We choose to stay at Gustavo’s place based on a friend’s recommendation, who was also staying in Sac-be. It was a lovely experience staying in the midst of the jungle, with the visual and auditory backdrop of bird activity in the morning, animals sounds at night, and being just steps from a private cenote. The shower was wonderfully hot. We loved the palapa roof deck. Gustavo could not have been more welcoming. Prepare to completely unwind, far from technology and city stimulation. Instead, it’s the bird channel all day.

We were a group of 3 retired couples that stayed for 30 days at Laura’s place. We loved the area! Gated , safe area, secure property. Walked to beautiful beach , and restaurants, convenience stores. The house was nice and very well stocked. Rooftop was great! The community was very friendly and helpful

Absolutely loved Fannys place! Such a beautiful home. Felt super safe as there’s security to go into the neighborhood. Space is super clean and just very aesthetic. Loved it!

Fue un sentimiento de estar en casa, todo muy limpio y ordenado, la casa en excelente ubicación y la zona muy tranquila. Cerca de centros comerciales y también de la playa. Estamos seguros que fue la mejor opción que pudimos encontrar. La anfitriona y la hoster (Nayeli) excelentes personas. Muy recomendable

Cynthya and her husband were vacationing next door. They were very friendly and helpful. Erika, the house manager, was also nice and quick to answer to questions. The house is big and comfortable. Location is great to get to Cancun, beaches, local entertainment and restaurants. We had a great time!!

Me gustó mucho el departamento de Miguel Ángel , es muy limpio y bastante amplio rodeado de naturaleza , pudimos disfrutar de la Piscina , el comedor al aire libre , hicimos uso de las canchas de tenis , lo cual me pareció un plus maravilloso ! La playa está muy cerca del departamento y es grandioso poder ir a tomar el sol Me gusto que hay un Store cerca para poder comprar leche , pan , cereal o agua y justo al lado hay un restaurante para poder desayunar y otro para comer , me encantó la estancia y sin dudarlo recomendaría este Departamento

CecyAnn was a very responsive host getting back quickly to my inquiries. The home was as described and was comfortable and private. There was a very nice pool directly across the drive from our entry door. Great wi-fi. Kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable. A small private patio right off the dining area via the Patio door. Shower pressure was adequate and we had no issues with hot water for showers. Within a block is the Club House with exercise equipment and a snack bar . The food was good and very reasonably priced. Very nice and accommodating servers. More pools outside the clubhouse with lap pool and tennis court. In all, this is a great bargain. I highly recommend and would definitely return in the future.

I had a lovely stay with this Airbnb host! While the space needed to be cleaned more thoroughly upon arrival, the host was quick to address it and got a cleaning company to come in, which I really appreciated. They were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always willing to assist me with anything I needed, and their kindness truly stood out. They even cooked for me, which was such a fun and thoughtful touch! Their dogs were absolutely adorable—one of them got so excited every time I came in or out, which was both sweet and funny. My own dog had a great time, too, and really enjoyed their company. Overall, I was happy with my experience and grateful for how accommodating the host was

My stay here was amazing! The condo is exactly what was described and Xavier and Benoit were such amazing hosts. The neighborhood has so many great restaurants but still doesn’t feel loud or overcrowded. The rooftop pool is fantastic and was an excellent place to chill and get some sun. I had a issue (that was completely a me thing) and Xavier and Benoit were easy to communicate with and Benoit came over and helped me figure it out. I was embarrassed for being dumb but they were so kind. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay here. This is a great one!

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay at Asaf's condo. I would highly recommend others stay here also.

Everything was great!! Brand new apartment but felt just like home, everything inside was brand new and of great quality. Location was great and very close to quinta avenida. I did not have the time the use rooftop amenities but it was beautiful and great views. I will definitely stay here next time i come to Playa. Gaston was super helpful.

Tthe property looked exactly like the photos and was as described. the host was responsive as well. We had a great stay and really enjoyed ourselves. Just as others have mentioned it's about a 10-minute drive from town so you'll either need a car or will have to catch taxis.

Nos sentimos muy bien. El ph es hermoso, equipado con todo lo necesario y con una decoración de muy buen gusto. Quedarnos muy satisfechos, Elsie excelente. Si volvemos algún día a Playa del Carmen volveremos a elegir el ph de Elsie!!

