The place was exactly what we wanted and needed for our honeymoon. I’ve been disabled by long COVID so having a location that had everything so close was amazing. We could easily travel to the roof for food, beautiful pool and view of ocean, we loved the massages at the spa. Short trip to the beach and several fun beach clubs. Great restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and so was Kurt. Thank you for hosting us on this perfect trip!

Location!!! This place is right in the middle of everything. The view from the balcony is awesome! I’ll definitely book it again

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. On the ground floor, surrounded by beauty, delightful walks to the beach and endless pools. Good food right within the complex, and an equipped kitchen to make eating in a breeze. Miguel was a friendly and helpful host, responsive to any concerns we had and informative about what we could do while staying in Playa del Carmen. Our kids 9 and 10 rated this home a 10/10

We had a fantastic stay with three adults, a preschooler, and an infant. The unit felt luxurious—spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The balcony had a perfect ocean breeze and was a great place to relax. Beds were very comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. While the complex shows some age, it’s well maintained—especially the pools, which were clean and inviting. The on-site restaurants offered convenient poolside service, and the private beach was pristine, with free lounge chairs (tips appreciated). Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d gladly return and highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing, elevated stay.

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Casa Krusi was wonderful! Close to the beach and not too far from 5th ave which has many restaurants and shops. The house was very clean and the woman who came to clean the entire house during our stay did a fantastic job and was very friendly. Plenty of space with A/C in the bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a pool and a full kitchen. You can’t beat this place! Patricio was quick to respond to questions and was easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place was in a perfect location. So much to do in a walkable neighborhood. The beach is just a block away and fifth Avenue is as well. Taxi station is just down the street so much convenience all around the condo was comfortable and clean and had everything that my friend and I needed. when I returned to Playa I will be sure to rebook this condo. The hosts are also very responsive and instructions were very thorough and clear. Highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to be surrounded by it all yet off the beaten path for peace and quiet. The rooftop pool was another excellent perk.

We stayed 2 weeks in this condo. It was clean and bright with a great view of the lovely landscaping around the property. The bedrooms were nice with huge walk in closets for each. Great showers. The pool was large and quiet. We never had a problem finding a comfortable lounger. The staff and security were friendly and welcoming. We walked to the beautiful Playa Punta Esmeralda most days. Alex was a great host and made checking in effortless. He responded to any inquiries we had quickly. We had a great stay and would consider staying longer next time.

Amazing Stay at Villa Yambu!!!! Our group of 12 had an incredible time at Villa Yambu for a bachelor party. The villa was stunning—spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a large group. Everything was handled seamlessly, from accommodations to transportation. The absolute highlight of the trip was the chef services by Chef Kim’s team. Every meal was phenomenal, with top-tier presentation and service. It truly elevated the entire experience. If you’re looking for a stress-free, luxury stay in Playa del Carmen, Villa Yambu is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect accommodation! Location was great, host was responsive, and we had a wonderful vacation.

Matt plus the staff at Zamá Homes did an amazing job communicating with my family and me, and making us feel right at home. The place is beautiful; the photos don’t do the place justice. It’s as pictured and better. The location is amazing; walking distance to all the major clubs, restaurants, etc. And the hosting staff, once again, made this place feel like we were staying at a resort not just any Airbnb. 100% would stay here again next time I’m in Playa Del Carmen.

We had a great time at Katherine's place! It was plenty of room for our group (4 adults and 3 teens). The plunge pool off the back patio was lovely. It's a short walk to the pools and beach. The restaurants were right out back and had good food for good prices. We all felt very safe staying here and I would stay again. Katherine was very responsive and friendly :)

We had a fantastic month long stay at Oceana with our family. Abna was amazing and coordinating two pack and plays for our baby and a high chair. They were responsive to my msgs and always ready to provide any service we needed (for example a cleaner mid way through our stay). The location was fantastic- one min to the water and one min to fifth Avenue. It is important to know you are in a hot spot so it’s loud at night - bring ear plugs and white noise if you are a light sleeper. Oceana staff was unbelievable especially Brandon… always a smile on his face and very welcoming and kind to our kids. We felt like it became home and we would definitely come back again. I do have a couple of areas of improvement- maybe a few more kitchen items- bowls, salad bowls, a kettle… but other than that it was a great stay! Thank you for everything.

Spectacular place, a block from beach, 3 blocks to 5th ave, secure, 24 hour service front desk, cab always available outside, friendly staff, food is great on rooftop, great music at pool, I’m coming back for sure. Lock box in room, comfortable beds, great showers with hot water, and warm heated pools with jets. Loved it 10 out of 10

This is our second visit to PDC and this apartment checks all the boxes. Our week long stay was wonderful in every way. The view as soon as you walk into the unit is breathtaking. The apartment is well stocked with necessities to be comfortable for the stay. This location is the best, quick walk to beach and restaurants. The host is super proactive to ensure we have a smooth check in and enjoyed our entire stay. We will definitely be back to PDC and this apartment will definitely be our first choice for accommodation.

El departamento es igual que en las fotos, el condominio es hermoso y bien cuidado. La piscina es exquisita y la playa esta a unos pasos. Cerca del departamento hay un 7 eleven, farmacia y restaurant italiano muy bueno. El anfitrión es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a solucionar cualquier inconveniente. Es un excelente lugar para quedarse , a solo un par de cuadras de la quinta avenida.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property, the location was fantastic having the beach at our doorstep and walkable to restaurants and 5th Avenue.

Our family had the most wonderful time here. The house, the pool, the rooftop, the location it was all just perfect for us. We hope to come back!

Overall this place was a total steal for the price and quality. Location was right in the mix of the ferries so it can be a little noisy but nothing too late or early that it was disruptive. It wasn’t the most up to date, but it was clean and worked for us!

We had a lovely vacation in Playacar. Santiago made it easier responding and accommodating to any requests we had, which we really appreciated as we traveled with an infant. The apartment is part of a beautiful, private and quiet condominium, only within minutes' walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. It has all amenities you need for a perfect beach vacation

Amazing place right on the beach! Good Communication. We had one issue with the freezer and it did not work during our stay. Caroline tried to resolve but because of the holiday it wasn’t able to be fixed. They provided some coolers as a solution. Great people and great house on the beach.

Fantastic location, everything you could want is in close proximity. Beaches, nightclubs, restaurants, etc. Would 100% return in the future and Alex is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had!
