excited to return! Thanks for being wonderful hosts Armando and Lizette!!

Muy buen lugar! fui con mi pareja y el lugar nos gustó mucho, Deborah es una excelente persona pero solo como recomendación no lleven coches de baja altura ya que la subida a la casa está muy empinada, tuvimos algunos problemas pero nada que no se pueda resolver :), sin duda regresaríamos

Primeramente agradecemos a Natalie por la flexibilidad que tuvo con nosotros a la salida del alojamiento, aunque no tuvimos el placer de conocerla personalmente. En todo momento estuvimos apoyados por César! Quien estuvo muy pendiente de nuestra estancia, además cuenta con un negocio de helados muy recomendable al lado del museo. La casa cuenta con una linda vista y su plus es la alberca, en cuanto a las habitaciones son sencillas pero se puede descansar, lo que sí recomiendo es una actualización en sus ventiladores que casi no dan aire, el aire acondicionado es de ventana, ayuda solo a refrescar! En mi visita llevábamos una persona con discapacidad para caminar y la casa si es apta para ello! Sin duda recomendamos la casa de Natalie! Los puntos a considerar solamente son que hay construcciones en ambos lados de la casa y no tiene tanta privacidad por el momento, además de que estacionan carros del hotel de enfrente en la propiedad, dejando abierto uno de los accesos a la casa.

Fantastic experience. Havent been to mexico since 92. On my own, not sure what to expect. Lizzy and David were unbelievably helpful before and during. This place is private and solidly built, gated and secured. Surrounded by jungle and unbelievably tranquil. Its at the top of a small hill that is easy to walk. The arroyo leads you straigt into town. Its a quick walk and flat terrain into town. Pool is a godsend! You can float in a shaded area during siesta time. That whole outddor terrace is awesome, some days I never made it out and just chilled there. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to make great feasts. Lizzy offers to pick up groceries ahead of time for a nominal feeb so your fridge is stocked on arrival. When Lizzy goes out of town for fresh fish and meat you can get in on her order. I suggest you max it out! They also have a scooter for rent and a massage therapist nearby who can do poolside massage. They know the area inside out and are very helpful.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à Mazunte. La maison est magnifique, les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Toutes les ouvertures en bois ont été spécialement conçues pour empêcher les moustiques d’entrer, c’est idéal. La piscine et la douche extérieures ont été un vrai plus pour se rafraîchir à toute heure. La vue et la lumière au lever du soleil est absolument superbe. À seulement 5 minutes à pied du village, avec de très bons restaurants et cafés à proximité. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

We had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The apartment had everything we needed - so much space, great internet, big kitchen and the beach and shops are only a short walk away. Lisa was so helpful upon arrival and helped us navigate the public transport to find her, and also helped us rent a motorbike upon arrival. Would recommend as 10/10 accommodation. I absolutely loved this place. It’s even more stunning than the photos — open-air, beautifully designed, and so serene. The views are absolutely stunning. The layout was great — the rooms are nicely spread out, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. It felt spacious and comfortable the whole time. The courtyard open air style is exactly what you want. It is a little tucked away, which adds to the sense of escape, though the road in can be a bit of an adventure. Once you arrive, it’s total magic. I’d come back in a heartbeat — and will be. Sonia was helpful and responsive throughout, and everything ran smoothly and accommodated our many requests! Love love loved it here!!!

Todo excelente solo un poco difícil llegar a la alberca.

We were a group of 6 friends who stayed here for a few nights, and our only regret is that we didn’t book for longer. The place is truly incredible: comfortable, spacious, stylish, and unique, all while being quiet and just a short walk from the beach. Amalia is the kindest and most amazing. She made us feel completely at home with her warmth and hospitality, and her support was truly special. On top of that, she’s an incredible cook, preparing any meal we wanted with the freshest ingredients, including a mix of traditional Mexican food, fish and even a barbecue night. Jerome was a fantastic host. Super hands-on and always ready with excellent recommendations for beaches and activities, making sure we got the best experience possible. A huge thank you to Jerome and Amalia.

La estancia es muy agradable. En la zona suele haber muchos mosquitos, pero la casa está completamente cubierta de mosquitero, así que ni lo sufres. Descansamos bastante bien, no hay ruidos, ni nada que moleste. La ubicación es muy buena porque estás a muy pocos minutos de la zona de restaurantes y comercio, pero suficientemente alejada para que disfrutes del descanso. Sin duda, volvería a rentar la casa.

Bianca is an amazing host, so kind and thoughtful. The loft is gorgeous, spacious clean and awesome for exploring Zipolite and neighbouring beaches. Highly recommend ❤️

Tania is a great host. The apartment looks better than the photos. It is cute and cozy in a well maintained building. It is clean and well equiped. Everything worked well. From there it is 15 mins to walk to playa pantheon to swim or 20 mins to walk to zipolite or a 5 mins walk to collecivos / taxis. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. The neighbors are nice and quiet. Would highly recommend!

Lovely little hideaway on the main road in Mazunte. The communal spaces are inviting and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, with cleaner and better stuff than in some other places. The hosts are super responsive, friendly and accommodating, as is the cleaning lady who comes around most days. The room we had was a little hot, but there was a ceiling fan and a standing fan that worked wonderfully. Even so, the nights were a little challenging because the rooms don’t cool off very easily and the coast is just generally very hot this time of year.

A quick stay. Sergio was a wonderful host. The place was clean and easy to find. It came equipped with all the supplies needed and more. Highly recommended if you’re ever in the area. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much, Sergio.

Loved our stay here, the view is beautiful. It’s very peaceful and relaxing in the Airbnb. The bedroom is air conditioned which is awesome and has a great tv, only con is the polyester sheets (wish they were cotton or linen) and pillows aren’t very supportive. The cleaner comes by every few days to mop because the surrounding area makes the space really dusty, so we were thankful for that. The tub on the balcony is nice, however we had to scrub it down ourselves from grime. Getting to the Airbnb itself is difficult even in a car because the roads there are narrow, uneven and bumpy. Walking down to the town you have to find the stairs which are a hike themselves. Wouldn’t recommend to travellers without a car. Lots of ants in the kitchen area at night and little bugs that swarm the counter tops even without there being food there. Lots of gaps in the main area for them to get in. All in all, it was a good stay. Thanks again.

Casa Hopla is an excellent choice for a family vacation. The well-planned and designed top floor of this private house is located in a safe neighborhood. It features two private rooms, two bathrooms, and an outdoor kitchen and living room, which is a brilliant design for the hot Mazunte climate. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We had a rental car, and driving on the steep hill was easy. The closest beach is a 5-minute walk, and the best beach in Mazunte is only a 20-minute walk. However, the walk on the hill might be challenging for some people. We stayed during the dry season, and insects were not a significant issue. There are many excellent places to eat nearby. I highly recommend Kombucheria for a refreshing afternoon drink, a perfect alternative to beer in the heat. The yoga center and ice bath are also must-try experiences.