Jose’s place was fantastic! The condo is conveniently located on the ground floor, just steps away from the relaxing AWA pool—close enough to enjoy, yet far enough to avoid any noise. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay incredibly enjoyable. We had a minor issue with security, but Jose was quick to jump on the phone and help us resolve it. His communication was excellent, and he was always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience! I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Jose again when planning my next visit to Playa Del Carmen.

What a cool jungle experience. The climate felt cooler than I thought it would be. Sirley is a great host and really tries hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and having a good stay. The property is well looked after. I borrowed a bicycle from the property and wandered around the backroads of Central Vallarta. Cenote 7 Bocas was a quick bicycle ride away. But please remember, this is truly the jungle. Only nature lovers will enjoy this tranquil experience. Spider monkeys frequent the property, I stayed a week and they came 3 or 4 times. I met amazing people from all over the world there and they taught me a lot about local flora and fauna. Sirley is a great cook and provides cost effective meals with plenty of food. Thanks Sirley, you will see me again!

This was definitely the coolest place I've ever stayed! It is such a beautiful property with multiple natural pools. We really enjoyed exploring. Everywhere you turn there's a different animal. I saw a parrot, ducklings, geese, a peackock, turke, guineas, chickens, turtles, and even a caged crocodile. all the plants and foliage was beautiful too. The dome was a lot bigger than I had expected. It had a kitchen, bathroom with an outdoor shower, and a small upstairs floor complete with a bed and projector that we watched Netflix on. This place is secluded, so once you're here, I'd plan on not leaving. this wasn't a problem since they have their own cafe. the tuna and burger we had from there were yummy and seasoned well! and the margarita was also delicious and perfect to enjoy by the water. I can't recommend staying here enough! next time I'll have to get a massage and try the temaxcal seat lodge mayan ceremony.

We had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb! Both Karen and Antonio were amazing hosts. They went above and beyond to help us figure out transportation to and from the Airbnb since we didn’t have a car. We especially enjoyed the private cenote and the proximity to many other cenotes along the main road. Overall an amazing experience, we are so happy to have stayed there!

Dès notre arrivée sur le magnifique terrain de la cabanas de Maria, nous étions détendus, partout des arbres et fleurs exotiques, pas besoin de musique, le chant des oiseaux, très relaxant. La cabanas était équipée toutes les commodités nécessaires, nous avons passés un séjour confortable. À l’extérieur une jolie terrasse couverte avec du mobilier ainsi qu’un grill au charbon. Maria nous a très bien accueilli à notre arrivée et était disponible pour nous aider si nous avions besoin. Manuel le gardien des lieux est un homme vraiment très gentil, discret mais toujours à l’écoute. Une jolie piscine est accessible sur la propriété. La magnifique plage de Chen Rio est à 5 minutes de voiture, elle est parfaite pour une famille avec des enfants. Nous ne voulions plus partir et espérons pouvoir y séjourner à nouveau.

Może to nie jest miejsce dla wszystkich, ale dla nas było cudowne. To jest raj na ziemi i spelnienie moich marzeń o pobycie w dżungli. Codziennie masz kontakt z dzikimi zwierzętami, jak małpy, ptaki, piękne motyle, legwan. Do tego na posesji jest prywatny cenot, gdzie codziennie możesz pływać i jesteś tam tylko sam. Christiam jest wspaniałym gospodarzem. Szybko reagował na nasze potrzeby. Jest bardzo przyjazny. Przepiękna oaza z dala od turytecznego ruchu. Ale na tyle blisko od sklepów, miasteczka, restauracji i barów, że poradziliśmy sobie bez samochodu przez 3 dni. ❤️

A truly magnificent peaceful retreat in the jungle with wonderful people and delicious food! The cabañas are gorgeous, made of natural materials in traditional Mayan style, surrounded by jungle and nothing but the sound of insects at night. The details put into the place are beautiful and you feel very connected to the place. We saw a turtle, swam with frogs in the cenote, and watched numerous birds and butterflies! Julio and his wife, Elda, are incredibly kind and welcoming and make you feel at home. Lenny and Daniel helped one night with food and are also lovely people and fantastic cooks. The food is tasty and served in another beautiful location. It’s the jungle so be prepared for bugs, especially mosquitoes. The two cenotes (one above ground and one in a cave) are steps away from the cabañas and absolutely magical. A taxi into Puerto Moreles is 70 pesos and about 15 minutes. I was studying for an upcoming exam and the internet was fast and reliable. I can’t wait to return! Thank you Julio and Elda!
